CHARACTER TIDBITS Potential Plot Hooks ■ A Master: H'amaar is looking for a Red Mage master to learn from. ■ Clients, guides, bodyguards: He works as an Aethernet Courier (as in: he uses his relatively high reserves of anima to make a job of delivering small, valuable goods quickly through the Aetherytes). He often looks for clients, work partners and guides/bodyguards for his expeditions to attune to new Aetherytes. ■ Enemies and former comrades in arms: He spent years as a conscripted Hoplomachus during the Dalmasca campaign, before finally managing to desert and return to Eorzea. Garlean or Dalmascan characters might know him because of that. ■ Healers and Alchemists: He's afflicted by an hereditary condition that is slowly, inevitably killing him. He staves it off with constant use of various types of healing magic. He consulted many healers and has various alchemists from which he regularly buys potions and ethers in bulk.
