Style
Without unnecessary movements Ambidextrous bur favors the right hand Long diagonal scar across the chest with smaller, comparatively insignificant scars scattered across the body N/A When not wearing armor, Drohkya tends to favor formal wear in black.
Hair & Eyes
Drohkya has long well kept black hair with the bangs blunted so as to not get in her eyes. One would be hard pressed to find even a single hair out of place. Her eyes are pale blue, almost like ice in color. Some say that they appear to be devoid of emotion.
Physique & Markings
Though may be difficult to tell due to her concealing tastes in clothing, Drohkya has the build of a warrior. Beneath her black attire is a body hardened by years of near perpetual battle with a heavy weapon in her hands. She is also a fair bit taller than the average female of her race.
Hygiene & Attire
One thing is immediately apparent about Drohkya based on her attire. Black is her favorite color. Whether is be clothing or armor, it is always primarily black in color. She has taken a liking to Eorzean formal wear. No matter where she goes or what the occasion is, Drohkya will always have a weapon or two on her person. Despite their frequent use, both Drohkya's armor and her weapons are meticulously well kept to the point where it is almost hard to believe that they are ever used at all.
Personality
Psychological Profile
Drohkya is generally polite and well spoken. Despite picking her words carefully before she speaks, Drohkya cannot help but prod people with her words sometimes. Drohkya tends to smile a lot, though it can sometimes be hard to tell if the smiles are genuine or not.
Voice
Drohkya speaks with a calm voice, maintaining an indoor speaking volume at all times. She never yells or even raises her voice regardless of the situation.
Philosophy & Mannerisms
Drohkya believes that life exists to be enjoyed so naturally, she is hedonistic in her approach to life. Her desires are very different from those of the average hedonist, however. It goes without saying that she is quite selfish as well. Her own needs and desires come before those of anyone else. Though she does not like telling lies, Drohkya has no problem with bending the truth.

Non-Combat Abilities
Dotharl Upbringing: Children of the Dotharl are trained to become warriors who do not fear death. Drohkya is no exception. Though it is primarily what the Dotharl are known for, fighting is not all Drohkya learned how to do early on in her life. She learned horsemanship, how to hunt, and how to survive in the wilderness.
Calm Mind: Drohkya was left with an unnaturally calm mind after a near death experience several years ago. No matter how hectic the events around her are, Drohkya is able to think clearly without panicking.
Xaela Physiology: Xaela are known to possess more raw strength than any of the races of Eorzea. Drohkya makes use of this strength both on and off the battlefield.
Combat Abilities
Self Enhancement: Drohkya uses her internal aether to strength her body beyond what it would normally be capable of, allowing her to wield her heavy two handed weapons with the same speed and efficiency as a lighter one handed weapon.
Blood Magic: A discipline that Drohkya has begun delving into. She is able to use it to leech the aether present in blood to heal her own wounds or strengthen herself. She is not able use it to heal anyone but herself, however. Drohkya has yet to display any of its offensive capabilities, if it has any at all. She is able to use her own blood to close wounds but excessive usage of the ability may result in succumbing to blood loss if she does not "replenish" herself using an external source of blood.
Physical Mimicry: If a technique involves the use of the body, chances are that Drohkya can accurately mimic its movements and use the technique herself. Things such as the use of aether or other unseen components of a technique may be lost on her but at the very least she will still be able to learn the physical components.
OOC Note
I am usually pretty basic and to the point with my emotes by default. I'll only change to be as descriptive as the other person.

History
History
Disclaimer: Drohkya's early history would probably be unknown to anyone who she did not tell it to herself.
Sixth Astral Era
Childhood
Drohkya was born into the Dotharl tribe of the Azim Steppes. She lived a relatively normal life there after being stripped of her fear of death as all Dotharl children are. She spent much of her childhood training with her chosen weapon, a heavy two handed blade. Eventually she was old enough to join the others in battle. In her first battle Drohkya got her first taste of death, a taste that will come to define her life. The young Drohkya continued following her warband from battle to battle, picking up a love of crafting masks along the way.

Seventh Umbral Era
Adulthood
Drohkya's life continued as it always had for a time. She developed a reputation for being a ferocious mask wearing warrior as she grew up. All was well and normal until one disastrous raid that would change Drohkya's life forever. The raid was supposed to be a fairly easy one. One that would not even require the full might of their warband. Drohkya was sent with a handful of other warriors to raid a small passing clan. Unfortunately Drohkya's warleader underestimated the Chieftain of that clan. The chieftain was prepared and set an ambush of his own. Drohkya and the other warriors fought ferociously but they fell one by one to the chieftain's superior numbers. Drohkya herself killed many of them, sustaining wound after wound in the attempt. She knew her end was drawing near and saw an opportunity to take the chieftain with her. She leapt at him for a final strike but it was not to be. He struck a well placed blow to Drohkya's chest and she finally fell. Drohkya looked up at the sky, unable to move anymore. Despite her many wounds, she was not in pain. Rather than pain, she was filled with joy. She closed her eyes as the battle continued to rage around her, ready to accept death.

But she later reopened her eyes. She woke up inside of a tent with her wounds tended to. She was picked up by a passing tribe that stopped to scavenge the aftermath of the battle and found that one of the bodies was still breathing. The healer explained to her that she had been asleep for several days. They went on to explain other parts of Drohkya's current condition but she was distracted with an observation of her own. She was thinking clearly. More clearly than ever before in her life. It was as though all background thoughts and noises were gone. Drohkya had plenty of time to mull it over, as it would be several more days before she was able to comfortably walk again. She thought about returning to her warband once she was better but decided against it after meeting Shudarga. He was unusual and interesting to her, enough to make her put off going back. She stayed with the tribe for nearly a year, taking the role of one of their hunters during her time there. Eventually she decided that it was time to leave. She knew that she could not take Shudarga back to her warband. He was weak and frail. He would not be suited for life among the Dotharl. Instead she chose to leave the steppes entirely. After some time of searching, Drohkya and Shudarga managed to find Eorzean sailors who would take them to Eorzea in exchange for their horse.

Drohkya learned about the place they were going and the people that inhabit that land from the kindly first mate of their ship. They had several stops to make before reaching their final destination so the first mate took the time to teach them the language spoken there as well. After some time sailing from port to port they reached Limsa Lominsa, their final destination and they parted ways. Drohkya decided to take the advice of the first mate and try and get work as a sellsword. Eventually she managed to find a form of permanent employment with a mage by the name of Mirashka in Thanalan. Drohkya learned a lot about magic and how to combat mages during this time and made many contacts who would prove to be useful in the future.

In Recent Times
Current Events
Drohkya worked for Mirashka for nearly two years before the mage finally decided that she had no more use for a sellsword on retainer so they parted ways on friendly terms. Drohkya dabbled in underworld jobs for a while before she decided join a mercenary company. Her timing could not have been better, the war for Ala Mhigo began several months later. Drohkya held the rank of lieutenant in the company at the time and had her own troops to lead into battles. Unknown to the others in the company, Drohkya "salvaged" as much Imperial technology as she could and even smuggled captured Imperial engineers into Eorzea in exchange for their services. Unfortunately for Drohkya, the good times were not to last. Not too long about the end of the war, the company disbanded and she was once again an independent mercenary.
After working on solo missions for a time, Drohkya decided to invest her ill gotten riches into a business venture. An arms manufacturing operation to be precise. Only time will tell how well that will go.

Ul'dah: Very Likely
Limsa Lomina: Occasionally
Gridania: Likely
Lavender Beds: Very Likely
Affiliations
These are fairly easily asked after, with the exception of the rogue's guild.
Limsa Lominsa: Drohkya worked in and around the city during her early days in Eorzea. She pursued bounties and did work for whoever wanted to hire her. Occasionally worked for the Maelstrom, though not in any official capacity.
Gridania: Drohkya was a part of a mercenary company that operated out of the Shroud that did work for the Twin Adders from time to time. The company assisted the The Eorzean Alliance under the Twin Adders during the war for Ala Mhigo.
Ala Mhigo: Drohkya commanded a portion of the volunteers liberated from from Imperial outposts and prisons. She was notable for cherry picking the most violent revenge driven volunteers to make up her own unit. The battles that they went into generally ended in a massacre of all enemy combatants.
IC Inventory
The following items are things that this individual carries on their person at all times. These are noted for pickpockets, and those watching her closely. This information is meant to be a prompt for insight and is not to be meta-gamed, though feel free to use this information if it comes up logically in RP (pickpocketing, a search, etc) with use of a simple /tell.

Money: To pay for various daily expenses.
Secondary Weapon: Drohkya carries a knife and a pistol in addition to her primary weapon.
Potions and Antidotes: Better safe than sorry. Kept in a small flask on her person.
RP Limits
My character is nice but I am kind of an asshole. Watch out!
I will play: Fun and adventure.
Ask about: Whatever you want. If it isn't here it is probably because I could not think of anything.
I won't play: ERP is for degenerates.
RP Hooks
Ask if you want something, my man.
■ Drohkya is a mercenary. She is always interested in working, provided the job sounds interesting.
■ Curious about Xaela or the Dotharl tribe? Drohkya would be glad to answer questions about it.
■ Drohkya fought in the war for Ala Mhigo as a lieutenant of a mercenary company and commanded her own unit. Possibly recognizable by others who were there as a woman who wore black armor and wielded a red weapon.
■ Drohkya is also known in the more unsavory circles for doing more morally dubious work. She is known by the code name Ubir there.

Character Lore Adherence
Drohkya's magic is very loosely based on 1.0 thaumaturgy but is otherwise almost entirely homebrewed. Watch out if you're the type who doesn't like any use of magic or spells not directly presented in game!

The union of old world savagery with new world refinement.
