Yukio Tsukimi, known as the Rimewitch by many who once knew of him, once lived in the far northern reaches of Aldenard, by a boreal fjord that had grown more and more cold as a result of the Calamity. Exiled from his village due to superstition surrounding his usage of ice magicks and a supposed relation to the climate changing in such a region, he traveled far south to Central Eorzea, where he tries to find his footing in a land unfamiliar to him.
