:Not much is known about her background. She was born in Lower La Noscea, but her life there was cut short when the house she was living in with her parents was torched by unknown assailants.
:Thara was rescued by a friendly neighbor, but her parents perished in the flames.
:Thara was left at an orphanage in Limsa Lominsa. She had a hard time in the orphanage, she was bullied and beat up almost on a daily basis. She learned how to defend herself and to survive on her own.
:She ran away from the orphanage and lived on the streets. She was a natural in surviving on the streets, she was good at stealing, fighting and sneaking. She still had a hard time trusting others and she usually roamed the streets alone during this time.

:The training on the ship was hard and brutal. She was punished for the smallest infractions. She was in reality being primed to be weapon.
:After 10 years her will was completely broken and fully in Bonny's grip. She was sent out on her first big mission. To infiltrate the salvage company, Jackal & Hide and kill its leader J'inarah Marad.
