At first glance, Mimifa does not look too out of the ordinary. A simple Lalafell through and through, that with the appearance of a Dunesfolk Lalafell, which is what she would go by when asked of her past. Though, unlike the lies that she often tells, she is of a Sharlayan descent. Much like most of those whom had been taught and raised among those books of the Aether and Magicks, Mimifa holds a strong connection with those Aethers around her. Certain Sharlayan's have different connections with the Aether, allowing them to manipulate it into different forms, with each unique to that given person. Finding out quite early on in her life-span that her hold over the Aether seemed to be quite strange and unlike those of her peers, able to read the Aether that was expunged from a given person using a form of Magick or ability. During her younger childhood years, she was only able to read how it was done, yet a few minutes later she would forget all that she had just read. A puzzling chain of events had her researching and questioning her peers and teachers, hoping to find answers as to why she would forget all that she learned from the person.
From her teenage years, she sent off to the dangerous lands of Dravania. Having only a map in hand, and little else than the rumors that she had been told about Eorzea. Seeming to leave on her own choices, despite the wishes of her teachers. Feeling that she could learn more within the Great Library, or be taught to further progress her abilities. Being quite stubborn and level headed, she decided it would be better off for herself to practice her unique abilities within the privacy she would be given and no other heads looking towards her. These responses were quite normal for teenager, of course. It wasn't long before she grew and evolved her understandings of the abilities that she had been blessed with. It seems that not only could she understand how certain magicks are constructed, but she can also use them for herself, though the same fatigued nature followed suit quickly afterwards along with the previous drop in knowledge over that given spell.
This power getting her into quite some trouble while growing up in the busy streets of Eorzea, still doing what she is capable to learn of the cultural differences between each city-state. Several drunken mages have named her several different archetypes. "Copy Cat, Mimic, and Mime". Finding the term Mime amusing, she has taken it upon herself to label her own abilities after the once spoken harsh words. With this in hand, she has moved towards enhancing these abilities, in hopes that she could share them with those that wished to learn. Learning of the rare gem stones known as 'Soul Crystals', she began to learn of how she could create one if she has need to pass down her abilities to another host. Years in the work prior to the completion of the bright pink gemstone, that closely resembled those that were created long prior to this, with a strange mask-shape encrusted within the gem as if a suitable icon for her.
Appearance & PersonalityDemeanor: She can be found to be quite quiet on certain subjects, as she does not wish to dive too far into ones. Keeping most of her sentences rather short if need be, though she is quite capable of speaking her mind if necessary, simply does not happen often enough. Given that her abilities require witnessing another person doing them in action, she often tries to stay away from fights, as she does not have too much experience with combat herself.
Trope: Being more of a woman of Magicks and Science, she tends to not worship the Twelve as heavily as some tend to do, though she does have a warm heart for Azeyma, the Warden. As Mimifa does tend to believe in the truth behind peoples words, no matter the obvious lie they present.
Habits: Can often be found fiddling around with her mask when caught alone, as it seems to hold a special place to her. Spending most evenings when not having her face buried in a book, she can be found painting abstract works of art, that may have meanings behind them if asked. Though the answers may depend as to how close she is with that given person.
Common Appearance: She is more often than not found wearing a blue and black wooden mask, seeming to choose to hide her face even when it does not seem to have any real obstruction happen to it. A single white gemstone hangs from her right ear, that seems to be quite worn out from where it had been attached. Her messy and wavy aqua hair runs down to her lower back, which is clear enough that she has not gotten it cut or trimmed in quite sometime.
Scars & Markings: A scar runs a long thick length down a diagonal line down her back, reaching from the top of her right shoulder all the way to stop right above her backside. Her face is painted with a pastel-like blue paint, several markings that may be familiar within Miqo'te tribes, though she does not speak on the reasons behind them.
Voice: Her tone of voice is quite, but sharp to stand her ground at certain times. Can often be found using the little quirks that people use in their everyday lives if she is around them for a certain amount of time.
Clothing: Given her background, she does wear rather nice clothing, despite not having an real profession aside from the occasional adventuring that she may be sent out to complete.

AbilitiesAs obvious as it may be, she is quite skilled in her Mimicry ability. This ability allows her to mimic some abilities that you would expect any base-line job to be able to use on their own. As for anything further advanced than that, she seems to grow quite fatigued and unable to copy it. Though, the time frame within the option to use said abilities are only within a single minute, and can disappear quick enough in battle without being used.
Once Mimifa's minute has ran up, she will not be able to copy that ability for sometime and she will forget all knowledge on how it was completed. Even in physical strength, Mimifa is quite lacking and she is unable to compete with skilled swordsmen or Marauders. Even her stamina with running is quite small, even if she does stay in shape. She does not practice physical activities nearly close to the amount of time that she spends studying magicks.
