On the surface it would seem she is distant and ataraxic; often stoic or smiling through difficult situations. She can keep a level head and cast jokes with her dark sense of humor in the face of threat. • It is often that her mind works on one track. Those who are chatty and can swing from subject to subject will lose her focus, and will invariably hear a mix all of the topics together in a fit of confusion. If there are frequent distractions or competing stimuli during conversation, Nessa may only remember the distraction; not appointment dates, plans, or even names mentioned. • Nessa can commonly be seen with an incredulous stare on her otherwise placid expression as if considering something that challenges her concept of reality. • Beneath the odd exterior is a deep reservoir of uncertainty. For having such a strong, if strange personality, Nessa seems almost lost in her own skin. • She is a shifting panorama of awkward confidence, neither facet stronger than the other. Likes ■ Honesty. She wonders if she will continue the legacy. Appearance Nessa has a face of soft features gently elongated by the taper of her cheeks to her jaw. There is a natural flush to her cheeks that darkens her cream colored skin. The brightness of her sapphire eyes gives her the impression of a wide-eyed stare, an effect which is only amplified when she actually wears such an expression. Nessa styles her honey colored hair long with a loose braid keeping it from her face. Infrequently she will wear it up or bunched in a loose ponytail. Her pointed ears are adorned with traditional clasps and often a single moonlet earring. Standing 6'3", Nessa is average in height for an Elezen woman. She is lithe with a build that suggests hobby-level exercise. Her bust is generous without overabundance, and she's not afraid to accent this fact with clothing and jewelry. The Elezen takes some level of pride in her appearance through dress and fitness, although, she elects not to wear makeup more often than not. Overall, Nessa is plain in appearance, though not often plain in dress. The features that are most oustanding being the clear blue of her bright eyes. Always selfishly chased the next big score. Olfione Tulifine ( ♥ ) ( NPC ) - Auntie Olfi Emmalaine's twin sister. An aloof Wood Wailer whose capricious nature breaks hearts. River's inspiration for adventure, Nessa's mother figure. Arrenne Tulifine, née Teauveaux ( ♥ ) ( NPC ) - Nan Matriarch to the pedigree of twins. She tutored Nessa in academics and arcanism. Ponnoux Tulifine ( ♥ ) ( NPC ) - Papa A quiet man with a strong presence. He was happy to let his wife do most of the talking, but always had time for his granddaughters. Wise and funny. Nessa realized later it was a date, and remained deeply embarrassed about her first impression. L'cero Nunh ( ♥ ♦ ) Possibly more odd than Nessa, a displaced tribal Seeker who feels as lost as she does. Nessa declared him to be a brother when he admitted to having no place in the world. Nhadala Ul'dala ( ● ) A flirty friend of Cero's. She makes for good company and enjoys Nessa's. Rhuli'a Kanjun ( ♦ ✔ ) A boastful braggart. Nessa is enraptured by his willingness to indulge his own ego, and she welcomes it of him. The honest expression of his self-opinion is refreshing and funny, even if it can come at her expense. He is Nessa's social opposite, but the attraction is mutual. She is especially awkward with him, to which he shows patience if not understanding. Skylar Steelheart ( ● ) The significant other of Commander Aideron. She was keenly interested in Nessa's magical learning when they first met, but nothing yet has come of it.
