Kaz lives in the slums outside of Ul'Dah and hangs out mostly in the backstreet of the capital or in the illegal plantation cave. He's in trouble with a lot of authorities for theft, vandalism, drug abuse and partaking in illegal fighting within the city walls. He is well known within those circles, especially the fight clubs where he partake in bloody and dangerous fights and thanks to his resistance to pain through his constant state of intoxication, he offers a very good show at the cost of his sanity and physical wellness.
The miqo'te is also often seen taking jobs for larger organizations to make a bit of extra cash, most often of the illegal sorts. Nobody wants to hire a messed up thug so he has to take the most degrading of jobs at times.
Appearance:
Kaz is a dark skinned miqo'te with a warm tone indicating his affiliation with the desert. His body is covered with scars and body modifications(piercings) and is overall very skinny and unhealthy looking. Despite his appearance, he is capable of great physical feats(capable of handling a two-handed sword) thanks to his constant boost of adrenaline caused by his daily consumption, a consumption clearly hinted by his bloodshot eyes and tired and once again unhealthy facial features. His tail is crooked and broken at multiple places and is also decorated by 2 large rings. Finally, his most curious feature is a deformity on the back of his neck that looks like 3 spikes, something often mistaken for some sort of voidsent influence. What they truly are has never been uncovered.
In term of clothing, one cannot say much since he is seen wearing the same apparel often... If one can call it clothing... He wears oddly shaped gauntlets and greaves, a very lightweight and armor subligar and a white crop top. He sometimes wear an helmet but usually doesn't bring it with him. He wields a misshapen greatsword imbued with magic.

Personality:
In term of personality, Kaz is a kid and acts like one. But his persona his divided in two depending on if he's high or not.
He is without a doubt more often than not under the influence of some kind of mind altering drug which leads him to be more social, active and cocky but can also lead him to sociopathic tendencies at times. Unaffected by anxiety, pain and disorders, Kaz will enjoy fighting others, gambling, drinking, getting into trouble with the authorities and taking jobs most unsavoury. He has a lot trouble taking orders despite doing jobs for others, is very anti-totalitarian, and seems to dislike people with authority and government officials. He often tries to get some gil for a minimum amount of food and for buying his next batch of narcotics. He will also be very vulgar and upfront with his feeling, making it hard for people a bit less patient to endure his crazy antics. But despite everything, Kaz is not a bad buy. He may act like it but he is not evil. Simply unstable. He will not hesitate to complete a job if paid for it... A guy needs to make a living after all.
When not high, Kaz becomes a different person. He becomes distant, tired, docile, apathetic and anxious to a certain degree. It's only at times like these that he remembers how much of a mess he is and how his life is a utter waste. He becomes extremely self-aware of his fucked-up appearance and usually avoids others in fear of being judged which is almost a constancy considering his wounds, clothing and overall poor health. The only time he allows himself to approach this state of mind is in the morning when he is still experiencing the afterglow of his previous trip. He is usually at peace in the morning and can be seen enjoying simple things such as a good coffee and the morning sun. But before long, he's once again gone, replaced by his obnoxious persona.

Cygnus is one of Kaz's employers thus making Kaz one of his Droogs. Thus far, the rebellious miqo'te showed to be fairly obedient to him but it goes without saying that Cygnus still need to keep the boy in check.
Another of Kaz's employers. Crate offered the miqo'te the job of bodyguard since he seemed to know how to take a beating and handle his rather punishing weapon. Alongside the job, they both shared each other a few secrets they had in common which oddly enough got them a bit closer. As per Kaz's request, the necromancer might offer some lessons in dark magic.
A lalafell? Growing and selling competitive drugs? It had to be a joke but wasn't. Kaz has heard rumors of some strong stuff going around and sought out the dealer only to fall upon the lalafell. Needless to say, the encounter was rather confusing one. The stuff was amazing though.
Kaz had met, for the first time, the guy during a backstreet brawl and despite starting on the wrong foot, forgot all about him the next day because of how high he was. Starting anew, they drank and exchanged some information but it was inevitable that two lewd kids would start a conversation about sex. Kaz was, contrary to Azrat's belief, not an easy conquest, though. Kaz offered the other miqo'te sex only if he won a duel against him, which sadly, he didn't, thus getting cockblocked entirely. Needless to say, their little game is far from over.

■ Backstreet dealings: Kaz is known to be an easy guy to approach with a job you want done. If you want somethings dirty done, he might be your guy. Obviously, that doesn't mean he will instantly accept anything. He knows a lot of people are unreasonable with their jobs and often send some meat to frame them with some plot or get them killed. You'll have to explain well the details.
■ Underground fighting: Your character might want to challenge this seemingly wimpy miqo'te to a duel or as part of some underground fighting club series. A few rumors say he can take quite a beating and offer the same if you underestimate him.
■ Accidental run-in: Kaz gets often into trouble and sometimes willingly and unwillingly include people in his shit. You could be one of those unlucky people to become a temporary accomplice and thus fall into the same mess.
■ Visit to the cave: As a drug-addict, Kaz is never too far away from the source of his life's aether. Having no home, he lives in the shitty slums near Black Brush Station, in a cave with other people of "similar tastes". Your character could be visiting this area, either as a customer or as some sort of spy. Either way, Kaz will be one of the few to have the balls to ask you what you're doing there.
