Q'Winnette (or Key or Winnie) grew up having a pretty normal childhood in her clan. After finding out she had no real skill at hunting, she was taught some basics on how to craft. It quickly became an obsession, resulting in her desire to make absolutely everything she possibly could. However, being not particularly skilled, her amateur tinkerings resulted in several explosions and one awkward month, during which all the huntresses could only communicate via squawks and developed insatiable cravings for stewed pumpkin. Eventually she was presented with a chance to go to Ul'dah to study, and though she suspected it was the Nunh just trying to get rid of her, she happily took it.

==Personality==
Due to a mishap involving a marmot and a poorly mixed potion, Q'Winnette is extremely absent minded. She tends to forget even the simplest things and becomes distracted very easily. This lack of focus and her younger age contributes to the sense that she is a bit naive. She's not particularly experienced in many things (including romance and sex) but she does understand the concepts, at least from an academic perspective.

Miko’s birth clan was raided by slavers when she was 4 and she was sold to an Elezen family in Gridania to be used as companion to their daughter, Nanette. To that end she was trained at basic healing and fighting from a young age. he and Nanette because friends and we’re rarely seen without each other, even when Miko’s presence wasn’t needed. At 15 she and Nanette’s older brother Allamont started a secret relationship that ended when another servant caught them kissing, after which she was kicked out of the home. She made her way to Limsa Luminsa and squeaked out a living by doing odd jobs on the docks and selling things she found washed up on the shores. 
She’s not sure as to her original family or the state of her clan, but she is fascinated by her people’s history and traditions.
