♦ Childhood
Bobobara Lolobara is born to his mother, Tuturara Lalarara, and his father, Dedetoko Nenetoko on the 25th Sun of the 2nd Astral Moon. Both of his parents were traveling merchants when they met and instantly fell in love. After being born, Tuturara Lalarara stopped her travels to stay with Bobobara Lolobara while Dedetoko Nenetoko continued his travels to help support the family. As a result, Bobobara Lolobara had a stronger relationship with his mother growing up while still very much loving his parents equally.
♦ Adulthood
Bobobara Lolobara, from his trait in his parents, is always interested in learning vast new knowledge around Eorzea. However, he had no interest in becoming a traveling merchant like his parents. Bobobara Lolobara wanted to find his own way in life. With the understandings of Eorzea gathered from his folks, Bobobara Lolobara set out on his own terms when he became of age.
Fortunately for Bobobara Lolobara, his travels didn't last long. While out in Western Thanalan, he was ambushed by a group of Bombs near the Copperbell Mine entrance. Fearing as though his life a man in a white jacket mysteriously jumped in front of Bobobara Lolobara and threw a type of concoction at the Bombs. Slowly, but surely, Bobobara Lolobara saw the Bombs succumb to the concoction. Bobobara Lolobara would thank the man in the white jacket and ask what he used exactly to stop the Bombs. The man in the white jacket replied, "Poisoning Potion", and began explaining how exactly he created his own from a small sample of ingredients and where he learned it from. Amazed, Bobobara Lolobara finally understood what he wanted to do! He quickly thanked the man in the white jacket and rushed home, without ever asking the man's name. From that moment, Bobobara Lolobara knew he wanted to learn about alchemy and will do everything in his power to become a great alchemist.
In his early studies of alchemy, Bobobara Lolobara learned how much Lalafell and Miqo'tes are linked together. With the combination of herbs of the Lalafell and the secrets of the Miqo'te, alchemist were able to develop many sort of potions including the one used by the man in the white jacket. Being a Dunefolk, this reminded Bobobara Lolobara of the herbal concoction his clan made him drink when he was just a child, allowing him to have a stronger resistance to poison. With that learned, Bobobara Lolobara began an awkward adventure of learning about any secrets he could get his hands on from the Miqo'te race. These methods went from books, to going up to random Miqo'tes and questioning them.

Little is known about how exactly he learned black magic. For the most part, Bobobara Lolobara took time reading books and learned enough spells that he would be able to take care of himself without having any minor problems throughout his travels. He would typically use a two-handed staff.
