 Quiet and shy, were it not for her race she might have melded into Ul'dah's population without any difficulty. Though friendly and polite to a fault towards strangers, she always seemed to carry an air of wariness-- and has been known to simply dart away if approached too quickly, a habit perhaps related to sigil of the Empire branded upon the back of her neck.

== Appearance ==

Unlike most of her race, Sechen seemed much softer than what could be expected of the nomadic tribes, a strange trait that seemed at odds with her height. She lacked the thicker scales and brutish tail of some of her kin; even her hands were smooth and bereft of substantial callouses. Whatever her life was like before her sudden appearance in Ul'dah, it couldn't have involved very much manual labor to have left her so.

Though what she carried day-to-day varied, two things seemed a constant; a worn leather satchel stuffed full of whatever she'd deemed relevant for the day and a rough-hewn shotgun, crafted with talent but clearly limited by the Garlean scraps used to create it. Thought occasionally worn on her back, it was typically left unloaded in her bag as if to affirm her sheer reluctance for carrying such a thing.

There are not many rumors about Sechen, simply on the grace that she lacks much of a history in Thanalan.

:*"The redhead with horns? She comes by my stall nearly daily, always buys food in bulk, always very polite! Must be cooking for quite a bit of people. She asked me to tell her if saw an old man of her kind named Kha or something like that."

:*"That scar of hers is strange. Ain't heard of any conscripts with brands."

:*"You aren't the first person to come around asking about her, but they're usually foreigners. She a spy or runaway or whatever?"

:*"Yes, I know her. Stole my swivin' jacket out of my footlocker when I was stationed at the Hawthorne Hut. Worse, I caught her skulking outside Oriens a couple of seasons after while wearing the damned thing. I would have beat her bloody if it weren't for the other savage there with her."
