:Unusually short for a Roegadyn, Skaenais appears little more than an uncouth, leather-clad thug with uncharacteristically sharp teeth. Perpetually listless of expression, most mistake her as a grumpy individual with a persistent case of the sniffles.

:Skaenais' methods of accomplishing her tasks vary wildly. She typically takes the path of least resistance, opting for expediency over morality. However, she helps others in need, keeping her generous side well-hidden behind multiple layers of disgruntled grumbling. Her personal code of ethics may seem alien to others, but she's never raised a fist against those she doesn't consider part of the game. Thugs and other criminals, and their money, are free game, and her methods of dispatch coldly violent.

:Practicing verbal absenteeism, Skaenais may be misconstrued as a functional mute. Exceptionally hands-off with situations that may require a more delicate touch, she generally opts out of drama-laced situations, electing for more interested parties to handle the heated affair. Her non-expression of commitment to any position in-particular comes across as disinterest to the point of social ineptitude. However, her eyes are always open.

Zanin is usually seen with his simple straw hat, green tunic, and polite smile! His clothes are kept as clean as one can while traveling but have several tough stains or patches indicating their age and consistent use. The man himself is also kept clean though he tends to let his greying hair grow out and simply hides it under his hat to keep it out of his face when working. Around his belt are many various pouches that he keeps his medicines, waterskin, and various knick-knacks in. A surgical bag is rarely far from his person while in the field. Various scars line his face and any exposed skin and his hands are calloused and rough.

A tip of a hat or a polite bow with a smile are given to everyone he meets! Zanin endeavors to be a gentleman and tend to anyone in need of aid, medical or otherwise. Normally a cheerful smile is on his face though it is often replaced by a thoughtful expression when he is not being directly addressed.

=== Young Adult ===
Records prior to the Briggs family's arrival in Ul'dah are scarce but they immigrated as the Garleans invaded Gyr Abania. Zanin's teenage years were spent growing up on the streets of Ul'dah to a family of now arena fighters, the second child of two much larger and stronger brothers and the youngest just born. Unlike Esmond and Nathan, he preferred to avoid direct conflict if possible and had more scholarly aims including the local alchemists guild in the city. But the money was not there to earn him the education he would need, so he set foot in the arena with his siblings. He attempted to prove himself as a medic and eventually a surgeon to supplement his gladiator training and eventually became effective on his own terms on the arena floor for several years. Every gil he could spare went into books and paying for lectures from the alchemist guild but it was still not enough with the raising Syndicate prices.

In his desperation to acquire components for his own experiments Zanin took on a far more challenging fight than he could manage. But through some strange luck his overpowering opponent tripped in the arena during a complicated maneuver and impaled himself on his own blade. Zanin did not hesitate as he moved to heal the man as best as he could before the full medical team could reach him. In this act he earned the attention of the paladin order among the Sultansworn. They approached him and asked if he had considered joining them along with several other hopeful gladiators. Eager and honored by the offer, Zanin readily accepted. It meant a steady income for his martial training and medicinal studies.

=== Last Years of Sixth Astral Era ===

Before he could fully complete his training Zanin was discharged from the Sultanate and sent rather hurriedly to travel to Gridania and study with their healers. The man had only a small amount of skill with calling the elements but he worked to compensate with his medical knowledge and alchemy to still be an effective healer among the very talented conjurers studying alongside him. He spent a good few years training there before inevitably the war with the Empire reached its peak and every ready healer and sword was called. Zanin answered the call and served in the front in the Shroud alongside the troops as a field surgeon and guard for the other healers.

=== Post Calamity ===

In the years following Zanin returned to Ul'dah to assist with his fellow paladin knights to help recover and tend to his brothers after the loss of their father. But his time in his former home again saw rise to old pressures and problems, so he was sent to Limsa Lominsa and started to study there next. At first he found a school, Vylbrand Academy, and it's hidden underground organization of Unsung Heroes run by [[Elisea Renevyn]] as a new start in a new city-state. There he worked on arcany and resumed practicing more formal medicines and found great minds to work alongside. Briefly before its disbanding he was allied with an honorable group, Corvus Cinis, after meeting [[Myxie Tryxle]] and [[Eric Verus]].

It was at the Academy serving that he met [[Tristan Reilly]], the first honest returned love in his life, and it was only after his death during a vital mission that Zanin removed himself from the public eye and dedicated himself into research. Following two of his closest friends, [[Zakrin Aier]] and [[Kyraeth Vale]], into their own Company called Dark Embers after a few moons he worked to assist with their research and continues to do so to present day under their leader [[Claire Brea]]. Known some for its aetheric monster hunting also, he is occasionally seen on missions when not serving drinks at the variety of bars he works at. Including the new Rendevous Tea House in Ul'dah under [[D'ranmaia Shen]].

Presently he has been able, with a vast donation from friends and his brother [[Esmond Briggs]]' business savvy, been able to open up a free clinic in Gridania where he is most often found alongside his friends. Or most anyone that does not mind being around and serve tea and cookies. [[Myxie Tryxle]] and [[Salty Lake]] also recently planned and opened their own Free Company with a council of four to lead the crafting and research based guild, Artifice, Manufacturing, and Invention. Or AIM for short. Zanin serves as the leader of Cups for the guild on the council with his friends, in charge of the diplomacy and social division, and is often seen there crafting and working when not with patients at the clinic in Gridania.

He has a love for teasing others, both in a playful and scornful manner. Aero has proven to be somewhat arrogant as well, which, he blames on his Elezen blood-line. This is likely due to his past with his mother's death. Though, he finds a select few to be truly attractive. </span></font></span><hr>Aaron began his training as a conjurer early on as a child having a natural affinity for the art, particularly both elements of wind and earth. It was then, he was dubbed the name "Aerostein", from a visiting senior conjurer from elsewhere. Instead of playing like most children his age, he would prefer to read and write, furthering his own education. Aero always had a fondness for magic and all of it's arcane mysteries. The boy had dreams of mastering it all. He was something of a golden child growing up, loved by all of his tutors. Equally envied by many of his peers in turn. Eventually, by the tender age of fourteen Aaron would hear the voices of the elementals making him a hearer.

Unfortunately, it was at this age that the remaining family he had would all perish. Aero was told it was a poaching accident gone terribly wrong, and he believed them. The truth of the matter was that his void-touched cousin Alicia was the one who slaughtered them all. He took their deaths very hard and that changed his general outlook on life. It was soon after, Aero began looking into forbidden magics. However, he was urged to discontinue that study very quickly and so he left it alone for that time.

Having risen through the ranks at an alarming rate, by the age of seventeen he was already an accomplished conjurer. However, at the age of eighteen Aero would leave Gridania. He had only two goals in mind, the first would be to get stronger so that he could become an arch-mage some day just as he had dreamed when he was a child. The other reason would be so he could travel and see the world with his own eyes. And so, he set off.

</span></font></span><hr> Having left his home in Gridania to broaden both his talent and perspective in life Aero would venture out into the cruel waters of Limsa Lominsa. Not particularly happy with the salty smell of the sea and all the fish, he knew he was far away from home. He would first visit the Arcanist's guild with bright eyes in hopes of learning more about aether and magic, but it didn't quite work out as how he had planned it in his mind. He only learned a few useful things while he was a member of the guild. Finding their study to be a joke, he quickly found himself at a loss. He soon quit the guild. Aero, now seemingly lost and depressed at realizing just how unrealistic his dream actually was, decided to enlist with the Yellow Jackets instead. Having being beaten up and pick-pocketed by pirates and other brutes, it would prove to be most useful.

Aero would struggle upon joining, especially in hand to hand combat. He lacked both dexterity and physical strength in particular, and almost didn't make it. However, he was too determined or perhaps too stubborn to give up. He was quite determined and would eventually learn how to wield an axe as well. He still lacked physical strength to be truly great but he had enough to deal with what was required of him. He didn't particularly care for it but he needed to toughen up and make coin somehow for himself. It was more or less his first time seeing death up close in such a manner, though, that wasn't a often occurrence for Aero. He was generally well-liked too for his conjuring abilities, healing to be exact. This made him all the more useful, despite his mediocre axemanship. He would stay apart of that order for a few more summers, toughening up his body as well to save up enough coin. By the age of twenty, he would set sails for the golden city of Ul'Dah.

</span></font></span><hr> The physical training Aero received while in Limsa would prove valuable upon reaching this city. Being able to stand his ground physically against the larger men who would cause him harm. It was here he would know what it meant to live lavishly. Spending much of his hard-earned gil on finely-crafted clothes, accessories, and drink. It wouldn't take him long to figure out he would love this city.

He would eventually visit the guild for thaumaturges and found out he was a natural in that field of magic. He loved the power it gave him over others, even lusted for more. Being young and foolish, this power went to his head and he began to use his magic recklessly. He would often have accidents with his thaumaturgy, but none too serious enough he couldn't get out off. It's likely Aero began to dabble in darker magics while he was here but it is unclear.

Sooner or later, his coin would run dry. It wasn't long before Aero started taking jobs with adventurers and mercenaries to keep his gil flowing. He kept this up, for a time but decided that life wasn't for him. After that, he tried his luck as an information broker of sorts. To his surprise he did a decent job using both his charm and intelligence to his advantage. Unfortunately, he got involved in a particular scandal and had to flee fearing it may cost him his life if caught. A little before his twenty-third namesday he would return back home to Gridania.

</span></font></span><hr> On the way back home, Aero came across a rather large group of Miqo'te poachers in the Shroud. They had killed quite a number of the wildlife there and were likely intent for more. Not being a fool, Aero was ready to slip by them without notice until he recognized one of the voices. It was the same voice of the Miqo'te who had raped and butchered his mother before his very eyes. In a rage he jumped in to intervene.

Now seeing the man up-close with his own eyes again there was no mistake it was indeed that same man. Without exchanging any words Aero jumped right into combat against the group. While Aero may have put up a decent fight, he was still sorely outnumbered. Aero managed to take out a few but he was losing the fight, quickly. Even as he lay bloodied, bruised, and injured he would not give up. He could not give up. In that moment something in Aerostein awoken, something darker in nature.

He used his blood as a weapon, even as going as far as to drain the life force of some of the poachers to heal his wounds. With this new found talent, he was able to dispatch the remaining Miqo'te, brutally of course. He saved the leader for last. As the poacher leader begged for his own life and asked him to spare him, Aero simply responded with "You get nothing.", and proceeded to slit his throat in the same fashion the man had done to his mother long ago. Aero watched with delight as the man died slowly, a part of him was happy he had his justice, or perhaps vengeance? It was all the same for him either way. Aero has yet to tell anyone of this story of how he got his scar. He also has yet to replicate that magic, until recently...

After many falling outs with others of the conjurer's guild about how magic should be used, he was deemed as a failure. Some claim Aero quit the guild, others say he was dispelled. ===General===
Emmette Stringers is the daughter of a wealthy merchant family in the City-State, Ul'dah, Thanalan Region with some ties of Noble Ishgardian families. She is currently a scholar of sorts, often mentioning that her work is in research, but never really going into much detail. Since the Calamity, Miss Stringers had been traveling, seeing the world with her "Teacher", until about a year ago. Which again she doesn't describe in much detail. Now, she lives in Ul'dah, often speaking with many different people, gathering contacts where she can. It is like she is preparing for something. Her goals in life -seem- to be simple ones, despite her background.

===Appearance===
Fiery hair and a set of somewhat sharp, hawkish features, with clover green colored eyes, would be one way to describe, Emmette Stringers. Her brows are always neatly shaped and her lips a soft shade of red. She has a dusting of freckles over her pale cheeks and nose and will say it is a family thing despite how the sun beats down on the streets of her home city, Ul'dah. She bares the mark of a tattoo along the side of her face, something dark with sharp edges that she doesn't speak of. She always wears her hair up when it gets too long, or cuts it off and styles it wildly, typically as a sign of her boredom. Aside from her striking face and pale features for an Ul'dahn of the city of gold, Emmette is average looking. She will always wear wraps around her fingers.

===Personality===
Emmette's Peronality is often hard to narrow down, as she will change it to fit her needs if she believes it will assist her, it would be better just to hold up a mirror to yourself and speak with it, rather than trying to get anything genuine out of this woman if she wants something from you. However, when she isn't looking for something, the often curly haired Hyur has a dry humor and serious disposition. Her tone is haughty, brows furrowed in a soft scowl and lips thinned, flashing brief smiles to those that speak or act with kindness. Like most people, when she feels comfortable with you, she will relax and can sometimes be a genuinely charming person. -Surprise!- -- She doesn't like to be touched, she often flinches unless she knows you well enough to know your intent.
Emmette is typically generous, who knows why. She doesn't speak of her wealth, odd. To those that assume the worst, she does not disappoint them, if they're blunt with her about it, of course.
When drinking, Emmette retains that dry humor, but she smiles more genuinely and laughs freely, as long as her drink is nearby.
She seems to be taking advise from a mender as of late, you can find her counting down when she is particularly riled up, or too nasty to be around, anger management?
==Combat==
In combat, Emmette will often use many different pieces of foci, including the bands around her wrists, a few different beaded chains around her hip, necklaces, rings, brands she can hook to her belt. She calls upon elements of fire, ice, and -sometimes- physical powers, though she will admit she isn't as strong with them. What Emmette is very capable with however is the power of foresight. She often prepares for most situations and don't be surprised if she has a bottle of something to drop on the ground at your feet that will blow up, emit some sort of odd smelling gas, power, and the like. This woman is not the type you should cross. Given her small stature, usually she isn't up for a physical fight and with her attitude she isn't quick to anger, so riling her up is a trying task anyways.

Emmette's immediate family believes she is becoming a mender of some sort, and that she is still traveling to help others.

===General Bio===

Kiht Jakkya is a very traditional Keeper of the Moon. She grew up in the Twelveswood with her family and Keeper group. She was trained to be a huntress and scout for her group. She learned to track, hunt, scout and fight from a childhood age. While she grew up in a Matriarchal society, she learned a lot from her father and uncles, and trained with her cousins and sisters. She knows a lot about the Black Shroud, and has a hard time with Gridanian laws and regulations as it had been a hindrance to her Keeper group's traditional ways.

Kiht was once arrested by the Gridanians due to a misunderstanding. She spent a year in Gridania being "rehabilitated" by the Twin Adders. While she was a Gridanian captive, a sympathetic (and brave) Elezen soldier decided to impart to her a great deal of knowledge on the world and the ways of the Lancers. Kiht returned to her family as a more educated huntress who helped her group establish a dialogue with the Gridanians. While the Gridanians wouldn't have been considered the group's allies, they were no longer enemies five years after the Calamity.

Since then, Kiht has seen many places in Eorzea, and has been a part of several lives.

===Appearance===

Kiht Jakkya is small, even by Miqo'te standards, but that is actually true of most of the females in her small family. Kiht usually appears serious and doesn't often show her emotions easily. The hard life that she has shared with her group in the Black Shroud has made her stoic and often well-guarded. She has a teardrop tattoo on her forehead witch represents a tear of Menphina. She grows jet-black hair, and has a small scar close to her right eye which possibly has a story of its own. If one were to look closely at Kiht's eyes, they would see a color matching the blue of a starlit night sky.

===Behavior===

Kiht is willful and somewhat stubborn in her views. She has a strong curiosity, and is an astute observer. She is fierce in battle, but often very calm otherwise which is why many who have never seen her fight do not think she can. She may even be shy around certain people. Her favored goddesses are Menphina the Lover (as per clan tradition) and Halone the Fury, goddess of battle. Some might say the persona of the two cousin goddesses are expressed in Kiht. She is furiously protective of people she cares about, and yet has a sensitivity to her that might melt a grizzled Roegadyn pirate.

She speaks like an educated Eorzean, so many might not be aware of her nomadic and traditional upbringing when they first meet her. Most people don't realize that her way of speaking is practiced, and that she wasn't always so sophisticated with speech. She learned that people judge others by the way they talk, so she has learned to use that to her advantage.

Kiht displays the tendencies of a traditional Keeper in that she has trouble with male authority, and a strong respect for other females. However, she has come to look beyond those biases in some cases, so there are some males she respects a great deal, and some females she has come to dislike.

The Jakkya surname is an ancient Keeper name that has been passed down since the dawn of the Keeper clans. Because the name follows the female individuals, not a specific clan, the name is now widespread amongst the Keepers of the Moon. In other words, there may be more Keepers with the surname Jakkya, but not all Jakkyas are part of the same group or family. The surname simply indicates a shared ancestry which could be as far back as the first use of the name.

The Jakkya family is a family reunited. Three generations in the past, the family had split because of differing philosophies. One side of the family helped form the Shriekshroom clan which -was- a nomadic group of hunter-gatherers who moved from settlement to settlement within the Twelveswood. They developed into dignified scout and skilled leather-workers. They are willful and dedicated, but often very prideful. This side of the family lived at peace with Gridania until the calamity struck. At that time, they were forced to be at odds with the city for the five years of disarray and recovery of the forest. They also fought in numerous conflicts with the Ixal.

The other sides of the family stayed in the South Shroud or West Shroud, and disbursed to various Keeper groups. They practiced stern traditions that they took very seriously. They fought a constant battle for territory, and their rights to hunt in the forest.

[[Taiga Jakkya]] is a cousin from South Shroud. She may be rough around the edges, but her loyalty to family is unquestionable. She has shown as much wisdom as Kiht has (in most cases...), and has been counsel for Kiht on many occasions. She has quickly become very dear to Kiht.

[[Nyxh Jakkya]] is Kiht's half-sister. They grew up together, but have now grown apart.

[[Khloe Jakkya]] is Kiht's cousin. Having spent five years with her father in Ul'dah, Khloe struggles with being a traditional Jakkya. However, Kiht has come a long way in respecting that her cousin is not typical. Khloe supported Kiht on many occasions, and Kiht has not forgotten. Khloe is the oddest Jakkya, but she is still a Jakkya.

[[Nesha Jakkya]] is another cousin. She passed trials at a surprisingly young age, and ambitiously set off to Limsa Lominsa to learn new things that would benefit the family. She did not return until recently. Kiht thought she was dead, but quite the opposite; Nesha became an assassin on the caliber of the Rogues of Limsa Lominsa.

[[Yvelont Navarre]] is Kiht's valued mentor. He gave her extensive education, and training when she was forced to endure six moons of rehabilitation in Gridania. He took on the task that no one else wanted to do: train and educate a wild teenage Moon-keeper girl. He did so with patience, genuine care and perhaps some protective armor. He helped her gain her freedom, and has become like family to her. Kiht would take on Bahamut if it meant helping him.

[[Roen Deneith]] is one of Kiht's first friends after journeying to Thanalan. Kiht first met her at the Grindstone tournament. The woman is extremely generous to Kiht, but is not prone to easily share information about herself. However, Kiht now knows a lot about Roen, and now considers her a close friend.

A suave vagabond by the name of '''Tobias ((Nightbringer))''' helped Kiht gain entrance to Gridania for a very modest fee when she still had a criminal record. She does not yet know him well enough to call him "friend", but she finds the witty Hyur to be fascinating, and is certainly in debt to him for helping her get into Gridania. She wishes to know more about him, but he is always prone to dodge questions, and use charm to divert attention. She is convinced that this is some sort of defense mechanism that guards a troubled past.

A close friend of Kiht's is a rather gruff, but friendly and traditional, Keeper of the Moon by the name of [[Kendha'to Burwani]]. Kiht and Kendha'to grew very close after spending much time with each other. However, the male lives the life of Oschon, and tends to wander the world alone. Regardless of what happens in Kiht's life, she will always have a place in her heart for that "Bone-headed male".

A traditional Moon-keeper huntress by the name of [[Rinette Molkoh]] has become like a sister to Kiht. Through all their time they've spent together, Kiht probably knows more about Rinette than she does anyone else aside from her family. Kiht would put her life in danger for Rinette without hesitation. Nothing more needs to be said.

A shy and often emotional Moon-keeper girl by the name of [[Merri Renalah]] is a friend of Kiht's that she has known for many Moons. Thanks to Kiht's efforts, Merri is now reunited with her once-lost Keeper group, and will soon be the head matron of her family. Worried about Merri's many perceived vulnerabilities, Kiht intends to watch over the girl, and help her remember what it means to be a Keeper of the Moon.

[[Rinh'li Nelhah]] is a kind and sensitive male Keeper of the Moon who has become Kiht's lover. She quickly got attached to him, and can't explain why she likes him so much, but she has become fiercely protective of him, and will go to great lengths to help him with his "inner demons". She is often uncertain about where Rinh'li's chosen path in life is, but she knows she will always care for him in some way.

[[Erik Mynhier]] - In Kiht's opinion, he is as good a man as you can find. Does right by the world, and does what he has to defend good people and good causes. The man is a hero. Erik was one of the first to visit Kiht after a traumatic experience. She will not forget the kindness and friendship he offered her.

[[Crisiet Liautroix]] - Is an ex-Ishgardian with a seemingly plain demeanor, but he has proven a valuable ally time and again. When Kiht disappeared, he was one of the few to investigate. He was also one of the few to show up when she needed aid in a battle. Somehow, he is always around when Kiht needs help the most.

[[Enju Abbagliato]] - Kiht finds him to be calm and collected. She has not seen many emotions from him. She knows where Enju's true loyalties lie, and that has never concerned her as long as he continues to be an ally. He has aided her on many occasions, and was one of the few who searched for her when she went missing. He has proven to be one of her most helpful friends.

[[Verad Bellveil]] - This Duskwight offered his friendship for sale at a dubiously low price. Kidding aside, he is one of those rare friends who Kiht can absolutely trust. The man is a bit mysterious, but his intentions are clear. He is a great man, and Kiht -will- support him.

[[Aya Foxheart]] - Even as Kiht's life goes through some changes, Aya has been a nice constant. She opened up to Kiht, and that is not something Kiht will forget.

[[Kahn'a Od'hilkas]] - Kiht was not too sure about this male Keeper at first, but has come to realize he is a good man who often gets frustrated with his inability to fix every crazy problem put before him. Kiht still does not know much about him, but feels like he may be the type that takes the weight of Ul'dah's problems onto his shoulders. A true Immortal Flame.

[[Nheu'a Polaali]] - Kiht knows he has issues. She knows he follows a dangerous path. She knows he is not perfect. However, she sees him as a new mentor. One of the few who saw her potential, and helped her gain greater skill and strength. He is the first in a long time to have put faith in her.

[[Khloe Lyehga]] - Is an example of someone who Kiht did not like as much at first. The strange girl with the mysterious magic eye bears a bizarre past; all of which was thought to be a threat to Kiht's family and friends. However, she did not truly know Khloe until recently. The two have differences, but much in common as well. Khloe is a good and honest Moon-sister, and Kiht is glad she did not drive her away.

[[Nihka Mioni]] - Is a wise, but highly sensitive Keeper who has become part of the Shroudwolf Clan. Despite the fact that Kiht does not always know how to handle Nihka, she considers her a close friend, and feels strongly protective of Nihka and her infant daughter Sehki.

[[R'shesha Otharn]] - Is a Seeker huntress and scout that is like the never-ending sunshine of the Shroudwolf Clan. R'shesha seems to bond easily with anyone, and hardly displays anger. Kiht sometimes feels frustrated with how trusting R'shesha can be of strangers, but she is a loyal friend who Kiht would not trade away.

[[Sanja Polaali]] - Is a Keeper who once hailed from the Morbolvine Clan. However, Sanja chose her loyalty over blood and joined the Shroudwolf Clan. Kiht sometimes seriously worries about Sanja, but the teenage Keeper has been in Kiht's life for so long, she considers her a sister.

[[Cy'xanne Nunh]] - Is a Seeker who use to exchange frequent philosophical conversations with Kiht. She finds him to be intelligent and wise. Most would not give him the benefit of the doubt due to his title, but Kiht knew better. If Kiht had been born a Seeker, she would have joined his tribe. However, as a Keeper, she can still at least be his friend.

[[Meyla Sarka]] ((Good Standing)) - Kiht feels many things when it comes to Meyla. She feels like she was never able to gain her trust, and she dreads her bonding with people Kiht dislikes. However, Kiht feels it can not be helped. She would likely come to Meyla's aid if she ever called for it, but Kiht would be surprised if she did call for it. Meyla is too independent; she doesn't want Kiht's help.

[[Xydane Vale]] ((Good standing)) - Kiht feels that this knight is naive in that he acts like he is the solution to every problem. However, he is one of the rare people who can truly recognize the difference between right and wrong. He is an honorable man, and for that, he has gained Kiht's respect. She would never admit it though.

===General Bio===

Kiht Jakkya is a very traditional Keeper of the Moon. She grew up in the Twelveswood with her family and Keeper group. She was trained to be a huntress and scout for her group. She learned to track, hunt, scout and fight from a childhood age. While she grew up in a Matriarchal society, she learned a lot from her father and uncles, and trained with her cousins and sisters. She knows a lot about the Black Shroud, and has a hard time with Gridanian laws and regulations as it had been a hindrance to her Keeper group's traditional ways.

Kiht was once arrested by the Gridanians due to a misunderstanding. She spent a year in Gridania being "rehabilitated" by the Twin Adders. While she was a Gridanian captive, a sympathetic (and brave) Elezen soldier decided to impart to her a great deal of knowledge on the world and the ways of the Lancers. Kiht returned to her family as a more educated huntress who helped her group establish a dialogue with the Gridanians. While the Gridanians wouldn't have been considered the group's allies, they were no longer enemies five years after the Calamity.

Since then, Kiht has seen many places in Eorzea, and has been a part of several lives.

===Appearance===

Kiht Jakkya is small, even by Miqo'te standards, but that is actually true of most of the females in her small family. Kiht usually appears serious and doesn't often show her emotions easily. The hard life that she has shared with her group in the Black Shroud has made her stoic and often well-guarded. She has a teardrop tattoo on her forehead witch represents a tear of Menphina. She grows jet-black hair, and has a small scar close to her right eye which possibly has a story of its own. If one were to look closely at Kiht's eyes, they would see a color matching the blue of a starlit night sky.

===Behavior===

Kiht is willful and somewhat stubborn in her views. She has a strong curiosity, and is an astute observer. She is fierce in battle, but often very calm otherwise which is why many who have never seen her fight do not think she can. She may even be shy around certain people. Her favored goddesses are Menphina the Lover (as per clan tradition) and Halone the Fury, goddess of battle. Some might say the persona of the two cousin goddesses are expressed in Kiht. She is furiously protective of people she cares about, and yet has a sensitivity to her that might melt a grizzled Roegadyn pirate.

She speaks like an educated Eorzean, so many might not be aware of her nomadic and traditional upbringing when they first meet her. Most people don't realize that her way of speaking is practiced, and that she wasn't always so sophisticated with speech. She learned that people judge others by the way they talk, so she has learned to use that to her advantage.

Kiht displays the tendencies of a traditional Keeper in that she has trouble with male authority, and a strong respect for other females. However, she has come to look beyond those biases in some cases, so there are some males she respects a great deal, and some females she has come to dislike.

The Jakkya surname is an ancient Keeper name that has been passed down since the dawn of the Keeper clans. Because the name follows the female individuals, not a specific clan, the name is now widespread amongst the Keepers of the Moon. In other words, there may be more Keepers with the surname Jakkya, but not all Jakkyas are part of the same group or family. The surname simply indicates a shared ancestry which could be as far back as the first use of the name.

The Jakkya family is a family reunited. Three generations in the past, the family had split because of differing philosophies. One side of the family helped form the Shriekshroom clan which -was- a nomadic group of hunter-gatherers who moved from settlement to settlement within the Twelveswood. They developed into dignified scout and skilled leather-workers. They are willful and dedicated, but often very prideful. This side of the family lived at peace with Gridania until the calamity struck. At that time, they were forced to be at odds with the city for the five years of disarray and recovery of the forest. They also fought in numerous conflicts with the Ixal.

The other sides of the family stayed in the South Shroud or West Shroud, and disbursed to various Keeper groups. They practiced stern traditions that they took very seriously. They fought a constant battle for territory, and their rights to hunt in the forest.

[[Taiga Jakkya]] is a cousin from South Shroud. She may be rough around the edges, but her loyalty to family is unquestionable. She has shown as much wisdom as Kiht has (in most cases...), and has been counsel for Kiht on many occasions. She has quickly become very dear to Kiht.

[[Nyxh Jakkya]] is Kiht's half-sister. They grew up together, but Nyxh is known to be quiet and subtle. It is only recently that Kiht has come to know her sister well, and she has come to consider her not just a sister, but a friend.

[[Khloe Jakkya]] is Kiht's cousin. Having spent five years with her father in Ul'dah, Khloe struggles with being a traditional Jakkya. However, Kiht has come a long way in respecting that her cousin is not typical. Khloe supported Kiht on many occasions, and Kiht has not forgotten. Khloe is the oddest Jakkya, but she is still a Jakkya.

[[Nesha Jakkya]] is another cousin. She passed trials at a surprisingly young age, and ambitiously set off to Limsa Lominsa to learn new things that would benefit the family. She did not return until recently. Kiht thought she was dead, but quite the opposite; Nesha became an assassin on the caliber of the Rogues of Limsa Lominsa.

[[Zakkn'a Jakkya]] is Kiht's half-brother. He was a stubborn pain in her arse the last time she saw him. He did not get along well with many in the Morbolvine Clan. She has been out of contract with him, and wonders if he is well.

[[Yvelont Navarre]] is Kiht's valued mentor. He gave her extensive education, and training when she was forced to endure six moons of rehabilitation in Gridania. He took on the task that no one else wanted to do: train and educate a wild teenage Moon-keeper girl. He did so with patience, genuine care and perhaps some protective armor. He helped her gain her freedom, and has become like family to her. Kiht would take on Bahamut if it meant helping him.

[[Roen Deneith]] is one of Kiht's first friends after journeying to Thanalan. Kiht first met her at the Grindstone tournament. The woman is extremely generous to Kiht, but is not prone to easily share information about herself. However, Kiht now knows a lot about Roen, and now considers her a close friend.

A suave vagabond by the name of '''Tobias ((Nightbringer))''' helped Kiht gain entrance to Gridania for a very modest fee when she still had a criminal record. She does not yet know him well enough to call him "friend", but she finds the witty Hyur to be fascinating, and is certainly in debt to him for helping her get into Gridania. She wishes to know more about him, but he is always prone to dodge questions, and use charm to divert attention. She is convinced that this is some sort of defense mechanism that guards a troubled past.

A close friend of Kiht's is a rather gruff, but friendly and traditional, Keeper of the Moon by the name of [[Kendha'to Burwani]]. Kiht and Kendha'to grew very close after spending much time with each other. However, the male lives the life of Oschon, and tends to wander the world alone. Regardless of what happens in Kiht's life, she will always have a place in her heart for that "Bone-headed male".

A traditional Moon-keeper huntress by the name of [[Rinette Molkoh]] has become like a sister to Kiht. Through all their time they've spent together, Kiht probably knows more about Rinette than she does anyone else aside from her family. Kiht would put her life in danger for Rinette without hesitation. Nothing more needs to be said.

A shy and often emotional Moon-keeper girl by the name of [[Merri Renalah]] is a friend of Kiht's that she has known for many Moons. Thanks to Kiht's efforts, Merri is now reunited with her once-lost Keeper group, and will soon be the head matron of her family. Worried about Merri's many perceived vulnerabilities, Kiht intends to watch over the girl, and help her remember what it means to be a Keeper of the Moon.

[[Rinh'li Nelhah]] is a kind and sensitive male Keeper of the Moon who has become Kiht's lover. She quickly got attached to him, and can't explain why she likes him so much, but she has become fiercely protective of him, and will go to great lengths to help him with his "inner demons". She is often uncertain about where Rinh'li's chosen path in life is, but she knows she will always care for him in some way.

[[Erik Mynhier]] - In Kiht's opinion, he is as good a man as you can find. Does right by the world, and does what he has to defend good people and good causes. The man is a hero. Erik was one of the first to visit Kiht after a traumatic experience. She will not forget the kindness and friendship he offered her.

[[Crisiet Liautroix]] - Is an ex-Ishgardian with a seemingly plain demeanor, but he has proven a valuable ally time and again. When Kiht disappeared, he was one of the few to investigate. He was also one of the few to show up when she needed aid in a battle. Somehow, he is always around when Kiht needs help the most.

[[Enju Abbagliato]] - Kiht finds him to be calm and collected. She has not seen many emotions from him. She knows where Enju's true loyalties lie, and that has never concerned her as long as he continues to be an ally. He has aided her on many occasions, and was one of the few who searched for her when she went missing. He has proven to be one of her most helpful friends.

[[Verad Bellveil]] - This Duskwight offered his friendship for sale at a dubiously low price. Kidding aside, he is one of those rare friends who Kiht can absolutely trust. The man is a bit mysterious, but his intentions are clear. He is a great man, and Kiht -will- support him.

[[Aya Foxheart]] - Even as Kiht's life goes through some changes, Aya has been a nice constant. She opened up to Kiht, and that is not something Kiht will forget.

[[Kahn'a Od'hilkas]] - Kiht was not too sure about this male Keeper at first, but has come to realize he is a good man who often gets frustrated with his inability to fix every crazy problem put before him. Kiht still does not know much about him, but feels like he may be the type that takes the weight of Ul'dah's problems onto his shoulders. A true Immortal Flame.

[[Nheu'a Polaali]] - Kiht knows he has issues. She knows he follows a dangerous path. She knows he is not perfect. However, she sees him as a new mentor. One of the few who saw her potential, and helped her gain greater skill and strength. He is the first in a long time to have put faith in her.

[[Khloe Lyehga]] - Is an example of someone who Kiht did not like as much at first. The strange girl with the mysterious magic eye bears a bizarre past; all of which was thought to be a threat to Kiht's family and friends. However, she did not truly know Khloe until recently. The two have differences, but much in common as well. Khloe is a good and honest person, and Kiht is glad she did not drive her away.

[[Nihka Mioni]] - Is a wise, but highly sensitive Keeper who has become part of the Shroudwolf Clan. Despite the fact that Kiht does not always know how to handle Nihka, she considers her a close friend, and feels strongly protective of Nihka and her infant daughter Sehki.

[[R'shesha Otharn]] - Is a Seeker huntress and scout that is like the never-ending sunshine of the Shroudwolf Clan. R'shesha seems to bond easily with anyone, and hardly displays anger. Kiht sometimes feels frustrated with how trusting R'shesha can be of strangers, but she is a loyal friend who Kiht would not trade away.

[[Sanja Polaali]] - Is a Keeper who once hailed from the Morbolvine Clan. However, Sanja chose her loyalty over blood and joined the Shroudwolf Clan. Kiht sometimes seriously worries about Sanja, but the teenage Keeper has been in Kiht's life for so long, she considers her a sister.

[[Cy'xanne Nunh]] - Is a Seeker who use to exchange frequent philosophical conversations with Kiht. She finds him to be intelligent and wise. Most would not give him the benefit of the doubt due to his title, but Kiht knew better. If Kiht had been born a Seeker, she would have joined his tribe. However, as a Keeper, she can still at least be his friend.

===Noteworthy Contacts===

[[Meyla Sarka]] ((Good Standing)) - Kiht feels many things when it comes to Meyla. She feels like she was never able to gain her trust, and she dreads her bonding with people Kiht dislikes. However, Kiht feels it can not be helped. She would likely come to Meyla's aid if she ever called for it, but Kiht would be surprised if she did call for it. Meyla is too independent; she doesn't want Kiht's help.

[[Xydane Vale]] ((Good standing)) - Kiht feels that this knight is naive in that he acts like he is the solution to every problem. However, he is one of the rare people who can truly recognize the difference between right and wrong. He is an honorable man, and for that, he has gained Kiht's respect. She would never admit it though.

[[Osric Melkire]] ((Good standing)) - Kiht is conflicted about her feelings towards the man as she has seen him do great things, and bad things. However, she has come to recognize that he fights for his loved ones. He is no hero, but she sees his potential.

[[C'kayah Tia]] ((Neutral standing)) - While Kiht's professional relations with this male have been shaky and full of negative feelings, she has come to see that he is usually not motivated by malevolence. She thinks his selfish tendencies make him dangerous, and she questions his morals, but he seems to have a sincere empathy for people who are not his enemies. He lost her trust on several occasions, and she finds it hard to give it back.

[[Askier Mergrey]] ((Good Standing)) - Kiht thought he was a bit odd at first... Well, she still thinks he is odd. However, she has quickly come to like him. She knows little about his past, and prefers not to pry. She hears that he gets enough punishment for the things he has done. After a recent visit from him on Morbolvine Clan grounds, she educated him on Moon-keeper traditions, and is happy to see he is receptive. She is glad to have made a new ally, and is hoping to help him more in the future.

[[Miah Polaali]] ((Neutral standing)) - Kiht use to be close friends with her, but they eventually could not agree on many things. She threatened Kiht's life at one point, but their last meeting ended with an attempt to make peace. Who knows what the future will bring.

Gwen is a difficult individual to understand. While often acting older than she is, she has on occasion shown her immaturity, especially on matters regarding sex or just the body in general. She often comes off as cold or heartless, when in actual fact it is more likely she just doesn't understand the concepts or emotions involved. So instead she just keeps her mouth shut and stares while she lets other speak.

That being said, she finds no issue with pretending to be someone else while she works, and faking any feelings or thoughts she might have in order to get the information she needs.

===Appearance===

Standing at 5 Fulm, 3 Ilms. She has clean black hair, that seems intimate with the wind, and only meets with a brush first thing in the morning, if that. Her skin is usually tanned from her time spent around the Thanalan areas. While she is almost always wearing some form of black thiefy orientated outfit, her bright blue eyes are all the more colourful given their surroundings.

As stated before, Gwen usually comes off as cold or hateful towards the people she encounters. She is stubborn towards her opinions, and will throw out threats to just about anyone if she feels it will help her argument. Though despite the threats, she knows when she is outmatched, and while trying her best to avoid being punched she will not show much sign of fear as she stands up to them.

Despite her coldness, she has been seen to be making an effort to open up more, or perhaps it is outside forces causing her to act in such a way.

==Combat==

Gwen excels at long ranged combat, her bow being her obvious choice of weaponry. While she can still fight at close range, she would struggle to beat anyone with much real training, though the opposite could be said for someone with no experience at all trying to smack her.

A female Keeper, Rheah'na Serras is currently a student of the aetheric arts at the Vylbrand Academy in Limsa Lominsa.  Hailing from the Black Shroud, Rheah (as she prefers to be called) originally studied Conjury in Gridania before relocating to Limsa Lominsa to study under the Arcanist's Guild. She called Limsa Lominsa home for several years before enrolling in the Academy to further her magickal studies.  Currently she has devoted herself to the advanced study of arcanima and can usually be found in the company of one of her various familiars or summons.

=== Appearance ===

Short, even for a Miqo'te, Rheah stands at slightly shorter than 5 fulms.  Though not unfit, her scholarly lifestyle has given more in the ways of curves and less in the way of muscle.  It probably doesn't help she can constantly be seen stuffing her face with dessert- which she claims is to offset the high caloric use required by maintaining a summons.  Her skin is a dusky lilac, her face marked by a traditional Miqo'te tribal tattoo.  Kept short, her purple hair is unruly and haphazardly styled.

Though not readily apparent, the length of her left arm is covered by various designs featuring arcane circle and formulas, and various runes and magical symbols.  To the uninitiated, the tattoo would likely look like a complicated, intricately designed piece of art.  To anyone familiar with arcanimancy, the meaning would be quite apparent- this Miqo'te has etched her most powerful summons and spells unto her skin.  If pressed for a reason for the tattoos, she will usually just grin and mention a 'lesson learned the hard way.'

Rheah secretly considers herself a bit of a fashionista- her clothes and accessories are always carefully matched.  Even the cover of her grimoire is taken into account when choosing her robes.

Brash and headstrong, Rheah can often time come across as a loud mouthed braggart.  She possesses a quick wit and a sharp tongue, and needs little excuse to exercise either.  Despite the fact her friends are just as often fall victim to her sarcastic teasing, she is fiercely loyal and is quick to put outsiders in their place.  Interestingly, though still skilled in combat magics, she has a natural talent for healing.

Surprisingly, when in the company of her superiors- such as the instructors at the Academy- Rheah will adopt a more formal, polite personality.

As an mage, Rheah uses her summons to distract enemies while she casts.  Preferring to maintain a safe distance, she uses spells to slow her foes and whittle away their stamina.  While she likes to boast about setting people on fire with her mind, Rheah's skills in art of Thaumaturgy are still under-developed and she is not comfortable using them in combat situations.

When fighting in a group, Rheah will fall back, allowing her more melee oriented companions freedom of movement.  She will focus less of offensive magic and more on the welfare of her friends- bolstering and shielding her comrades to great effect. Paired with her faerie companion, Celestia, Rheah does her best to ensure her friends leave the battlefield on their own two feet.

While melee combat is not her forte, Rheah is not unversed in the use of a sword and shield. If circumstances necessitate their use, Rheah prefers a defensive stance- knowing her skills would not be enough to overcome most enemies with brute force.

In addition, like many traditional tribal Miqo'te, Rheah was trained from a young age in the use of a short bow and how to hunt and track game. While those skills are rusty, her nose remains keen and her eyes and ears sharp. With practice, she could again become a decent archer.

Yangh was born into the Linh clan that hail from a secret location out in the Sagoli desert. The Linh clan are famous among the underworld for breeding and training assassins from a young age. Yangh began her training from the age of three.

The training itself was punishing, brutal and heartless at all times. Weakness was punished and surgical precision, along ruthlessness was rewarded. On her last mission, she and her sister were tasked with the capture, torturing and killing of Flandre Alwayna in the hopes of gaining the whereabouts of Yashiax.

Yangh began to falter after getting a little too close to Flandre and for reasons known only to her, she decided to go against her clan and her sister Oonah. She tried to fake Flandre's demise but her sister saw through it which resulted in them clashing in a very heated exchange that lead to a deadly fight.

Oonah eventually won out even though Yangh had severely wounded her. Oonah believes Yangh to be dead and fled back to her clan to tell them the same of Flandre. The Linh clan's rules state that failure is death. Oonah lied about Flandre to save her own life.

Yangh is not her real name.

===Appearance===

Yangh is on the taller side of most Keeper females, sporting medium length, golden blonde hair and one Azure and one Emerald eye. Her skin is darkly bronzed from the desert sun she was raised in, which is an uncommon trait among Keepers. However, the Linh clan is no ordinary clan.

===Behavior===

Yangh is somewhat of a mimic and actor. She can easily assume a role that's needed for the time and even impersonate authoritative figures if needed. These abilities have their limits of course but she can be very convincing and depending on her mood and agenda, you may very well see and speak to a completely different version of her on a day to day basis. Only very few people know her for who she truly is.

Yangh has little to no concept on the notions of Good and Bad, neither does she carry any sort of morals. This is due to her training from a young age, morals were stomped out and never allowed to form. The same goes for individuality and conscience. Instead, she attributes every action to Lightness and Darkness, believing herself to be very Dark due to her past deeds. She does not feel any shame or regret for her past actions, she is in fact indifferent about the whole affair.

Yangh has no qualms about using her body to gain an advantageous edge, nor is she shy about sexual conquest. She is also a deft hand at pick pocketing.

Yangh has a personal ranking system for everyone she meets. Maybe one day she'll let someone be privy to its inner workings.

Yangh has no preference when it comes to the other races although she is slightly creeped out by Lalafel.

==Combat==

Yangh is a close range fighter with little to no ability when it comes to Aether. She compensates for this by being incredible quick in movement. She is trained the deadly art of Linh-Mantis which involves using ridgid knife hand swipes, palm strikes and jutting single and doubled finger strikes at pressure points and nerve clusters. While she has little affinity for the aetherical arts, she's incredibly adept at manipulating an opponents Aether/Chakra by striking certain places on the body such as pressure points, Chakra pools and nerve clusters with jutting finger strikes and the use of her many shivs.

Yangh keeps a special set of shivs on her person at all times. Six are concealed on her person and laced with different toxins and poisons such as silence and paralyze solutions. She also has another set of needle like shivs that she used mostly for interrogation, though she has used the same set for medicinal purposes on more than one occasion.

Yangh will always seek the advantageous encounter when it comes to a fight, while she's much stronger than she looks, she likes to rig the outcome before it begins so as to give her the edge in any situation. She is also terrible at sparring due to the martial arts form she uses. It is highly refined to mortally maim or kill.

[[Sethaner Somerville]]: One of the two towering Highlanders Yangh has met. Sethaner is a gentle spirit but a highly trained one at that. They often shares drinks with one another. He enjoys treasure hunting.

===General===

Kiht Jakkya is a very traditional Keeper of the Moon. She lives amongst the remnants of a once proud and prosperous clan called the Shriekshrrom Clan. Named such for the fact that they made a living off of the harvesting of fungars and the trading of the shriekshrooms. That and the hunting of animals in the Black Shroud once sustained the clan. Depleted natural resources, Ixal raids and strict Gridanian laws have all taken a toll on the clan.

Kiht was once captured by the Gridanians, but was released after six months. While she was their captive, a sympathetic (and brave) Elezen decided to impart to her a great deal of knowledge on nature, the world and the ways of the Lancers. Kiht returned to her clan as an improved huntress who helped her clan establish a dialogue with the Gridanians. While the Gridanians wouldn't be considered the clan's allies, they are no longer enemies.

Kiht has since become much more than what she set out to be. While her clan still struggles to survive, they have found a new hope, and Kiht has found a new purpose in life. Some might think her a foolish girl who is in over her head, but others might see her as a means to salvation. A leader of Exiles. A young Matriarch.

Kiht Jakkya is small, even by Miqo'te standards, but that is actually true of most of the females in her small clan. Kiht usually appears serious and doesn't often show her emotions easily. The hard life that she has shared with her clan in the Black Shroud has made her serious and often well-guarded. She has a teardrop tattoo on her forehead witch represents a tear of Menphina. She keeps her black hair short, and swept back. She has a small scar close to her right eye which possibly has a story of its own. If one were to look closely at Kiht's eyes, they would see a color matching the blue of a starlit night sky.

Kiht is willful and somewhat stubborn in her views. She has a strong curiosity, and is an astute observer. She is fierce in battle, but often calm otherwise. She may even be shy around certain people. Her favored goddesses are Menphina the Lover (as per clan tradition) and Halone the Fury, goddess of battle. Some might say the personas of the two sister goddesses are expressed in Kiht. She is furiously protective of people she cares about, and has a sensitivity to her that might melt a grizzled Roegadyn pirate.

She speaks like a Gridanian, so many might not be aware of her nomadic and traditional upbringing when they first meet her. Most people don't realize that her way of speaking is practiced, and that she wasn't always so sophisticated with speech. If a person was to ever get her drunk, she would revert to a peculiar Miqo'te accent where she would roll her "R" and "S" letters.

Kiht displays the tendencies of a traditional Keeper in that she has trouble with male authority, and a strong respect for other females. However, she has come to look beyond those biases in some cases, so there are some males she respects a great deal, and some females she has come to dislike.

Kiht is trained in Shriekshroom clan spear techniques (mostly used against animals and beasts), Gridanian lancer arts and Ishgard Dragoon skills. Her weapon of choice may be a traditional bone/shell harpoon, but she can use any lance-like weapon with great skill. She is feisty, agile and fast. While she still has much to learn, most would be surprised at what this little Keeper can do with a spear.

Kiht has learned Gridanian and Ishgard lancer skills in addition to her clan-taught spear skills due to her mentor, Yvelont Navarre, who taught her during her six months in Gridania. She has clan-taught hand-to-hand combat skills as well, but has built upon them with the help of a martial arts expert, Lyn Konge. Kiht is also in the process of learning archery, but she uses it for little more than hunting, for now.

The Jakkya name is an ancient Keeper name that has been passed down since the dawn of the Keeper clans. Because the name follows the female individuals not a specific clan, the name is now widespread amongst the Keepers. In other words, there may be more Keepers with the surname Jakkya, but not all Jakkyas are part of the same clan. The surname simply indicates a shared ancestry which could be as far back as the first use of the name.

The Shriekshroom clan is a small clan that consists of two families; the Jakkya family and the Kaatah family (Kaatah is also an ancient Keeper name). The clan once traded and intermingled with other Keeper clans and families. This allowed for the clan to maintain traditions and stay specialized, yet continue to develop as a society.

Typically, the Jakkya family are the feisty spitfires of the clan. They usually took on the role of hunting dangerous beastkin, and use a time-honored spear/lance style in combat. They also brought leather-working to the clan. The Kaatah are usually the composed and graceful archers of the clan. They usually took on the role of gathering from seedkin and small game. They brought botany to the clan. Magic use within the clan is fairly limited. Few in the clan seem to be born with much aether. The Matriarch of the clan is currently the Kaatah family matron.

Since the calamity, the Shriekshroom Clan struggles to survive in the Black Shroud while pressures, and aggressors, seemingly attack them at every angle of their lifestyle. Because of the decaying ecosystem of the Black Shroud, fungars have become much more abundant. This lowers the demand for shriekshrooms. As a result, the clan can no longer make any real profit from the harvest and trade of shriekshrooms.

===Friends/Acquaintances===

An ex-Ishgardian knight by the name of [[Yvelont Navarre]] is Kiht's valued mentor. He gave her extensive education, and training when she was forced to endure six moons of rehabilitation in Gridania. He took on the task that no one else wanted to do: discipline and enlighten a wild teenage Moon-keeper girl. He did so with patience, genuine care and perhaps some protective armor. He changed Kiht's views on Elzen, and has become like family to her. Kiht would take on Bahamut if it meant helping family.

A reserved but friendly Hyur woman by the name of [[Roen Deneith]] is one of Kiht's first friends after journeying to Thanalan. Kiht has encountered her four times; three instances were at the Grindstone matches. The fourth instance was in the city of Ul'dah. The woman is extremely generous to Kiht, but is not prone to easily share information about herself. Kiht is not one to pry at peoples personal lives, but her strong sense of curiosity burns in her mind when it comes to Roen. As an aspiring paladin, Roen has offered to aid Kiht, and her clan. Kiht will never forget that generous offer.

A suave vagabond by the name of '''Tobias ((Nightbringer))''' helped Kiht gain entrance to Gridania for a very modest fee. She does not yet know him well enough to call him "friend", but she finds the witty Hyur to be fascinating, and is certainly in debt to him for helping her get into Gridania. She wishes to know more about him, but he is always prone to dodge questions, and use charm to divert attention. She is convinced that this is some sort of defense mechanism that guards a troubled past.

A close friend of Kiht's is a rather gruff, but friendly and traditional, Keeper of the Moon by the name of [[Kendha'to Burwani]]. Kiht and Kendha'to grew very close after spending much time with each other. However, the male lives the life of Oschon, and tends to wander the world alone. Kiht has not seen him in a few Moons, and misses him greatly. However, regardless of what happens in Kiht's life, she will always have a place in her heart for that "Bone-headed male".

A traditional Moon-keeper huntress by the name of [[Rinette Molkoh]] has become like a sister to Kiht. Through all their time they've spent together, Kiht probably knows more about Rinette than she does anyone else aside from her clan-mates. Kiht would put her life in danger for Rinette without hesitation. Nothing more needs to be said.

A shy and often emotional Moon-keeper girl by the name of [[Merri Renalah]] is a new friend of Kiht's. Thanks to Kiht's efforts, Merri is now reunited with her once-lost clan, and will soon be the head matron of her family. Worried about Merri's many perceived vulnerabilities, Kiht intends to watch over the girl, and help her remember what it means to be a Keeper of the Moon.

An intelligent, skilled and somewhat eccentric, mixed-breed Miqo'te by the name of [[Edgar Von Gandervalt]] is another new friend of Kiht's. She fails to understand him most of the time, but believes he is a good man. There is some mystery behind the male that makes Kiht wary of him, but she is confident that she will one day use her astute skills as a scout and huntress to properly assess the annoyingly vague male.

Initially a reluctant ally who has turned into someone Kiht considers a friend. [[Pyralis Targaryen]] is yet another mysterious Hyur man who Kiht has come to know. However, this one has decided to entrust her with much of his life story. He once helped Kiht find her courage; now she helps him find his. There is a great life-changing challenge ahead of him.

Sarah is a witty, sassy and promiscuous young woman. Often looking down on people with obvious signs of being an idiot. Though she is just as likely to flirt with you as she is to hate you, often both at the same time. She's is [[Elyscia Rose]]'s older sister, despite them being different races entirely (Though still sharing the sacred bond of being redheads)

Standing at 5 Fulm, 1 Ilm. She has a lighter shade of gingery-red hair which is often tied or held back in some way, pale green eyes, as well as a pale skin complexion. She usually wears "fancier" looking clothes -often robes or expensive boots - despite having a small amount of gil in her possession.

===Behaviour===

Depending on the type of person she's talking to, Sarah appears to be outright rude, flirty or perfectly nice. Though most of the time it's just rude. She uses jokes and sarcasm as both a form of defence, and offence. While they're not always meant to be taken seriously, they often are which only leads to more being sent out of her mouth and leading to trouble.

To people that get to know her, it's clear that most of her wit is used to lighten the mood (At least on her end.) And they become more tolerable. When talking to children, or certain Lalafell, she seems like an entirely different person, and any negativity is exchanged for kindness.

See [[Elyscia Rose]] for more details. But since I don't want to just repeat the same thing, or give spoilers to anything else, this section will be vague (also because I suck at writing this)

Coming from a closed off village with little to no knowledge of what the outside world holds, seeing all the various races, locations and animals the lands had to offer was certainly more of an experience than Sarah could have ever imagined. After leaving her village and venturing out into the unknown with little to no supplies she quickly found herself struggling to continue any further, where a towering Roegadyn Man found her during his travels, and saved her life. Other than ending up in Gridania where she studied and learnt all her current knowledge of the world outside her village, not much else is known about her time away at all, at least not by anyone else.

Eventually she bumped into her sister again while visiting Ul'dah, and has been attempting to reconnect ever since.

Marrow is the daughter of the Elder Primal known as Bahamut, and another known as Shiva.. Brought forth into the world by the Ascians to have a back-up humanoid Bahamut, she is known as the Bahamutkin. After the events of the End of the Era, she was brought on to end the second Era by her adoptive parents, the Ascians who brought her into the world. She, however, rejected their choice, and instead fled into the world, never looking back. Her Primal abilities have made her scared and fearful of the world around her, for both knowing that she is a monster bred to destroy, and for the people that would seek to use her. She holds her abilities back with crystal.

-For most of her life, she was lead to believe her mother was a Miqo'te woman known as Eve. But this, was a lie by the Ascians. The coalition of two Primals creating a child was groundbreaking, but the child was nothing more than a spirit, and so she was forced into the body of an Ascian Miqo'te baby, bred in their laboratories.

===Appearance===

Marrow is short; shorter than most Miqo'te, easily only around four feet tall. Due to her increased aging of 3 and a half years until the Twentieth Moon, she has grown to roughly 17 years old within the span of the five year recovery from Bahamut's destruction. Her face is littered with various sealing marks, created by deep scars in the face tissue. She also has a large X crossing her small chest, from the front all the way meeting at her spine; this is another of the various sealing marks, except much, much larger.

===Behavior===

She is usually unwilling to talk to others; either by her trying to change the subject and flee, outright denying people talking to her, or just up and running away at the first sign of contact. However, this is due to her powers; she's absolutely terrified of hurting other people and instead finds a life of solitude the 'only way' to get by. She can be upbeat, and on many occasions almost eccentric, but this is due to her complete lack of social norms, and what comes off as awkward or just plain weird to others is just how Marrow thinks things are.
