Hesperia is a bright, bookish young woman with a love of fantasy, folklore, and fairytales. To those who have merely just met her, she is gentle with a big heart, eager to please those around her. To those who know her she is much the same, though one may add calculating, indecisive, impulsive, quick-witted, short-tempered, and unafraid to break rules (or laws, in some cases). Regardless of how one may see her, it's obvious there is a quiet, baleful energy bubbling just under the surface.

===Appearance===
Hesperia usually doesn't look like much out in the field in the baggy clothes that drape her form, her verdant eyes framed by red spectacles, and the shaggy, dark brown, shoulder-length hair she never cares to do much of anything with. However, occasionally she can be seen baring much of her body in keeping with her carefree nature; there is rarely an in-between for the two fashions. A beauty mark pocks her face just under her left eye, cheeks usually dusted red to convey an innocent, girlish charm.

===Early Life===
Born as the first of twins to mother and stepfather Stella and Axyl Bridin respectively, Hesperia and her brother Astor did not want for much from their parents growing up. Hesperia did however struggle with getting along with her peers throughout her school days. The family frequently moved between Ul'dahn and Limsa Lominsan homes, leaving the children somewhat socially inept and frequently friendless. As a result, Hesperia would often turn to books, developing a fascination with folklore and mythology instead of the world and people around her. A natural result would be an above-average reading and language comprehension, though it only served to alienate her further. Once it got to the point that she was bullied for being a supposed "egghead", she began to lash out physically only to be dubbed a brute. The young Hesperia would then retreat back into her shell of fantasy, only for the cycle to repeat many times as she grew older. For better or worse however, she learned both how to take and throw punches, assets in the protection of her brother Astor and best friend [[Hyuponia Lunamaesta]], an orphaned Ala Mhigan boy her mother had taken in.

These days, Hesperia spends much of her time co-managing her family's establishment, the Merry Moon Diner and Inn with husband Hyuponia as they care for their newborn son. They live in the Lavender Beds with their daughter Zorya, her mammet Mariella, and a few animal friends.

In combat, Hesperia relies mostly an Arcanima, particularly spells in which one may alter a target's state of health. Poisons, in a word. Even where mana is not concerned, Hesperia was at one point known to carry faux sewing needles laced with a toxin of her own engineering based off the secretions and discharge of her pet Morbol. When unequipped with her signature tome, due to a past of scrapping Hesperia is capable of holding her own, at least for a few moments in hand-to-hand combat. She only has some formal training in boxing, though she is not above cheap shots.

Young Odgerel has struck out on her own at long last upon hitting the ripe age of sixteen. Exploring the world, this young lady's ultimate goal in life is to have one husband of every race, so she's shooting for the stars! Though in truth, her parents have sent her to Gridania to become a better healer so that she may one day support her family and kinsmen. But details, who needs them, right?

Odgerel typically keeps her peachy locks neatly braided for a rather schoolgirl-ish look when out doing her studies. She's often referred to playfully as "the girl with Carbuncle eyes" by her classmates, each matching the two different types of summons with thick black rings bordering them. Though the dark scales that plate her face display plainly to other Au Ra where her origins lie, Odgerel prefers to drape herself in the latest youth fashions of Eorzea to cover all the rest.

===Personality===
A lot of silliness, haughtiness, and just a bit of mischief make up Odgerel's character. She has an infectious optimism, though cynics would see fit to remind that there's a difference between sharing a laugh and sharing a cough. Despite the bumbles of one suddenly thrust into another culture and the immaturity of a hormonal teenager, she tries to make herself as pleasant to be around as possible. She truly does enjoy the company of others and is always welcoming of potential new friends (and husbands).

Zorya Bridin-Lunamaesta is the young daughter of Hesperia and Hyuponia Lunamaesta. Though anemic, she is rather athletic due to her training with the bow, something she's deemed "prodigal" for. Whether or not her skill is due to natural talent or pressure to be like the mythological hero Zorya that her mother tells her stories of is known only to her. What one can discern from just one meeting with Zorya however is that she is a precocious, sailor-mouthed, spoiled little brat.

===Appearance===
For the most part, Zorya very much takes after her mother. Her skin is of a darker tone, though her raven locks are not as thick and difficult to manage as Hesperia's. Her rosy cheeks invoke a misleadingly cherubic quality as well. Due to Hyuponia's genes, she lacks feline-like qualities, mostly appearing Hyur save for her long, pointed ears and dramatically dilating and contracting eyes.

===Early Life===
Zorya was born into a turbulent environment to a mother lacking the capacities and maturity to raise her. As a result, she believed her grandmother [[Stella Bridin]] was her biological mother for the first few years of her life, Hesperia designating herself as an older sister. It wasn't until she was three that she overheard the two discussing her maternity. Children are more perceptive than some adults would like to think, though she still couldn't quite wrap her head around what this all meant at such an early age. After several more discussions during which Stella and Hesperia thought the girl was sleeping, Zorya would come to understand fully by the age of six who her mother truly was. When Hesperia would eventually leave home, it only served to elicit feelings of abandonment from Zorya fueled by a lack of understanding as to why her mother and everyone around her would lie. Lying was bad and no one should ever do it, so why could grown-ups? She would eventually be diagnosed with depression despite her tender years.

Zorya now lives in the Lavender Beds with her rightful parents, not-so-eagerly awaiting the arrival of a new sibling. She attends a private school in Gridania with a renowned archery program and is absolutely spoiled rotten. She can frequently be found pretending to be the great Bard warrior, The Dancing Walking One. She is a hero also named Zorya that has been raised by Sylphs, a fairytale her mother writes especially for her.

Though Zorya has little need to defend herself, she has been training in archery for quite some time now. She briefly mentored under [[Worren Tigre]] who dragged her out into the woods to shoot at overgrown bugs and amphibians. Due to the stories her mother tells her, Zorya is attempting to develop a style of archery in which it is possible to dance and shoot at the same time. No matter how advanced she may seem for her age group, as a little girl she knows very little of what she is actually doing.

It's no secret that Zorya's parents dote on her, presumably to make up for years of irresponsibility. She is known to pout, scream, and even fake tears to get her way, all with the help of her cohort Mariella.

Zanin is usually seen with his simple straw hat, green tunic, and polite smile! His clothes are kept as clean as one can while traveling but have several tough stains or patches indicating their age and consistent use. The man himself is also kept clean though he tends to let his greying hair grow out and simply hides it under his hat to keep it out of his face when working. Around his belt are many various pouches that he keeps his medicines, waterskin, and various knick-knacks in. A surgical bag is rarely far from his person while in the field. Various scars line his face and any exposed skin and his hands are calloused and rough.

A tip of a hat or a polite bow with a smile are given to everyone he meets! Zanin endeavors to be a gentleman and tend to anyone in need of aid, medical or otherwise. Normally a cheerful smile is on his face though it is often replaced by a thoughtful expression when he is not being directly addressed.

=== Young Adult ===
Records prior to the Briggs family's arrival in Ul'dah are scarce but they immigrated as the Garleans invaded Gyr Abania. Zanin's teenage years were spent growing up on the streets of Ul'dah to a family of now arena fighters, the second child of two much larger and stronger brothers and the youngest just born. Unlike Esmond and Nathan, he preferred to avoid direct conflict if possible and had more scholarly aims including the local alchemists guild in the city. But the money was not there to earn him the education he would need, so he set foot in the arena with his siblings. He attempted to prove himself as a medic and eventually a surgeon to supplement his gladiator training and eventually became effective on his own terms on the arena floor for several years. Every gil he could spare went into books and paying for lectures from the alchemist guild but it was still not enough with the raising Syndicate prices.

In his desperation to acquire components for his own experiments Zanin took on a far more challenging fight than he could manage. But through some strange luck his overpowering opponent tripped in the arena during a complicated maneuver and impaled himself on his own blade. Zanin did not hesitate as he moved to heal the man as best as he could before the full medical team could reach him. In this act he earned the attention of the paladin order among the Sultansworn. They approached him and asked if he had considered joining them along with several other hopeful gladiators. Eager and honored by the offer, Zanin readily accepted. It meant a steady income for his martial training and medicinal studies.

=== Last Years of Sixth Astral Era ===

Before he could fully complete his training Zanin was discharged from the Sultanate and sent rather hurriedly to travel to Gridania and study with their healers. The man had only a small amount of skill with calling the elements but he worked to compensate with his medical knowledge and alchemy to still be an effective healer among the very talented conjurers studying alongside him. He spent a good few years training there before inevitably the war with the Empire reached its peak and every ready healer and sword was called. Zanin answered the call and served in the front in the Shroud alongside the troops as a field surgeon and guard for the other healers.

=== Post Calamity ===

In the years following Zanin returned to Ul'dah to assist with his fellow paladin knights to help recover and tend to his brothers after the loss of their father. But his time in his former home again saw rise to old pressures and problems, so he was sent to Limsa Lominsa and started to study there next. At first he found a school, Vylbrand Academy, and it's hidden underground organization of Unsung Heroes run by [[Elisea Renevyn]] as a new start in a new city-state. There he worked on arcany and resumed practicing more formal medicines and found great minds to work alongside. Briefly before its disbanding he was allied with an honorable group, Corvus Cinis, after meeting [[Myxie Tryxle]] and [[Eric Verus]].

It was at the Academy serving that he met [[Tristan Reilly]], the first honest returned love in his life, and it was only after his death during a vital mission that Zanin removed himself from the public eye and dedicated himself into research. Following two of his closest friends, [[Zakrin Aier]] and [[Kyraeth Vale]], into their own Company called Dark Embers after a few moons he worked to assist with their research and continues to do so to present day under their leader [[Claire Brea]]. Known some for its aetheric monster hunting also, he is occasionally seen on missions when not serving drinks at the variety of bars he works at. Including the new Rendevous Tea House in Ul'dah under [[D'ranmaia Shen]].

Presently he has been able, with a vast donation from friends and his brother [[Esmond Briggs]]' business savvy, been able to open up a free clinic in Gridania where he is most often found alongside his friends. Or most anyone that does not mind being around and serve tea and cookies. [[Myxie Tryxle]] and [[Salty Lake]] also recently planned and opened their own Free Company with a council of four to lead the crafting and research based guild, Artifice, Manufacturing, and Invention. Or AIM for short. Zanin serves as the leader of Cups for the guild on the council with his friends, in charge of the diplomacy and social division, and is often seen there crafting and working when not with patients at the clinic in Gridania.

To those who know her she is much the same, though one may add calculating, indecisive, impulsive, quick-witted, short-tempered, and unafraid to break rules (or laws, in some cases). Regardless of how one may see her, it's obvious there is a quiet, baleful energy bubbling just under the surface.

Hesperia usually doesn't look like much out in the field in the baggy clothes that drape her form, her verdant eyes framed by red spectacles, and the shaggy, dark brown, shoulder-length hair she never cares to do much of anything with. However, occasionally she can be seen baring much of her body in keeping with her carefree nature; there is rarely an in-between for the two fashions. A beauty mark pocks her face just under her left eye, cheeks usually dusted red to convey an innocent, girlish charm.

As a result, Hesperia would often turn to books, developing a fascination with folklore and mythology instead of the world and people around her. A natural result would be an above-average reading and language comprehension, though it only served to alienate her further. Once it got to the point that she was bullied for being a supposed "egghead", she began to lash out physically only to be dubbed a brute. The young Hesperia would then retreat back into her shell of fantasy, only for the cycle to repeat many times as she grew older. For better or worse however, she learned both how to take and throw punches, assets in the protection of her brother Astor and best friend [[Hyuponia Lunamaesta]], an orphaned Ala Mhigan boy her mother had taken in.

Dominan Porilnan is a child prodigy trained by Naldiq & Vymelli's, and currently employed by the Harbingers of Dawn. He dreams of being a mighty adventurer and hero someday, spurred on by the stories of travelers he hears at his forge. While he has no practical combat experiences or formal training, his stubborn bravery and resourcefulness in times of danger see him through most trials. Though still lacking confidence in himself and what he has already accomplished, Dominan is already well on his way to realizing his dream; however far away it must seem to him. It is not the destination that makes an adventurer, after all...But rather, the journey in and of itself.

Dominan is an enigma in the war torn Eorzea, who either fails to see the magnitude of the life changing destruction Bahamut wrought, or is outright defiant of feeling oppressed by the challenges the new world demands. This often serves to make him seem insensitive or even ignorant of the hardships others have gone through in the wake of the Calamity. He is quick to make amends, however and even quicker to explain his reasoning behind his optimism. He believes firmly in keeping hope alive, by seeing the individual through their hardships. To him, each soul is a cog necessary for the world to keep spinning. As such, no sincere request for aid is too demeaning to the Lalafell. This unfortunately makes him rather easy to manipulate and take advantage of however.

As of late, Dominan can be found doing rather grueling combat training exercises around the Harbinger's estate when he is not at his forge, or running laps around their district in the Lavender Beds. He is an unrefined, still mostly undisciplined mess, but those that may bear witness to his carriage will find his heart wholly into his work.

His hair is a seemingly perpetual unkempt shock of dark brown, extending to just barely above his shoulders and carefully groomed to remain out of his eyes. The Lalafell has what can firmly be described as aggressively youthful features, with large, penetrating green eyes sharpened by a thin set of generally angry seeming eyebrows. Dominan's right eye has a perfect circle of burn scarring extending out just past the bowl of his eye socket and all upon his eyelid. The boy always appears to be extremely hawkish and attentive at rest, or when he is focused upon a task. When he is in the process of merriment however, his expression dulls considerably to the point of being child-like.

Hesperia is a bright, bookish young woman with a love of fantasy, folklore, and fairytales. To those who have merely just met her, she is gentle with a big heart, eager to please those around her. To those who know her she is much the same, though one may add calculating, indecisive, impulsive, quick-witted, short-tempered, and unafraid to break rules (or laws, in some cases). Regardless of how one may see her, it's obvious there is a quiet, baleful energy bubbling just under the surface.

===Appearance===
Hesperia usually doesn't look like much out in the field in the baggy clothes that drape her form, her verdant eyes framed by red spectacles, and the shaggy, dark brown, shoulder-length hair she never cares to do much of anything with. However, occasionally she can be seen baring much of her body in keeping with her carefree nature; there is rarely an in-between for the two fashions. A beauty mark pocks her face just under her left eye, cheeks usually dusted red to convey an innocent, girlish charm.

===Early Life===
Born as the first of twins to mother and stepfather Stella and Axyl Bridin respectively, Hesperia and her brother Astor did not want for much from their parents growing up. Hesperia did however struggle with getting along with her peers throughout her school days. The family frequently moved between Ul'dahn and Limsa Lominsan homes, leaving the children somewhat socially inept and frequently friendless. As a result, Hesperia would often turn to books, developing a fascination with folklore and mythology instead of the world and people around her. A natural result would be an above-average reading and language comprehension, though it only served to alienate her further. Once it got to the point that she was bullied for being a supposed "egghead", she began to lash out physically only to be dubbed a brute. The young Hesperia would then retreat back into her shell of fantasy, only for the cycle to repeat many times as she grew older. For better or worse however, she learned both how to take and throw punches, assets in the protection of her brother Astor and best friend [[Hyuponia Lunamaesta]], an orphaned Ala Mhigan boy her mother had taken in.

===At Current===
These days, Hesperia spends much of her time co-managing her family's establishment, the Merry Moon Diner and Inn with husband Hyuponia while awaiting the birth of their second child together. They live in the Lavender Beds with their daughter Zorya, her mammet Mariella, and a few animal friends.

==Combat==

In combat, Hesperia relies mostly an Arcanima, particularly spells in which one may alter a target's state of health. Poisons, in a word. Even where mana is not concerned, Hesperia was at one point known to carry faux sewing needles laced with a toxin of her own engineering based off the secretions and discharge of her pet Morbol. When unequipped with her signature tome, due to a past of scrapping Hesperia is capable of holding her own, at least for a few moments in hand-to-hand combat. She only has some formal training in boxing, though she is not above cheap shots.

What one can discern from just one meeting with Zorya however is that she is a precocious, sailor-mouthed, spoiled little brat.

Zorya Bridin-Lunamaesta is the young daughter of Hesperia and Hyuponia Lunamaesta. Though anemic, she is rather athletic due to her training with the bow, something she's deemed "prodigal" for. Whether or not her skill is due to natural talent or a burning drive to be like the mythological hero Zorya that her mother regales her with stories of is unknown. What one can discern from just one meeting with Zorya however is that she is a precocious, sailor-mouthed, spoiled little brat.

===Appearance===
For the most part, Zorya very much takes after her mother. Her skin is of a darker tone, though her raven locks are not as thick and difficult to manage as Hesperia's. Her rosy cheeks invoke a misleadingly cherubic quality as well. Due to Hyuponia's genes, she lacks feline-like qualities, mostly appearing Hyur save for her long, pointed ears and dramatically dilating and contracting eyes.

===Early Life===
Zorya was born into a turbulent environment to a mother lacking the capacities and maturity to raise her. As a result, she believed her grandmother [[Stella Bridin]] was her biological mother for the first few years of her life, Hesperia designating herself as an older sister. It wasn't until she was three that she overheard the two discussing her maternity. Children are more perceptive than some adults would like to think, though she still couldn't quite wrap her head around what this all meant at such an early age. After several more discussions during which Stella and Hesperia thought the girl was sleeping, Zorya would come to understand fully by the age of six who her mother truly was. When Hesperia would eventually leave home, it only served to elicit feelings of abandonment from Zorya fueled by a lack of understanding as to why her mother and everyone around her would lie. Lying was bad and no one should ever do it, so why could grown-ups? She would eventually be diagnosed with depression despite her tender years.

===At Current===
Zorya now lives in the Lavender Beds with her rightful parents, not-so-eagerly awaiting the arrival of a new sibling. She attends a private school in Gridania with a renowned archery program and is absolutely spoiled rotten. She can frequently be found pretending to be the great Bard warrior, The Dancing Walking One. She is a hero also named Zorya that has been raised by Sylphs, a fairytale her mother writes especially for her.

Though Zorya has little need to defend herself, she has been training in archery for quite some time now. She briefly mentored under [[Worren Tigre]] who dragged her out into the woods to shoot at overgrown bugs and amphibians. Due to the stories her mother tells her, Zorya is attempting to develop a style of archery in which it is possible to dance and shoot at the same time. No matter how advanced she may seem for her age group, as a little girl she knows very little of what she is actually doing.

It's no secret that Zorya's parents dote on her, presumably to make up for years of irresponsibility. She is known to pout, scream, and even fake tears to get her way, all with the help of her cohort Mariella.

[[Hyuponia Lunamaesta]] - Zorya's biological father, much to the chagrin of some. He's geeky with a boyish charm and generally makes friends easily. He absolutely dotes on his daughter, buckling to her every whim even before she knew she was his daughter.

[[Astor Bridin]] - Hesperia's twin brother and Zorya's uncle. She'd initially thought he was her older brother and still mostly addresses him as such. As the only male offspring of [[Stella Bridin]], he often takes it upon himself to look after the extended family.

[[Stella Bridin]] - Zorya's grandmother, whom she originally thought was her mother. She loves Stella, though due to the lies of her early life and feuding between mother and grandmother, their relationship is occasionally a bit strained.

[[Axyl Bridin]] - Axyl is an incredibly loving grandfather and still treats Zorya as if she were his biological daughter, sans most responsibilities of the role. He's well-known for his cooking.

[[Mariella Lunamaesta]] - Mariella is a mammet who is inseparable from Zorya. The two are very much like sisters, despite Mariella's mechanical origins. She is coded with specific designations to protect her, something Zorya is unaware of.

===Friends===
Alexandros - Alexandros is a behemoth cub Hesperia adopted, but soon gave to Zorya for her 6th Namesday. Despite his beastly status he is incredibly tame, even allowing Zorya and Mariella to ride him as he grows. He is a constant companion to the little girl along with Mariella.

[[Worren Tigre]] - At one point, Worren was taking care of and training Zorya on his own while her parents were incapable of doing so. They don't always see eye to eye, as reasoning with a child is often difficult. The two however do get along well enough at the end of the day.

[[Zanin Briggs]] - He is not just the family doctor, but a friend to all the Lunamaestas. He's overseen her mother's pregnancy, diagnosed Zorya's anemia, and even saved her father's life. Not to mention he has gifts!

Being only seven, Zorya has no true enemies, but is told to be wary of the White Witch [[Faye Covington]] and her feline henchman [[Val Nunh]].

Hesperia is a bright, bookish young woman with a love of fantasy, folklore, and fairytales. To those who have merely just met her, she is gentle with a big heart, eager to please those around her. To those who know her she is much the same, though one may add calculating, indecisive, impulsive, quick-witted, short-tempered, and unafraid to break rules (or laws, in some cases). Regardless of how one may see her, it's obvious there is a quiet, baleful energy bubbling just under the surface.

===Appearance===
Hesperia usually doesn't look like much out in the field in the baggy clothes that drape her form, her verdant eyes framed by red spectacles, and the shaggy, dark brown, shoulder-length hair she never cares to do much of anything with. However, occasionally she can be seen baring much of her body in keeping with her carefree nature; there is rarely an in-between for the two fashions. A beauty mark pocks her face just under her left eye, cheeks usually dusted red to convey an innocent, girlish charm.

===Early Life===
Born as the first of twins to mother and stepfather Stella and Axyl Bridin respectively, Hesperia and her brother Astor did not want for much from their parents growing up. Hesperia did however struggle with getting along with her peers throughout her school days. The family frequently moved between Ul'dahn and Limsa Lominsan homes, leaving the children somewhat socially inept and frequently friendless. As a result, Hesperia would often turn to books, developing a fascination with folklore and mythology instead of the world and people around her. A natural result would be an above-average reading and language comprehension, though it only served to alienate her further. Once it got to the point that she was bullied for being a supposed "egghead", she began to lash out physically only to be dubbed a brute. The young Hesperia would then retreat back into her shell of fantasy, only for the cycle to repeat many times as she grew older. For better or worse however, she learned both how to take and throw punches, assets in the protection of her brother Astor and best friend [[Hyuponia Lunamaesta]], an orphaned Ala Mhigan boy her mother had taken in.

===At Current===
These days, Hesperia spends much of her time co-managing her family's establishment, the Merry Moon Diner and Inn with husband Hyuponia while awaiting the birth of their second child together. They live in the Lavender Beds with their daughter Zorya, her mammet Mariella, and a few animal friends.

When unequipped with her signature tome, due to a past of scrapping Hesperia is capable of holding her own, at least for a few moments in hand-to-hand combat. She only has some formal training in boxing, though she is not above cheap shots.
