This template marks a section of text with a warning that what follows is spoiler information. It looks like this:
Spoiler notice: The following contains spoiler information (about <parameter>). Proceed at your own risk.
Usage
To use this template, place {{Spoiler}} at the beginning of the spoiler content. You may include an additional parameter to describe what the spoiler content is about, which looks like this: {{Spoiler|content}} At the end of the spoiler content, place the tag {{End-spoiler}}.
