Kyrio is a street rat of a Miqo'te. The story he tells is a commonly tragic one; He was found as a kitling wandering the streets of Ul'dah, foraging around in the trash for something to eat. His would-be benefactor was an Elezen, and gave the newfound Miqo'te youth a resoundingly Elezen-sounding name - Lamansque. But Ul'dah is Ul'dah, and the poor and the refugee finding succor isn't in the interest of some - What if the hungry became fed, the stupid become learned? The Elezen was removed from the world, and Kyrio was spun back into the refuse pile. From there he began his existence again, fighting and scrapping just to get by, until one day...

He has a young face, appearing to be no older than his younger twenties despite the scarring that he bares from his days as a street rat. His hair is the color of a Costa sunset, flared in an orange-red though he keeps it short aside from the two short braids that hang from the sides of his head. He's slightly on the tall side of average, and somewhat lanky. Despite his days of malnutrition, he has grown in height, but he still seems to be a touch thin. His eyes are a bright blue-green, and sparkles in the light when he's pleased. Whenever his chest is visible, there are a few scars that can be seen in the opening of whatever he's wearing that reveals the skin.

He USED to be shy and withdrawn, untrusting. But after the ordeal of Rasha's death, he's managed to bury his pain and come back out into the world, with wide grin on his face and a friendly quip to be had. He's an easy personlity, and he's looking for more and more friends to make!

He naturally fights dirty. It's the way of the streets. He is being worked with in the way of the Monk, and some time spent in the Grindstone has taught him that he should fight with more discipline and honor, but he's not afraid to go for the eyes and the groin when the time calls for it.

She is one of the ones responsible for helping him get off the streets, and though he doesn't ALWAYS listen to her advice, she has been the one to stand by him in a pinch as well as the one who gave his ears a good yank when he deserved it.

[[Rasha Nayuun]] - Formerly Kyrio's love interest. They met in front of the Amphitheater, herself being an agent of Fate and proclaiming to be the one sent to him to guide him along the path that was set out for him. As they spent more time together, she felt more and more things that were normally foreign to an agent of Fate, and Kyrio did nothing but encourage those feelings. Soon, she was faced with the choice of maintaining her position as an agent of Fate, or becoming mortal and entering into a relationship with Kyrio. However, shortly after they entered into a relationship, Rasha continued hunting void creatures and one day, she disappeared into a rift that lead into the Void, never to be seen again.

[[H'malosi Dinhe]] - Another of Kyrio's former love interests. They met in the Quicksand, when she was being approached and apparently propositioned by a Hyur woman. She tried to say that Kyrio has slept with her and Kyrio denied - though the woman dragged Malosi off, Malosi came back and they engaged in a business agreement. Malosi is a merchant trying to rebuild after being, basically, forced off the market for a period of time. So he provides her with things to sell, and he gets a cut of the profits. However, one night she challenges him to a duel and he loses. She accuses him of throwing the fight, and the fight again. He wins this time, but through the victory, the Seeker female starts to see him as something of a Nuhn. It throws Kyrio off, but he plays along and soon grows attached.

[[T'caska Khevo]] - Somebody that Kyrio used to know. In their youngun days, they ran together in Ul'dah. But the Brass Blades found a way to separate the two, and while Kyrio hung around, T'caska fled the city. They have not bumped into either again until recently.

[[Inferi Os'gehennae]] A flirting partner. While no deals have been sealed, there's a playful wager between them that has something to do with her trying to make him blush and get flustered. To anyone's knowledge, this hasn't happened yet.

[[Khoba Lhyr]] He adopted her as a sister because he said so. Or more like he's trying to include himself into her family, due to the female-centric nature of the Keepers. The two enjoy a free and easy relation, flirting and teasing, lightly mocking and making fun of eachother. They found having that lead to easy chemistry, but since she was already spoken for, he settles on viewing her as a sister.

While Kyrio was associated with a group that was headed by a known slavekeeper, Raelas quickly threw Kyrio into the realms of being an enemy due to that fact. Even when Kyrio decided to leave the group and sought Raelas's forgiveness, the attempts were rebuffed.

He was born in Ala Mhigo, though he doesn't know it. He was but a kit when he was smuggled out of the city, so his first memories are of Ul'dah.

He doesn't know his parents. Whether they stayed in Ala Mhigo through the Garlean takeover, or met an untimely end in Ul'dah during the rush of refugees is unknown.

An Elezen, Latriou Delcroix, took him in. He was a kind old Elezen and tried to look after as many orphans as he could.

Elements in Ul'dah, believing that of the poor, orphaned, and otherwise out-of-luck were fed, educated, and empowered were threats to them, took out Latriou.

He grew to dislike Ul'dah but found himself powerless to lead it. The rich and powerful used people like him as footstools, and it seemed to him the Sultana looked the other way.

As he grew into a youth, that is when he met A'tirramei Liroh, [[Endemerrin Rosethorne]] , and Kesai Amano seemed to take pity on him and proceeded to, almost rather literally, drag him out of the alleyway.

Merri trained him in the ways of the Monk, or at least got him well underway, before Rasha (his love interest at the time) went missing and he spent over a full turn looking for her.

[[Tirra Lirra | A'tirramei Liroh]] - Arguably his best friend. She is one of the ones responsible for helping him get off the streets, and though he doesn't ALWAYS listen to her advice, she has been the one to stand by him in a pinch as well as the one who gave his ears a good yank when he deserved it.

[[Rasha Nayuun]] - Formerly Kyrio's love interest. They met in front of the Amphitheater, herself being an agent of Fate and proclaiming to be the one sent to him to guide him along the path that was set out for him. As they spent more time together, she felt more and more things that were normally foreign to an agent of Fate, and Kyrio did nothing but encourage those feelings. Soon, she was faced with the choice of maintaining her position as an agent of Fate, or becoming mortal and entering into a relationship with Kyrio. However, shortly after they entered into a relationship, Rasha continued hunting void creatures and one day, she disappeared into a rift that lead into the Void, never to be seen again.

[[H'malosi Dinhe]] - Kyrio's love interest, though it's on the rocks. They met in the Quicksand, when she was being approached and apparently propositioned by a Hyur woman. She tried to say that Kyrio has slept with her and Kyrio denied - though the woman dragged Malosi off, Malosi came back and they engaged in a business agreement. Malosi is a merchant trying to rebuild after being, basically, forced off the market for a period of time. So he provides her with things to sell, and he gets a cut of the profits. However, one night she challenges him to a duel and he loses. She accuses him of throwing the fight, and the fight again. He wins this time, but through the victory, the Seeker female starts to see him as something of a Nuhn. It throws Kyrio off, but he plays along and soon grows attached.

[[T'caska Khevo]] - Somebody that Kyrio used to know. In their youngun days, they ran together in Ul'dah. But the Brass Blades found a way to separate the two, and while Kyrio hung around, T'caska fled the city. They have not bumped into either again until recently.

[[Inferi Os'gehennae]] A flirting partner. While no deals have been sealed, there's a playful wager between them that has something to do with her trying to make him blush and get flustered. To anyone's knowledge, this hasn't happened yet.

[[Khoba Lhyr]] He adopted her as a sister because he said so. Or more like he's trying to include himself into her family, due to the female-centric nature of the Keepers. The two enjoy a free and easy relation, flirting and teasing, lightly mocking and making fun of eachother. They found having that lead to easy chemistry, but since she was already spoken for, he settles on viewing her as a sister.

[[Raelas Sturmwind]] Once one of Kyrio's friends, for a relatively short period of time. While Kyrio was associated with a group that was headed by a known slavekeeper, Raelas quickly threw Kyrio into the realms of being an enemy due to that fact. Even when Kyrio decided to leave the group and sought Raelas's forgiveness, the attempts were rebuffed.

==History/Timeline==

He was born in Ala Mhigo, though he doesn't know it. He was but a kit when he was smuggled out of the city, so his first memories are of Ul'dah.

He doesn't know his parents. Whether they stayed in Ala Mhigo through the Garlean takeover, or met an untimely end in Ul'dah during the rush of refugees is unknown.

An Elezen, Latriou Delcroix, took him in. He was a kind old Elezen and tried to look after as many orphans as he could.

Elements in Ul'dah, believing that of the poor, orphaned, and otherwise out-of-luck were fed, educated, and empowered were threats to them, took out Latriou.

He grew to dislike Ul'dah but found himself powerless to lead it. The rich and powerful used people like him as footstools, and it seemed to him the Sultana looked the other way.

As he grew into a youth, that is when he met A'tirramei Liroh, [[Endemerrin Rosethorne]] , and Kesai Amano seemed to take pity on him and proceeded to, almost rather literally, drag him out of the alleyway.

Merri trained him in the ways of the Monk, or at least got him well underway, before Rasha (his love interest at the time) went missing and he spent over a full turn looking for her.

Given her mother's name of Tahlu, a woman she never had the chance to meet, so instead adopting her father's name as her surname on her departure from her home tribe, Khoba Lhyr is a cheerful, good-humored conjurer fresh out of the green cradle of the Shroud. What she lacks in experience she makes up for in eagerness, and has a keen desire to see what the wide world has to offer the intrepid or foolish wanderer. Unexpectedly and jubilantly smitten with a Wildwood met my chance, the oft alone-but-not-lonely miqo'te is learning the joys that come with pacing the path alongside another. An enthusiastic student and sometimes unlikely teacher, Khoba is keen to indulge and share in the natural pleasures of life, usually in the form of long midday naps and romps in dirt or grass.

===Appearance===
Naturally dusky-skinned, with a small but wiry frame. Khoba is short but not lacking in strength, balancing modest feminine curves with lean muscle. Her eyes are slightly differing shades of a honey-orange color, coupled with the large, permanently rounded pupils of her race. Tawny and gold hair is generally kept inexpertly trimmed, cropped short behind her head with a visibly imprecise hand. She almost always sports choppy bangs, and the hair framing her face is left longer though often plaited or tied to brush her collarbones. Like all miqo'te she bears feline ears and a tail covered in fur the same shades as her hair, and her teeth are sharper than other hominid races. A thin scar bisects her right eyebrow and trails onto her freckled cheekbone below, and the sole of her right foot bares a faint tattoo of a flowering branch

===Personality===
At first, second, and tenth glance Khoba seems an easy read; relaxed, playful, and friendly. Rarely without a smile and a quip, the Keeper is nearly an inexhaustible fount of amiability and good-humor. Beneath the initial bright veneer of open friendliness (oft crossing the line into flirtiness without notice) and joking she greets the world with, Khoba remains much the same though a bit less rampantly and inexhaustibly cheerful. She is quite capable of seriousness and calm, and keenly enjoys inaction as deeply as she does action; a time and place for each. As a firm believer that life is to be enjoyed, she will take it upon herself to ensure the smiles or laughter of those around her. There are few lengths she would not go to for the sake of humor and general cheer. Moments of introspection or reflection are saved for privacy, and even then are few and far between. With her feet planted and her eyes ahead, Khoba does not spend much time looking behind her.

Humor, sarcasm, and easy banter are staples of her socialization and thought process, and the miqo'te at times can seem hardly able to make it two sentences without some joke or raillery. A jovial habit developed by choice, in company Khoba perpetually seeks to retain and share a sense of ease and friendly comfort. Quick to initiate or reciprocate physical contact, the Keeper enjoys being close to others in the most basic sense of the word.

And though she makes friends readily enough, Khoba does not quickly nor easily adopt others into close confidence nor camaraderie. Raised of a small, traditional Keeper tribe in the Shroud, the largely nomadic and hermetic upbringing of her most formative years simply has her accustomed to constant flux and inconsistent company. Quite happy enough alone or with fair-weather friends and passing acquaintances, Khoba may simply lack the more basic social skills of standard culture to cultivate a stronger web of companionship. Those she comes to care for, however, are assured unyielding loyalty and a lifetime of affectionate teasing. Few things raise her ire, but she will not hesitate to make her anger known in a moment of temper. She does not seek conflict but neither will she shy away from it when a solution becomes necessary. Personal upset and sadness are handled more discreetly, tucked away behind more smiles until a moment of privacy.

Beneath her nonchalance and easygoing nature, the conjurer may be a surprisingly steady individual, unwavering in her honesty and steadfast in her word. She knows herself to be prone to selfishness and possessiveness by nature or nurture or some mix of the two, and so keeps her personal possessions few but highly regarded. Constant travel makes such a thing easy, though, and if asked she will claim not to feel as though she is at all lacking.

Khoba likes to speak and to listen, to learn and to see and to try everything for herself. Very fond of trees. Her manners are often a bit rough or unrefined in familiar company. A perhaps surprising trait, Khoba has a deep well of patience that rarely runs dry.

On top of a childhood well-educated in every aspect of survival, Khoba is a skilled conjurer, passable healer, and currently undergoing training at the pugilist's guild in Ul'dah. Despite identifying herself foremost as a conjurer, Khoba can take and give more than a few good hits. Despite her small stature the miqo'te is physically quite capable, though a simple advantage of size in an opponent will have her relying on agility and acrobatics. Khoba does not seek combat, but enjoys physical spars and training, and will not shy from using violence as a tool for a person or cause she cares for.

Khoba's own recent forays into pugilism have her eying the male as a potential tutor, though she has yet to make a formal request. She seems to be intent on making it a habit to be in Thanalan whenever Kyrio intends to participate in the Grindstone, naming herself his 'personal physician'.

*♥ ● Lhyr'a Rhalenn(NPC): Khoba's father, a city-born Keeper who adopted the tribal lifestyle to live with Khoba's mother, despite the unabashed disdain of the clan's Matriarch. A childhood of watching her father need duck his head and hold his tongue to retain his place, even on the fringes, of their clan has made Khoba intensely protective of her father. They have shared an easy and close bond all their lives, and even in her wanderings Khoba never fails to send letters and trinkets home.

*● [[Y'lyfriel Sikah]]- A friend and former(?) guildmate of Emilienoix's who Khoba happily, albeit nervously, agreed to meet through request. Though she knows little enough of the other woman Khoba likes her well enough and respects her greatly for her apparent care and concern into Emilienoix's happiness and well-being. Khoba grows increasingly fond of 'Miss Y'Lyfriel' each time they happen to meet.

*● Rahm Tahlu(NPC)- Her grandmother and the Tahlu clan Matriarch. Khoba learned much under Rahm's tutelage as she grew, though learned to both respect and detest the woman. They share pride and stubborness in spades, and Rahm's rigidity opposed to Khoba's lax nature rarely let the two see eye to eye. Khoba has not seen her grandmother since the day she left the clan grounds at the age of fifteen, and does not wish to.

Zeean is the first person Khoba seeks when she is troubled enough to wish outside aid, trusting the older miqo'tes advice as an apparent Thanlan-based substitute for her distantly located father. Zeean's unwavering patience with the younger Keeper have only endeared her further to the man, and despite the gap in their years and experience Khoba has developed a definite protective streak on his behalf.

Born of a Matriarch's daughter and a city-born male, Khoba was raised through adolescence in a nomadic, traditional Keeper tribe. She lost her mother when she was too young to even remember so much as her face, and was raised by a father content to live on the fringes of a female-dominant society to have a hand in the rearing of his only child. After years struggling to reconcile her own place and sense of self with the mixed messages received from her doting but mistreated father and the stricter, harsher teachings of her aunts and grandmother, Khoba finally made her dislike of the strict matriarchy be known at age fifteen. Coming to blows with the tribal leader, Khoba assured her allowance to leave with her father when he was to be dismissed following her maturity. The two made the short immigration to Gridania, where her father Lhyr'a easily integrated back into urban society. Khoba, despite her stubborn attempts, struggled to mesh so easily, unnerved by everything from walls to shoes to normal beds and the constant press of so many people and walls. Conjury proved a fine distraction and one she could almost claim a talent for, and in the halls of the conjurer's guild Khoba found something to enjoy.

Though it took years to solidify the idea of Gridania specifically being home rather than the more encompassing sprawl of the Shroud, Khoba now has an undeniable fondness of the city even if she still prefers more open spaces. Having successfully completed her studies with the guild, the Keeper left her father and their new home nearly a full cycle of moons ago, and is again playing at the life of a contented nomad. Simply wishing to see what the wider world has to offer, she wanders wherever seems to catch her interest- often chasing landmarks or stories heard from others. Ul'dah has proven to be the most pivotal landmark on her haphazard path, where she happened one evening to catch the attention of one self-proclaimed gentleman-scoundrel, [[Emilienoix_Bellegarde|Emilienoix Bellegarde]]. Amiably declining his initial invitation to share an inn room on their first meeting, subsequent encounters struck up a friendship that stumbled quickly into a romantic pursuit.

Quite happy with the unexpected detour and head-over-heels for the elezen, Khoba lingers in and about Ul'dah to remain nearer Emilienoix, though the two have quickly taken to indulging her wanderlust and straying away from the unspoken nexus of the merchant city.

==Appearance==
She is a young Miqo'te and it shows. Her hair is blindingly white against her fair skin and her blue eyes constantly dart about, regardless of the surroundings. She stands short for a Seeker but makes up for it with her cheeky personality. T'caska often will dress in darker colors such as dark greys and dark browns, rarely a dark blue, because she likes the way her snowy white looks against it. Oh you don't think it looks that good? Then go change what you're wearing!

T'caska presents herself to those she doesn't know with a very submissive stance. This is not because she is a submissive person but because she is constantly trying to lure people into a false sense of security. But no she is pretty submissive until she gets to know someone. Or she isn't submissive at all if she thinks she can outrun the person.

==History==
She was orphaned at 5 years old and doesn't remember her parents. A woman cared for her for a little less than a year, basically up until her 6th birthday. The woman claimed to be a relative and was the one who told T'caska what her name was. She also informed T'caska that her parents were dead. Said woman disappeared without saying goodbye and left the poor wittle baby to defend herself in Ul'dah.

Segway!
T'caska grew up in Ul'dah and got by through stealing and hiding. While she was very young she didn't understand that taking food from the marketplace was wrong. She was caught by guards or merchants and while they did scold her for it, they often would just take pity on her and buy her the food she had stolen. Eventually she would even be able to beg from certain people for the scraps of meat no one would buy or the bruised fruit that wasn't worth selling.

By the time she was 11, T'caska was a fully angsty little mess. She often stole from people because she felt something was owed to her. They had more than she did so in her mind it made sense. This is also about the time that she begin outright defying the Brass Blades. She seemed to constantly stir up trouble with them by reporting false crimes, removing the chairs from behind them right before they sat down, responding in very disrespectful tones anytime she was addressed, or when she was seen stealing she would do her best to lose them in the alleys and streets (often succeeding). Her problems with the Brass Blades probably stem from a lack of parental attention.

At the age of 16, T'caska had the attitude of only worrying and taking care of herself. By now she was completely used to sleeping in and on barrels and crates and boxes in the alleyways of Ul'dah. One night while sleeping, she was taken by three slavers and hauled off outside the city. In an attempt to escape, T'caska grappled with two of the slavers, pulled a dagger, and sliced one of the their necks open. The other unharmed slaver stopped the grapple in shock and T'caska was able to get away. Since this encounter, she has always been more paranoid within the walls of Ul'dah. It has now been 3 years since it happened and the remaining 2 slavers have not returned as far as she knows.

Now at 19, T'caska has been spending the majority of her time in Gridania. this is mainly due to having uneasy feelings about being in U'dah for too long, she has been training with the lancer's guild, and her love interest is in Gridania.

==Personality==
More often than not she is wild and rambunctious, only calming down when in the presence of someone she finds extremely interesting or when she is in trouble.

Recently T'caska has been finding reasons to calm her wild side, whether it be because of formal surroundings, serious situational overtones, or the presence of her lover.

Kyrio is a street rat of a Miqo'te. The story he tells is a commonly tragic one; He was found as a kitling wandering the streets of Ul'dah, foraging around in the trash for something to eat. His would-be benefactor was an Elezen, and gave the newfound Miqo'te youth a resoundingly Elezen-sounding name - Lamansque. But Ul'dah is Ul'dah, and the poor and the refugee finding succor isn't in the interest of some - What if the hungry became fed, the stupid become learned? The Elezen was removed from the world, and Kyrio was spun back into the refuse pile. From there he began his existence again, fighting and scrapping just to get by, until one day...

He has a young face, appearing to be no older than his younger twenties despite the scarring that he bares from his days as a street rat. His hair is the color of a Costa sunset, flared in an orange-red though he keeps it short aside from the two short braids that hang from the sides of his head. He's slightly on the tall side of average, and somewhat lanky. Despite his days of malnutrition, he has grown in height, but he still seems to be a touch thin. His eyes are a bright blue-green, and sparkles in the light when he's pleased. Whenever his chest is visible, there are a few scars that can be seen in the opening of whatever he's wearing that reveals the skin.

He's generally shy and untrusting. He stammers and stutters when he feels embarrassed, intimidated, or uncomfortable. He can be scared off. When someone is drunk, he is extra antsy around them. Soon, she was faced with the choice of maintaining her position as an agent of Fate, or becoming mortal and entering into a relationship with Kyrio. However, shortly after they entered into a relationship, Rasha continued hunting void creatures and one day, she disappeared into a rift that lead into the Void, never to be seen again.

[[H'malosi Dinhe]] - Kyrio's love interest, though it's on the rocks. They met in the Quicksand, when she was being approached and apparently propositioned by a Hyur woman. She tried to say that Kyrio has slept with her and Kyrio denied - though the woman dragged Malosi off, Malosi came back and they engaged in a business agreement. Malosi is a merchant trying to rebuild after being, basically, forced off the market for a period of time. So he provides her with things to sell, and he gets a cut of the profits. However, one night she challenges him to a duel and he loses. She accuses him of throwing the fight, and the fight again. He wins this time, but through the victory, the Seeker female starts to see him as something of a Nuhn. It throws Kyrio off, but he plays along and soon grows attached.

[[T'caska Khevo]] - Somebody that Kyrio used to know. In their youngun days, they ran together in Ul'dah. But the Brass Blades found a way to separate the two, and while Kyrio hung around, T'caska fled the city. They have not bumped into either again until recently.

He doesn't know his parents. Whether they stayed in Ala Mhigo through the Garlean takeover, or met an untimely end in Ul'dah during the rush of refugees is unknown.

An Elezen, Latriou Delcroix, took him in. He was a kind old Elezen and tried to look after as many orphans as he could.

Elements in Ul'dah, believing that of the poor, orphaned, and otherwise out-of-luck were fed, educated, and empowered were threats to them, took out Latriou.

He grew to dislike Ul'dah but found himself powerless to lead it. The rich and powerful used people like him as footstools, and it seemed to him the Sultana looked the other way.

As he grew into a youth, that is when he met A'tirramei Liroh, [[Endemerrin Rosethorne]] , and Kesai Amano seemed to take pity on him and proceeded to, almost rather literally, drag him out of the alleyway.

Merri trained him in the ways of the Monk, or at least got him well underway, before Rasha (his love interest at the time) went missing and he spent over a full turn looking for her.

They met in front of the Amphitheater, herself being an agent of Fate and proclaiming to be the one sent to him to guide him along the path that was set out for him. As they spent more time together, she felt more and more things that were normally foreign to an agent of Fate, and Kyrio did nothing but encourage those feelings. Soon, she was faced with the choice of maintaining her position as an agent of Fate, or becoming mortal and entering into a relationship with Kyrio. However, shortly after they entered into a relationship, Rasha continued hunting void creatures and one day, she disappeared into a rift that lead into the Void, never to be seen again.

[[H'malosi Dinhe]] - Kyrio's love interest, though it's on the rocks. They met in the Quicksand, when she was being approached and apparently propositioned by a Hyur woman. She tried to say that Kyrio has slept with her and Kyrio denied - though the woman dragged Malosi off, Malosi came back and they engaged in a business agreement. Malosi is a merchant trying to rebuild after being, basically, forced off the market for a period of time. So he provides her with things to sell, and he gets a cut of the profits. However, one night she challenges him to a duel and he loses. She accuses him of throwing the fight, and the fight again. He wins this time, but through the victory, the Seeker female starts to see him as something of a Nuhn. It throws Kyrio off, but he plays along and soon grows attached.

===Enemies===

[[Raelas Sturmwind]] Once one of Kyrio's friends, for a relatively short period of time. While Kyrio was associated with a group that was headed by a known slavekeeper, Raelas quickly threw Kyrio into the realms of being an enemy due to that fact. Even when Kyrio decided to leave the group and sought Raelas's forgiveness, the attempts were rebuffed.

==History/Timeline==

He was born in Ala Mhigo, though he doesn't know it. He was but a kit when he was smuggled out of the city, so his first memories are of Ul'dah.

He doesn't know his parents. Whether they stayed in Ala Mhigo through the Garlean takeover, or met an untimely end in Ul'dah during the rush of refugees is unknown.

An Elezen, Latriou Delcroix, took him in. He was a kind old Elezen and tried to look after as many orphans as he could.

Elements in Ul'dah, believing that of the poor, orphaned, and otherwise out-of-luck were fed, educated, and empowered were threats to them, took out Latriou.

He grew to dislike Ul'dah but found himself powerless to lead it. The rich and powerful used people like him as footstools, and it seemed to him the Sultana looked the other way.

As he grew into a youth, that is when he met A'tirramei Liroh, [[Endemerrin Rosethorne]] , and Kesai Amano seemed to take pity on him and proceeded to, almost rather literally, drag him out of the alleyway.

Merri trained him in the ways of the Monk, or at least got him well underway, before Rasha (his love interest at the time) went missing and he spent over a full turn looking for her.
