Zanana is of average height for a Lalafell, perhaps even a bit smaller. She has red eyes as well as red hair that she keeps tied behind her head in a tuft. She has a marking in the form of a rose on her right arm, but refuses to tell anyone where she received it from.

In the past, she wore an eye patch that she claimed "sealed her dragon powers". She stopped wearing it after Jujunia said that she looked better without it.

===Behavior===

Zanana tends to be very rough in her mannerisms. She loves to fight and drink, and will never back down from a challenge. To people that don't know her she may seem rude, but anything she says is (usually) for a good cause. She can sometimes be apprehensive of people she does not know, but she tends to make fast friends with them. She almost never holds grudges to people as long as they are willing to change, and constantly tries to pull others into her fast pace. As a side note, Zanana tends to have heavy voyeuristic tendencies, and will sometimes watch people for hours without saying a word.

In the past, she often pretended to be a dragon reincarnated as a Lalafell. She no longer does this as she believes that Jujunia will think she is an idiot if she were to continue.

===Speech===

Zanana speaks in a high-pitched, whiny tone of voice. Her laugh is more akin to a screech than anything. She tends to generalize on most statements, ending sentences with "and stuff" and "or something". She speaks with a slight Ul'dahn accent and occasionally slurs her words.

==Aptitudes==

Zanana was trained in the way of the Pugilist from her brother Rogar. While lacking in physical strength, her deft agility in close quarters combat belies her pudgy build. She does not have the slightest clue about magic or its various intricacies, nor does she care to learn. After being defeated in a sparring match by a Dunesfolk Lancer named Babaren Gogoren, she learned to appreciate the exceptional reach of the spear and began to train under Babaren in order to learn to wield one.

Zanana knows the basics of cooking and preparing food from helping her mother when she was younger, but is not confident enough in her abilities to call herself talented at it. She has begun to practice cooking more often at the suggestion of Jujunia.

==History==

Zanana was born in Ul'dah on the 24th Sun of the 5th Umbral Moon to Jozen Yazen and Totoda Toda. As she was born mere moments before her twin sister, she was considered the second youngest of the family's five children. As a result of looking up to her brothers, she became a bit of a tomboy. Instead of attending her schooling lessons and etiquette classes, she would skip them and cause trouble in her neighborhood. Though her parents were disappointed by her behavior, they made no attempt to reform it. From a young age, Zanana had always been the cause of arguments and fights in her neighborhood. Because of this, her brother Rogar taught her how to fist fight so that she might defend herself from any would be assailants. Other than that, nothing of any note happened during Zanana's childhood. Her family was not wealthy or poor, but they managed to get by fine. This lifestyle bored Zanana to no end, but she accepted it.

When Zanana was younger, her father was accused of stealing supplies and money at his job. Though there was no proof to confirm that he was indeed the thief, he was still fired and blacklisted. Jozen then fell into a deep, alcohol fueled depression. He refused to leave the home and occasionally even became violent, which required him to be restrained by his sons. Zanana refused to believe that her father had committed the crime that he was accused of and blamed an at-the-time infamous thief that was known as the Red Streak. She took it upon herself to enact justice upon the thief and trained with that in mind.

Years later, Zanana finally had enough of her boring home life. She decided that she wanted to see the world, and she felt that she was old enough to take care of herself in the real world. After much pleading and arguing over her decision, Zanana's parents allowed her to leave home in search of adventure.

Zanana was born in Ul'dah on the 24th Sun of the 5th Umbral Moon to Jozen Yazen and Totoda Toda. As she was born mere moments before her twin sister, she was considered the second youngest of the family's five children. As a result of looking up to her brothers, she became a bit of a tomboy. Instead of attending her schooling lessons and etiquette classes, she would skip them and cause trouble in her neighborhood. Though her parents were disappointed by her behavior, they made no attempt to reform it. From a young age, Zanana had always been the cause of arguments and fights in her neighborhood. Because of this, her brother Rogar taught her how to fist fight so that she might defend herself from any would be assailants. Other than that, nothing of any note happened during Zanana's childhood. Her family was not wealthy or poor, but they managed to get by fine. This lifestyle bored Zanana to no end, but she accepted it.

When Zanana was younger, her father was accused of stealing supplies and money at his job. Though there was no proof to confirm that he was indeed the thief, he was still fired and blacklisted. Jozen then fell into a deep, alcohol fueled depression. He refused to leave the home and occasionally even became violent, which required him to be restrained by his sons. Zanana refused to believe that her father had committed the crime that he was accused of and blamed an at-the-time infamous thief that was known as the Red Streak. In the past, she wore an eye patch that she claimed "sealed her dragon powers". She stopped wearing it after Jujunia said that she looked better without it.

Zanana tends to be very rough in her mannerisms. She loves to fight and drink, and will never back down from a challenge. To people that don't know her she may seem rude, but anything she says is (usually) for a good cause. She can sometimes be apprehensive of people she does not know, but she tends to make fast friends with them. She almost never holds grudges to people as long as they are willing to change, and constantly tries to pull others into her fast pace. As a side note, Zanana tends to have heavy voyeuristic tendencies, and will sometimes watch people for hours without saying a word.

In the past, she often pretended to be a dragon reincarnated as a Lalafell. She no longer does this as she believes that Jujunia will think she is an idiot if she were to continue.

Instead of attending her schooling lessons and etiquette classes, she would skip them and cause trouble in her neighborhood. Though her parents were disappointed by her behavior, they made no attempt to reform it. From a young age, Zanana had always been the cause of arguments and fights in her neighborhood. Because of this, her brother Rogar taught her how to fist fight so that she might defend herself from any would be assailants. Other than that, nothing of any note happened during Zanana's childhood. Her family was not wealthy or poor, but they managed to get by fine. This lifestyle bored Zanana to no end, but she accepted it.

When Zanana was younger, her father was accused of stealing supplies and money at his job. Though there was no proof to confirm that he was indeed the thief, he was still fired and blacklisted. Jozen then fell into a deep, alcohol fueled depression. He refused to leave the home and occasionally even became violent, which required him to be restrained by his sons. Zanana refused to believe that her father had committed the crime that he was accused of and blamed an at-the-time infamous thief that was known as the Red Streak. She took it upon herself to enact justice upon the thief and trained with that in mind.

Zanana is an extremely ordinary Plainsfolk Lalafell. She has no special abilities to speak of, has never accomplished anything of note, and leads an all around normal life. Perhaps this is the reason as to why she began to imagine herself as a larger than life being capable of defeating gods and destroying planets. Where and when this began, no one can say.

===Appearance===

Zanana is of average height for a Lalafell, perhaps even a bit smaller. She has red eyes as well as red hair that she keeps tied behind her head. She often wears a simple eye patch that she claims "seals her dragon powers". This eye patch doesn't actually do anything, as she sometimes forgets to wear it without their being any major consequences. She has a marking in the form of a rose on her right arm, but refuses to tell anyone where she received it from.

Can rarely be seen wearing an eye patch nowadays.

===Behavior===

Zanana claims to be an evil dragon tasked with bringing chaos to the world who was reincarnated as a Lalafell. Many a time, she inserts herself into past events of importance, even if she wasn't actually present at the time. She most often refers to herself with self given nicknames, such as "The Dark Lord", "The Goddess of Death", and "she who crawls in chaos". She can also be a quite rude to people she does not know. However, there are moments when she drops her persona and acts normally. In times of high stress or if anyone is hurt, she will act normally and attend to the injured. She also tends to act normally around people she feels comfortable around. However, if questioned about her change in demeanor, she will refuse to acknowledge it. In front of her father, she will immediately begin to act cutesy and call her father "daddy" or "papa" and hug him affectionately, regardless of their current company.

In recent times, she has performed her act with a much lower frequency. The reasons for this are unknown to all but her.

===Speech===

Zanana speaks in a high-pitched, whiny tone of voice. Her laugh is more akin to a screech than anything. She tends to generalize on most statements, ending sentences with "and stuff" and "or something". She speaks with a slight Ul'dahn accent and occasionally slurs her words.

==Aptitudes==

Zanana was trained in the way of the Pugilist from her brother Rogar. While lacking in physical strength, her deft agility in close quarters combat belies her pudgy build. She does not have the slightest clue about magic or its various intricacies, nor does she care to learn. After being defeated in a sparring match by a Dunesfolk Lancer named Babaren Gogoren, she learned to appreciate the exceptional reach of the spear and began to train under Babaren in order to learn to wield one.

Zanana knows the basics of cooking and preparing food from helping her mother when she was younger, but is not confident enough in her abilities to call herself talented at it. She has begun to practice cooking more often at the suggestion of Jujunia.
