After C'thra's disappearance, Sybella used her resources to track down and find her old colleague. After finding her lost and broken, Sybella took her under the wing. A different relationship blossomed as their relationship rekindled. C'thra has become close to Sybella's heart.

The woman presents class and elegance and a common interest. The two have gone to numerous adventures in life and death situations brought them closer as well as a glass of wine and company. It was unthought-of that this woman would be Sybella's very own twin sister. The two were separated at the age of 4 as their parents were unable to support two children, one having a disability. After 23 years later, the two sisters have reunited after investigating their past. It was a very tearful moment for the two to discover the truth about themselves. Though Mistalv will never take the Deltro family name. She is the only existing blood that Sybella has and is always to be treasured.
