Some argue he is from the Ala Mhigan 'M Tribe' but he claims otherwise, he is consistently wandering in search of who he was before the calamity. Special Features: Quell has both the eye slits of the Sun Seekers and the teeth from the Keepers of the Moon, he may be a half breed. Voice: Quell's voice is normally calm and suave sounding, however there is a slight hint of a Spanish accent, he claims that he picked up the accent as he sailed the seas with his crew. Attire: Quell has a multitude of outfits meant for proper travels of all fronts. His preference however for each outfit is a wide brimmed black hat, given to him by a dear friend. Quell's grumpy exterior is usually off putting for most that he encounters, though once people get to know him better they find he is a man of honor and compassion, though he doesn't show it much.
