Naoh'ra lost his left leg from the mid thigh down about 5 years ago. He most often wears a prosthetic.
He suffers from chronic pain where his leg ends, and when it is bad he can be completely incapacitated for a day and remain in bed. Often it isn't more than a dull pain, but when it hurts, it hurts.
