Yukiko Yue, who prefers to be called Yue, is and always has been alone. His name meaning "Rare Child of the Moon" has been a mark of shame throughout his entire life. Though his features are more recognizable as a Keeper of the Moon, Yue was actually conceived by a secret love between a Seeker and a Keeper. Shunned by both of his parents tribe and seen as a poison to the tribe's societies, Yue was left as a young child out in the wild. With no one to look after him and no where safe to hide Yue grew up to be extremely independent, rarely speaking to anyone at all. When he was 14 years old Yue was ambushed by a pack of monsters and as he fled from the battle he stumbled through deadly poisonous pricker bushes which put him within an inch of deaths grip and has left a scar across his face. From his years in the wild, however, he had become adept at distinguishing all manner of flora and fauna throughout the land and was able to create a concoction to rid himself of the poison. He learned an invaluable lesson that day about the usefulness of poisons and from that day began training his body to reject nearly all natural poisons found in the world. In addition to this he began figuring out how to alter poisons to modify his weapons strength. Though they can never be seen, Yue is constantly carrying all manner of defensive equipment and is particularly fond of his poison darts which can immobilize nearly any person it comes in contact with.

She is the only female he has opened up to, and really the only person in his company, Cerberus Industries, whom he trusts and has a friendly relationship with. He's opened up to her about his past including some visions he has of tribe life before he was abandoned and some of them seem to match up with moments of her past, though it cannot be said for certain if they truly did grow up in the same tribe. He continues to spend some of his time looking for more information about his past and his possible relationship with this interesting woman.

He met her during his search for a craftsman to help him meld some materials together and was impressed with her knowledge and aptitude with her tools. Since this day he has taken up to gathering herbs and ores himself as a way of paying respects to her understanding towards him. He frequently sends her letters checking in with her to make sure she's ok and has developed a fierce loyalty towards her and feels responsible for maintaining her well being.

Now, several months later Sebra'li and Yukiko have become astonishingly close. They've expressed feelings for each other that Yuki has never felt before in his life. He finds himself wanting to be with Seb more often than not, and is thrown off and uncomfortable with his own romantic feelings towards Sebra'li. While these feelings are reciprocated, Yue is unsure of how to proceed given his propensity for being a loner.

===General===
Yukiko Yue, who prefers to be called Yue, is and always has been alone. His name meaning "Rare Child of the Moon" has been a mark of shame throughout his entire life. Though his features are more recognizable as a Keeper of the Moon, Yue was actually conceived by a secret love between a Seeker and a Keeper. Shunned by both of his parents tribe and seen as a poison to the tribe's societies, Yue was left as a young child out in the wild. With no one to look after him and no where safe to hide Yue grew up to be extremely independent, rarely speaking to anyone at all. When he was 14 years old Yue was ambushed by a pack of monsters and as he fled from the battle he stumbled through deadly poisonous pricker bushes which put him within an inch of deaths grip and has left a scar across his face. From his years in the wild, however, he had become adept at distinguishing all manner of flora and fauna throughout the land and was able to create a concoction to rid himself of the poison. He learned an invaluable lesson that day about the usefulness of poisons and from that day began training his body to reject nearly all natural poisons found in the world. In addition to this he began figuring out how to alter poisons to modify his weapons strength. Though they can never be seen, Yue is constantly carrying all manner of defensive equipment and is particularly fond of his poison darts which can immobilize nearly any person it comes in contact with.

Traveling the land Yue cared not for the troubles of others. His main focus was his own survival and as such he has been hired as a mercenary for many groups of unsavory people. He quickly became well known amounts hidden sects of thieves, rogues, and assassins who have given him the name "The Shadow."

Long black hair with white streaks.
Blue eyes.
A scar on his face that serves as a constant reminder of his past.

===Behavior===
Yue is usually very quite and it is rare to see him ever initiate a conversation. He usually keeps to himself but is extremely insightful and observant of all around him. Though he's usually seen with some manner of martial weapon which he seems to use with unfathomable speed, his true skills remain to be seen.

A native of the Central Shroud, Xerys grew up right around the hamlet of Bentbranch Meadows. His father, Geralt, was a carpenter for their neighbors and his mother, Ryveena, a botanist and local medicine woman. At a young age Xerys became utterly enamored by the pristine beauty of the nature around him, and gained a particular affinity towards the chocobos raised in Bentbranch. Many days he would sit by the stables watching the trainers and breeders work with the chocobos and while part of him felt guilty for having domesticated such beautiful creatures, the selfish side of him was thrilled that he had the chance to interact with them on a daily basis. Every person in the hamlet was given the opportunity to choose their own life path, so long as a choice was made by their 10th birthday. Around the age of 8 Xerys knew he had to seriously start considering what life path her would choose. He knew that he wanted to work with chocobos in some capacity, but didn't find breeding or training that interesting. It dawned on him one day as he was out in the Central Shroud with his mother that he could help his family and neighbors by hunting wild game in the woods, using the chocobos keen sense of smell to help him. He devoted himself to this life path with a determination and focus his parents had never seen before in their care-free son. Xerys made the bow, a naturally proficient weapon for hunting, his armament of choice and in just 3 short years, at the age of 11, Xerys had become the lead hunter in and around the village and was given the opportunity to train the younger boys who also wanted to choose hunting as their life path.

At 13 Xerys' success took a turn for the worse. During a village festival honoring Nophica for the bountiful harvest provided in the previous season a pair of Twin Adder guards approached Xerys. They were very stern and came bearing devastating news. Xerys' parents were found dead in the woods. The Adder members explained that the bodies were mauled beyond recognition; the only distinguishing feature was the family seal embroidered onto their clothes, and the only trace evidence a single feather. Xerys knew right away what the feather was from, it was from an Ixali hunter. He ran home gathered his belongings and went out into the shroud searching for any Ixal warriors he could find completely slaughtering them in a rampage.

Realizing there was nothing left for him in Bentbranch save a couple of flightless birds and dark memories, Xerys abandoned everything he had previously known and became a nomad traveling all over Eorzea. Throughout the 11 years from that dark day Xerys heard many stories like his of families being torn apart by the threat of nearby beast tribes. He made it his new life path to stop these threats wherever they may be. This new life path has led him to the city of Ul'dah where he hears word of yet an even more powerful threat, and so he begins -"A Life Reborn."

A native of the Central Shroud, Xerys grew up right around the hamlet of Bentbranch Meadows. His father, Geralt, was a carpenter for their neighbors and his mother, Ryveena, a botanist and local medicine woman. At a young age Xerys became utterly enamored by the pristine beauty of the nature around him, and gained a particular affinity towards the chocobos raised in Bentbranch. Many days he would sit by the stables watching the trainers and breeders work with the chocobos and while part of him felt guilty for having domesticated such beautiful creatures, the selfish side of him was thrilled that he had the chance to interact with them on a daily basis. Every person in the hamlet was given the opportunity to choose their own life path, so long as a choice was made by their 10th birthday. Around the age of 8 Xerys knew he had to seriously start considering what life path her would choose. He knew that he wanted to work with chocobos in some capacity, but didn't find breeding or training that interesting. It dawned on him one day as he was out in the Central Shroud with his mother that he could help his family and neighbors by hunting wild game in the woods, using the chocobos keen sense of smell to help him. He devoted himself to this life path with a determination and focus his parents had never seen before in their care-free son. Xerys made the bow, a naturally proficient weapon for hunting, his armament of choice and in just 3 short years, at the age of 11, Xerys had become the lead hunter in and around the village and was given the opportunity to train the younger boys who also wanted to choose hunting as their life path.

At 13 Xerys' success took a turn for the worse. During a village festival honoring Nophica for the bountiful harvest provided in the previous season a pair of Twin Adder guards approached Xerys. They were very stern and came bearing devastating news. Xerys' parents were found dead in the woods. The Adder members explained that the bodies were mauled beyond recognition; the only distinguishing feature was the family seal embroidered onto their clothes, and the only trace evidence a single feather. Xerys knew right away what the feather was from, it was from an Ixali hunter. He ran home gathered his belongings and went out into the shroud searching for any Ixal warriors he could find completely slaughtering them in a rampage.

Realizing there was nothing left for him in Bentbranch save a couple of flightless birds and dark memories, Xerys abandoned everything he had previously known and became a nomad traveling all over Eorzea. Throughout the 11 years from that dark day Xerys heard many stories like his of families being torn apart by the threat of nearby beast tribes. He made it his new life path to stop these threats wherever they may be. This new life path has led him to the city of Ul'dah where he hears word of yet an even more powerful threat, and so he begins -"A Life Reborn."

A native of the Central Shroud, Xerys grew up right around the hamlet of Bentbranch Meadows. His father, Geralt, was a carpenter for their neighbors and his mother, Ryveena, a botanist and local medicine woman. At a young age Xerys became utterly enamored by the pristine beauty of the nature around him, and gained a particular affinity towards the chocobos raised in Bentbranch. Many days he would sit by the stables watching the trainers and breeders work with the chocobos and while part of him felt guilty for having domesticated such beautiful creatures, the selfish side of him was thrilled that he had the chance to interact with them on a daily basis. Every person in the hamlet was given the opportunity to choose their own life path, so long as a choice was made by their 10th birthday. Around the age of 8 Xerys knew he had to seriously start considering what life path her would choose. He knew that he wanted to work with chocobos in some capacity, but didn't find breeding or training that interesting. It dawned on him one day as he was out in the Central Shroud with his mother that he could help his family and neighbors by hunting wild game in the woods, using the chocobos keen sense of smell to help him. He devoted himself to this life path with a determination and focus his parents had never seen before in their care-free son. Xerys made the bow, a naturally proficient weapon for hunting, his armament of choice and in just 3 short years, at the age of 11, Xerys had become the lead hunter in and around the village and was given the opportunity to train the younger boys who also wanted to choose hunting as their life path.

At 13 Xerys' success took a turn for the worse. During a village festival honoring Nophica for the bountiful harvest provided in the previous season a pair of Twin Adder guards approached Xerys. They were very stern and came bearing devastating news. Xerys' parents were found dead in the woods. The Adder members explained that the bodies were mauled beyond recognition; the only distinguishing feature was the family seal embroidered onto their clothes, and the only trace evidence a single feather. Xerys knew right away what the feather was from, it was from an Ixali hunter. He ran home gathered his belongings and went out into the shroud searching for any Ixal warriors he could find and completely slaughtered them in a rampage.

Realizing there was nothing left for him in Bentbranch save a couple of flightless birds and dark memories Xerys abandoned everything he had previously known and became a nomad traveling all over Eorzea. Throughout the 11 years from that dark day Xerys heard many similar stories of families being torn apart by the threat of nearby beast tribes. He made it his new life path to stop these threats wherever they may be. This new life path has led him to the city of Ul'dah where he hears word of yet an even more powerful threat, and so he begins "A Life Reborn."

A fierce and loyal friend, Xerys will stop at nothing to protect the ones he cares about. He refuses to lose more "family" than he already has.
