Rin was born in deep within the Dravanian lands, he wasn't sure as to where in Dravania he was born nor who his father was; All he had was a caring mother and that's all he needed. Rin was too young to remember when he arrived but at a young age his mother took him and sought after shelter in a Seeker of the Sun tribe, though the Nunh did not seem too happy with the weak and sheltered Rin. For thirteen years Rin's mother refused to let the Nunh turn her child into another one of his "brain dead soldiers" like all the other Tia's. The Nunh despised Rin for being so weak and sheltered but hated his mother even more for letting him become like this. During the night of Rin's thirteenth nameday, the Nunh stormed into his and his mothers house seeking revenge for making his tribe seem so weak. The Nunh and Rin's mother fought for what felt like years to Rin as he helplessly watched the two draw blood; It wasn't until the Nunh wrapped his hands around Rin's mothers neck, squeezing the life out of her that Rin finally worked up the courage to attack the Nunh, only to be thrown across the room by the large man. Rin's fragile body collided with the wall causing him to fade in and out of conscious as he watched his mothers lifeless body fall in front of him. Unlike his mother, Rin was not granted death, instead the Nunh had decided to sell Rin into slavery where he remained a slave for a year until being bought by a noble family to become their servant. | Rin was born in deep within the Dravanian lands, he wasn't sure as to where in Dravania he was born nor who his father was; All he had was a caring mother and that's all he needed. ---------------
Rin is a slender, young looking Miqo'te who is rather noticeable due to his snow white hair and amethyst purple eyes. Despite being a contract hunter; being willing to kill man or animal for a price, he is rather thoughtful and caring for others. Having Dravanian heritage, Rin's ancestors partook in feasting on powerful dragons leaving his veins flowing with blood of the dragons, only for it to be awoken as he was brutally tortured by the man who bought Rin as a slave.
Aspects That Stand Out:
((NOTE: THIS PAGE IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION)) Rin was born in deep within the Dravanian lands, he wasn't sure as to where in Dravania he was born nor who his father was; All he had was a caring mother and that's all he needed. Life as a servant wasn't easy for Rin, and the sadistic family who owned him didn't help. Rin suffered through two years of constant punishment, torture, and tests; He was humiliated, whipped, force fed dragon blood, beaten, and left to hang by his hands for days. Some days the father of the family whip Rin through the night, painting the floor and his back with blood, leaving his back permanently covered in scars. Luckily one night, Rin managed to escape the twisted family and run through the night until he managed to make it to Ishgard, with only a cowl to conceal his identity as he lived among the streets. Rin remained homless and starved for months before being found by a Doman outcast. After the man got the malnourished and frost-bitten Rin to fall asleep, he would carry Rin off to begin a better life. The man revealed to Rin that he was the Master of a band of assassins and offered a warm spot in the family to Rin. Quick to accept the man's offer, Rin truly felt accepted among his new family, even looking up Master as if he were the father he never had. For years Rin's Master, Yasuo personally trained Rin in the way of stealth, hand-to-hand combat, and sword play; Though Master Yasuo recommended daggers to the smaller boy, Rin always seemed to enjoy the longer swords. Five years later and now twenty one, Rin was forced to suffer another horrible nameday as the Temple Knights swarmed the assassins base, killing all in their path. Rin fought beside Yasuo and the other assassin as they were inevitably were over run. With his last breaths, Yasuo managed to teleport the bloodied, and battle damaged Rin to a land far away; Thanalan. Rin was tossed down the steep dunes of the Sagolli Desert, leaving him unconscious and on the verge of death. Rin laid in the scorching sun for seemingly hours until he was saved by a Vita Salvus, a bizarre and aloof women who placed a magick seal upon his chest that saved his life. The seal came with a price and split Rin into three; The first was himself, the host for the other two. The second was Smug, the egotistical side with a bad mouth, and the last being Berserk, a rage fueled side that was savage, replacing communication with pure rage. Now back on his feet, Rin is making a living as a contract hunter, taking any contract whether it be man or animal. He may struggle socially being the shy person he is, but he's managed to to make friends along the way, although he has already lost a hand full of friend already. Now, his story is an ongoing on in which he walks his own path.
Notes:
Rin is a shy and easily embarrassed, though he tries to be as nice as possible to others, it seems that's not always returned. When it comes to a job, Rin's personality seems to completely change when it comes to work, he becomes cold and dead set on completing his job. He also has a bad habbit of becoming annoyed and pissed off in a short notice. Rin's main struggle is for power and will go out of his way to show he retains it.
Due to his life with assassins, Rin's fighting style is swift and stealthy. He mostly relies on swords but is proficient in hand-to-hand combat.
Weapons of Choice
I will RP any style of fighting/spars, though talking about the rules first is a must. Rin loves to spar and show his strength so he rarely turns down a spar.
