Personality

-Lazy and laid back most of the time
-Good humored
-While not really soft spoken, he's not really loud and (normally) is rather polite when you first meet him. Normally. Unless you say something he doesn't like at first and then he's kind of brash and rude.
-Can come across kind of slow, but is very intelligent. The common language in Eorzea is his second language, so sometimes he misunderstands certain turns of phrase, though.
-Kinda can be affectionate; good to cuddle (though once you're cuddling him get ready to never be able to move again bc he's still kind of built)
-Seems to get drawn into fights more often than not, though he doesn't actively seek them out
-Can and will use his weight/size to his advantage
-If you pick a fight with him, he isn't the type to hold back, no matter what.
-Semi-easy to goad into a fight, but it's not always certain to tell if he's really going to engage until he already has
-While he does own and use a staff for his spellcasting, he does have a tendency to channel ether through various jewelry as well, if caught off guard without his weapon nearby.
-Can kind of come across slightly feminine with his stance/posture and sometimes the way he speaks.
-Pansexual, with a very slight preference towards males.

Appearance

-His hair is much longer than it shows in game, coming down actually to about the middle of his ribcage
-For the most part he keeps his hair in neat braids, though the shorter bangs have a cowlick that send them straight up. He's given up trying to calm that part of his hair down.
-His tail is thick and fat and also much longer than it shows in game. It reaches down to closer to his lower calves. Yes he does occasionally kick it. But it's also squishy.
-He has both white and black horns his main horns are black, showing his prominent Xalea blood, but his smaller horns farther up and back on his head are white.
-His gold hair with dark red highlights kinda look like flames in the sun.
-His skin is a dark tan, looking very close to sun-baked clay. He doesn't burn in the sun, and instead just gets darker tan occasionally.
-He's the tallest male au ra can be in game (7' 3" tall). Not that you could tell a lot of the time because he stands rather slumped, and the way he stands makes him look smaller than he is. He rarely likes to stand at his full height unless someone picks a fight with him.
-Despite being dragged into fights a lot (especially growing up), he has relatively little scarring on his person.

Background

-As an Iriq, he never knew his birth parents (his mother gave him up before he was 1 and his father was Raen, so probably lives in a Raen village somewhere).
-Left the Iriq tribe after some of the older members suggest he get a better rounded veiw of the world. Really, he knows they were tired of his rather lazy attitude in the tribe and this was a nicer way of telling him to either start pulling more weight or to leave.
-He eventually left the Iriq tribe (~4 years ago) and came to Eorzea after the Calamity had happened (age 19 at the time). He does freelance spell work and the like in his spare time.
