General

A'kon Tia is young miqo'te adventurer who recently left his tribe to go on a personal adventure to discover himself and explore the world.

Appearance

A'kon's most distinctive features is a shock of thick, fuzzy blonde hair, with braids adorning each side. His ears have black tips and his eyes are bright cerulean. He is of average height for a miqo'te, and is slightly muscular, especially his arms, abdomen and legs, indicating his hunting skills.

Behavior

A'kon is personable. He is eager to learn new things, explore new places, and meet new people. He is a ravenous reader and writer, his journal always on his person. As a follower of Azeyma, he is dedicated to the truth. He will not lie except under extraordinary circumstances that would lead to loss of life. He despises when other people lie to him.

Combat

A'kon is a decent archer, trained to hunt antelopes and other game.

Family

He is close with his mother, A'ranna Karn. His sire was A'dama Nuhn. His mother was an adventurer until settling down with her tribe. She regaled A'kon with tales of adventuring, which inspired A'kon to go on his own journey.


Friends

  • Berrod Armstrong. Affectionately referred to as "Uncle Berrod", Berrod helped A'kon when he first arived in Ul'dah, helped with a place to stay and got him on his feet.
  • Dev'to Mikah. Dev & A'kon quickly hit it off, and now they're dating!

History/Timeline

  • Childhood: A'kon has had a mostly uneventful childhood growing up with the A tribe near the Sagoli desert. He heard many tails of adventure from his mother.
  • Adolescence: A'kon is skilled with a bow, and is a decent hunter and leatherworker.
  • Calamity: A'kon was 17 when the Calamity struck. His tribe was mostly uneffected, however harrowing seeing Ul'dah blasted from a raging Bahamut.
  • Current: Disgusted with the schemes of the other Tia in his tribe, and is uninterested in becoming the tribe's Nuhn, A'kon departs, starting his journey.
