History Sixth Astral Era Childhood Neso doesn't talk about it. However, she was a trainee for the Fists of Rhalgr from a young age, working hard to best her peers despite her small stature. She was strong, mean, and impatient. When Neso was roughly 16 years old, Ala Mhigo fell. One of the few who made it out, she went into hiding, but her past eventually caught up with her, as it always does. Seventh Umbral Era Adulthood Wandered Ala Mhigo and the rest of Eorzea up until she got captured by Garleans, again. Her personality gradually shifted until it became who she is today as she saw more of the world. Neso has a habit of being captured due to being a Monk, and once a Fist Of Rhalgr.

In Recent Times Moving Forward Upon loosing 10 years of memory, Neso forgot a many great things, a many great weights. This meant she was both freer, but also less wise.
