HistoryBorn to the matriarch of one of the several isolated Keeper tribes living in the Twelveswood, Tora had a very traditional Keeper upbringing. Learning poaching and life in the wild alongside her many siblings, Tora learned a deep love of the outdoors and cultivated a connection with the forest from a very young age. While that connection would blossom into a strong knack for Conjury later in life, in it's beginnings she simply used it to play tricks on her siblings and mother as a child.
That said, She never truly felt like she belonged, and always felt somewhat separate from the rest of her siblings. Always getting along, but never really having as close a kinship as they seemed to have with each other. What might not be unusual for a middle child nevertheless drove Tora to eventually leave her tribe, following a falling-out between her and her mother, she disappeared into the woods, not seeing her family again for nearly a decade following. Eventually, after several long months of getting by on her own, poaching small game and making shelter under the trees, a Wood Wailer patrol happened upon her. Taking her into custody, upon finding that she had been out on her own, and didn't pose a threat to the armed guard, Tora was taken back to Gridania under custody.
After being released, Tora took the opportunity to start a new life in Gridania. Eventually being granted citizenship and fully naturalizing into the city, Tora took to the civilized life like a fish to water, carving out a place for herself becoming ingrained into the Conjurer's guild, after her talent was noticed by the Wood Wailer supervising her. Making a solid living, Tora has grown somewhat of an ego, seeing herself as self-made and a cut above the rest, having come from nearly nothing to where she is today. Having said that, she also has a habit of concerning herself a bit too much with appearances. Perhaps coming from an internal need to prove herself-both to the other gridanians, who were often suspicious of a poacher-born Keeper; and to herself, a need to show she didn't need the famly she left behind, Tora often lives above her means, scraping for money despite a comfortable income.
PersonalityLiving in several situations over her life has given Tora a fairly unique personality and viewpoint on life. Often initially coming across as flirtatious and capricious, she maintains a fairly multifaceted personality, and around strangers she is able to slip between down-to-earth casualness and bourgeois elegance given the situation.
Between friends, however, her normal demeanor is far more casual, often teasing and messing at them in a friendly manner, while also being quite supportive and open with people close to her. However, this belies a more prideful and selfish interior, where she's often saddened or put out when she isn't her friend's main interest. Being someone who likes to have a variety of acquaintances, yet still stay at the center of her circle of friends, this often manifests in her becoming somewhat selfish, or almost possessive about them sometimes, often considering her friends her friends, leading her to take them for granted sometimes.
A naturally open and conversational person about her personal life, Tora is oddly secretive about her occupation and day-to-day life, even from close friends. While this may seem suspicious, or even sinister, it's more likely caused by either a fear knowing her occupation might cause her to be perceived differently; or that she simply developed a sense of reclusiveness during her time on her own. Regardless of the reason, Tora prefers to keep it to herself, remaining avoidant or deflective at attempts by friends to pry into her professional life.

AppearanceTall and lean, Tora measures much taller than most Miqo'te women, standing around a height of five fulms and ten ilms. Taller than many males of her race, she may come across as imposing to other Miqo'te, or to the smaller races, but living around mainly Elezen and Hyur has caused her to not notice it as much as she might otherwise.
Slightly toned, but not very muscular or bulky, her build is exactly what one would expect from someone who gets a fair amount of activity, but almost exclusively non-strenuous exercise, mainly swimming and walking around the forest. Her body bares several marks of an active childhood, as well as more from living alone in the woods, but they're scars long-healed, with no recent blemishes, courtesy of a much calmer later life.
Tora's wears her hair short, not reaching far down her neck in the back, with the front usually cut into bangs and the sides framing her face, allowing her to have a distinctive look, without having to take much care for it after a day outdoors. Usually she keeps it her natural cobalt blue, but her dying it once in a while isn't completely unheard of.
Perhaps her most distinctive feature might be her eyes. Round and a bright gold color, they reflect the light well at night and bear a likeness to an evening moon.
Favoring light clothing, Tora prefers neatly kept and well-fit clothes, but ones that could feasibly be taken outside the city streets as well, often with either shorts or sturdy, but tight leggings. In politer company, Tora gravitates towards well-tailored vests, bodysuits and occasionally a skirt and stockings, when she's feeling daring. However, seeing her in a dress may be something reserved for more special occasions.

✨ IC Frequency: I'm not too often outright IC idle, but I can start an RP generally most times I'm free to. Just ask! ✨ Character Injury: Temporary injury, as something that happens in the course of the RP is fine. Permanent/long-term or incapacitating injuries is a lot more iffy. I will not do character death or gross injury/disfigurement/gore. ✨ Adult Themes: I'm fine with intimacy and sexual themes, or alchohol and violence as long as it's in the context of a plot or happens within the development of the character. Drug use and such is something I'm more iffy about. ✨ Potential Issues: While I enjoy RP, I'm primarily a PVE/Raid focused player. Most of my time on the game is spent OOC and focused on gameplay, and I often get burned out with the game, so I might not be free or online too often. ✨ Interactions Listing: I'm not too good at keeping this updated, but I'll do my best.
