A survivor of the calamity that ended the Sixth Astral Era, he has no recollection of his origins. Perhaps because of this Chade can be found exploring ruins most of the time, looking of old records and tomes, but he claims that he's searching for a way to ascend to the power of the Nymian magi of the past.

Chade was found wandering the Shroud by a helpful, who upon discovering Chade's condition escorted him back to the guild. After some time spent with the conjurers of the forest city Chade began to show interest in learning the art, and the conjurers seeing this as a sign of progress encouraged him, and his story began...

===Personality===
Chade can be a bit absent minded, but does his best to hide it behind politeness. Quick to offer advice on any topic he's familiar with, but will declare a total lack of interest in things he knows nothing about.
==Combat==
Believes there's a "flow" to battle; pushing too fast causes people to panic and mistakes get made costing lives, but going too slow dulls the senses lulling people into a false sense of security. Because of this belief Chade sometimes finds it difficult to explore the dungeons of Eorzea with other people.

Can be impatient with others mistakes in the heat of the moment, however he quick to suppress it knowing that no one is perfect.
Quick to forget "the little things" and some "not so little things".
Has a habit of showing up in strange places, and is usually surprised to find himself there.
