A weaponmaster hailing from La Noscea, this warrior primarily prefers his bladed trident and combat knives. Rarely without a blade hidden somewhere on his person, the miqo'te 's mind typically seems to be fixed to two things: The battlefield or how to draw responses from the people he's conversing with. Extremely personable when in a good mood, but with a mouth as foul as any other resident of the pirate's capital when irritated, Varicar merrily jumps back and forth across any lines in order to amuse himself until the time comes to cease the nonsense and fight for what is believed in. Or for whomever happens to be offering their gil. When given a cause, the monster hunter is ruthless and deadly, dispatching without a shred of mercy or a trace of the boisterous fellow that may have been mingling with his comrades less than five minutes ago.

Rather short for a miqo'te, the man stands at a mere five fulms two ilms. His skin is grayish, without a hint that the light had ever graced it. Below his dyed black hair rest two crimson orbs which seem to radiate a small light of their own due to the sudden brightness of color that's otherwise absent on his features. Upon the right side of his face rests a stylized tattoo of navy ink, mostly hidden by his hair but the end's tendrils crawling out over his skin past it. Muscular and lithe, every bit of his body is that of a fighter's, his body trained and worn from combat yet somehow lacking the many scars that would be expected of someone that has obtained as much experience as he has, the result of one too many people slipping potions into his drinks. His smiles which are offered so freely are rarely warm, mere hollow masks that are given away by his eyes, which stay cold and rarely show warmth despite their firey coloration.

For someone that speaks as often as he does, his tone is low and his voice soft and gentle, but with a touch of coldness in every word spoken. Despite how soft it is, his voice can carry across a room easily if he tries, without losing the gentle tones. His demeanour is constantly calm and relatively cheery, though he's more personable when he is in an actual good mood, and his choice of words can spell his current mood regardless of how skilled he is at keeping an even and cheerful tone in his voice.

Varicar Rhylas is quick to offer a smile and a friendly wave, and is the sort that is happiest when he's observing others instead of being in the middle of it. A small comment here or there to steer conversations when needed instead of sharing his full views is what he prefers to do, keeping most of his real opinions to himself and only offering them when requested. Sarcastic and happy-go-lucky, he doesn't seem to truly care about the world around him as a whole, living in the moment and reveling in it. He is quick to compliment those around him, but equally swift, if not faster, to try to throw them under the chocobo for his amusement if the mood strikes him. Additionally, he can be petty when irritated, and can be snippy, but he is next to impossible to genuinely anger for more than a mere moment. When caught in a good mood, he will help any around him, regardless of his personal views on the subject matter. Despite all his faults, he is loyal to those he considers friend, and will stand at their side regardless of the situation, being an armored shoulder to lean on, if any would lean on this black armored, foul mouthed knight.

Varicar is self-taught and trained, but supplements his lack of formal training with his years of experience and the skills he's taken from those he's fought. The man has challenged many to a spar, throwing duels in order to see their techniques, only to return a few weeks later with that very same technique under his belt, fully integrated into his combat style. This flexibility in his combat style makes it easy for him to adapt to varying situations, but at the same time poses a problem when he faces a fellow intelligent opponent, as the vast majority of the skills he's learned are honed on unintelligent, brutal beasts. Typically wielding a Maelstrom-issued bladed trident made of pure metal, the monster hunter uses the weapon to both deliver thrusts like any lancer, but also takes advantage of the weapon's edges to deliver sweeping strikes, as if he were swinging a halberd. If he does not have his weapon of choice on him, or if it gets damaged as it is wont to do so with how he uses his weaponry, he falls back to more conventional weaponry: Four black combat knives, hidden among his clothing or armor. His knife-based combat style is mainly based on his trial and error in combating large beasts, revolving around staying on the defense until given an opportunity, and then delivering a series of brutal thrusts into arteries to bleed the foe out before gaining some distance and holding them off till they pass.

: Kyrsaria is a rather petite Miqo'te yet she can still weave her way in and out of a crowd, although she isn't one to commonly be within them. Yet, on occasion, if she sees someone in clothing that she finds interesting, she will most certainly go through a crowd to figure out what it is made of!

: Naturally, she has dark, ebony hair yet on occasion, she'd whip up something to give it a little bit more color every now and then. Nothing much but a bit of a blue tinted streaks every now and then but nothing major. Her hair is cut in a medium length style, on the right side has a longer part of hair then the left; A 'tail' she calls it. Her features are rather youthful looking, despite her age and how she speaks. With a light, sunkissed colored skin tone, emerald eyes are possibly the most distinctive feature of the Miqo'te, one eye being a shade or two lighter than the other.

: She is quite the approachable and welcoming type of person, always finding the time to talk to people, whether it be strangers or friends. One of her favorite things to say is 'A life long friend is always a kind stranger at first.' And she has lived by this motto. However, she is known to get angry like any other person yet it takes a lot to upset her. Calm, cool and collected, if you do happen to anger her, it would be detectable on her features yet she might gain a bit of a sharper tongue. She enjoys good company, of course, like any other person. Some may even tell you that she can be quite motherly at times as well.

: She is known well within the Weaver, Alchemy and Goldsmith Guild within Ul'dah. They will all say that she is always looking for something new and interested. She will occasionally assist with the guild and their needs from dresses being made for a gathering of Nobles with jewelry that will assist with bringing it together to potions needed for medical purposes

The man has challenged many to a spar, throwing duels in order to see their techniques, only to return a few weeks later with that very same technique under his belt, fully integrated into his combat style. This flexibility in his combat style makes it easy for him to adapt to varying situations, but at the same time poses a problem when he faces a fellow intelligent opponent, as the vast majority of the skills he's learned are honed on unintelligent, brutal beasts. Typically wielding a Maelstrom-issued bladed trident made of pure metal, the monster hunter uses the weapon to both deliver thrusts like any lancer, but also takes advantage of the weapon's edges to deliver sweeping strikes, as if he were swinging a halberd. If he does not have his weapon of choice on him, or if it gets damaged as it is wont to do so with how he uses his weaponry, he falls back to more conventional weaponry: Four black combat knives, hidden among his clothing or armor. His knife-based combat style is mainly based on his trial and error in combating large beasts, revolving around staying on the defense until given an opportunity, and then delivering a series of brutal thrusts into arteries to bleed the foe out before gaining some distance and holding them off till they pass.

A weaponmaster hailing from La Noscea, this warrior primarily prefers his bladed trident and combat knives. Rarely without a blade hidden somewhere on his person, the miqo'te 's mind typically seems to be fixed to two things: The battlefield or how to draw responses from the people he's conversing with. Extremely personable when in a good mood, but with a mouth as foul as any other resident of the pirate's capital when irritated, Varicar merrily jumps back and forth across any lines in order to amuse himself until the time comes to cease the nonsense and fight for what is believed in. Or for whomever happens to be offering their gil. When given a cause, the monster hunter is ruthless and deadly, dispatching without a shred of mercy or a trace of the boisterous fellow that may have been mingling with his comrades less than five minutes ago.

Rather short for a miqo'te, the man stands at a mere five fulms two ilms. His skin is grayish, without a hint that the light had ever graced it. Below his dyed black hair rest two crimson orbs which seem to radiate a small light of their own due to the sudden brightness of color that's otherwise absent on his features. Upon the right side of his face rests a stylized tattoo of navy ink, mostly hidden by his hair but the end's tendrils crawling out over his skin past it. Muscular and lithe, every bit of his body is that of a fighter's, his body trained and worn from combat yet somehow lacking the many scars that would be expected of someone that has obtained as much experience as he has, the result of one too many people slipping potions into his drinks. His smiles which are offered so freely are rarely warm, mere hollow masks that are given away by his eyes, which stay cold and rarely show warmth despite their firey coloration.

For someone that speaks as often as he does, his tone is low and his voice soft and gentle, but with a touch of coldness in every word spoken. Despite how soft it is, his voice can carry across a room easily if he tries, without losing the gentle tones. His demeanour is constantly calm and relatively cheery, though he's more personable when he is in an actual good mood, and his choice of words can spell his current mood regardless of how skilled he is at keeping an even and cheerful tone in his voice.

Varicar Rhylas is quick to offer a smile and a friendly wave, and is the sort that is happiest when he's observing others instead of being in the middle of it. A small comment here or there to steer conversations when needed instead of sharing his full views is what he prefers to do, keeping most of his real opinions to himself and only offering them when requested. Sarcastic and happy-go-lucky, he doesn't seem to truly care about the world around him as a whole, living in the moment and reveling in it. He is quick to compliment those around him, but equally swift, if not faster, to try to throw them under the chocobo for his amusement if the mood strikes him. Additionally, he can be petty when irritated, and can be snippy, but he is next to impossible to genuinely anger for more than a mere moment. When caught in a good mood, he will help any around him, regardless of his personal views on the subject matter. Despite all his faults, he is loyal to those he considers friend, and will stand at their side regardless of the situation, being an armored shoulder to lean on, if any would lean on this black armored, foul mouthed knight.
