How does one spend their "happy ending?"

While trudging through the darker moments of her life, Lsael often looked to the sky. Envying the birds and airship pilots that sense of 'freedom' flying through the skies. So when Lsael found the money and the opportunity presented itself, she took her life savings to a buy a brand new Manacutter to fly it wherever she desires. A self-taught mechanic, wandering explorer, and skilled pilot. Lsael discreetly put aside her sword, shield, and other pointy business tools to seek a life in the skies.

Rivette really didn't ideally want to do much, but be lazy when she had the chance. But well. As her parents had left her and her sister when they were young. Rivette being the older sister of Nineveh. Had to well.. Figure something out, so she started learning how to hunt. And fight. To naturally take care of herself, and her sister. Which raised her up to be the towering Xaela that she is today. Scarred by battle. And ready to take on anything, or anyone. Her will un-wavering even in the face of countless foes.

: A quick reader, but horrible writer. Most often opting to doodle instead. Oddly enough, she's actually quite good at sketching and drawing.
+
: A patient and well mannered lady. Learned it from all the other races around Eorzea in her time present.

: Instead of keeping a diary, she tends to collect books as keepsakes for special events or jobs. Opting high quality tomes as payment for her services in the past. Whilst wandering the streets away from her captors as a child, she often found respite in the arcanist libraries which dotted the city. Being around books made her feel safe, which is probably why there is an overabundance of them in her apartment.
+
: Mostly decides to spend her time either.. Talking with other people openly, She is not so shy. Or out hunting, in which, sometimes she may even be spotted carrying around some fur from a previous hunt, that she could sell for a few extra gil. Her hunting skills are rather. Excelling due to her combat experience, although, her hunts do not always concern monsters. Sometimes just animals that give meat and fur, as she's a survivalist.

: After assisting some adventurers with a Necrologos leve in hopes of attaining the book for herself. Lsael found herself a treasure coffer with an Atrophied Atomos within. Consuming her satchel of crystals at the time, the creature stuck with the Xaela ever since. Gobbling up whatever she would offer it whether it be scrap metal, food, or just general trash. In exchange as a floating trashcan, the Xaela finally got some much needed company for her long travels. She gives it many names like "Cheeky Lil' Bastard" but "Tomo" is what she's taken to calling it. Lsael also tends to keep it under a strict leash, as the atomos tends to bite when spoiled with food.
+
: But with her hunting skills being well exercised, that would not quite be her only like of work. Rivette also works, as a part time sell-sword. But, one with standards to say the least, she would refuse to take on dirty jobs or anything that'd even slightly lower her honour, she although she herself, may not fight with complete honour and value traditional fighting. As she is self-taught so her fighting style is far from refined in its own glory, Rivette would fight fair, if the fight calls for it.

: Having been raised around pirates and Roegadyns, she's grown to have a very high tolerance of alcohol. Thus, Lsael is often caught with several hard drinks when visiting taverns or bars.
+
: Having been raised rough around her edges, due to her sister Nineveh robbing people when they were younger, to survive naturally.. As it was just the two of them. She had to well. Fight to protect Nineveh in circumstances.

: Due to the circumstances of her arrival to Eorzea, Lsael doesn't actually know where her birth place or home country is. This was hinted to her though when a large score of Doman refugees began moving into Mor Dhona. Many of which approached the clueless Xaela in their native tongue, asking for directions. It seems like only those who hail from Othard can recognize enough of her appearance to assume she was a fellow countryman. While Lsael had taken the strangers' assumptions to heart, it still remains a mystery to her as to where exactly she was from.
+
: Rivette's journey to Eorzea was a rather strange one, because. She never actually came into contact with civilisation for the first few months of being present. Due her injuries sustained before leaving the Othard. Which left her incapable in doing such. She would of thrived on the land, hunting and making camps, from place to place.. Avoiding people in general.. One would not know why she would. But perhaps due to struggles on leaving Othard. Made her not want to be around people.

: Her manacutter is actually quite large for it's type. Roughly 60% larger. This is due to two reason one of which being it's high altitude cruising and faster speed. Which both recognizes the need for larger equipment and therefore a larger hull. And two, the partial implementation of an auto-functioning and heavily modified magitek vanguard mounted around the cockpit. Linking this to her aetherotransformer; if caught in a freefall this would allow her manacutter to divert from it's cruising path to dive alongside her to rescue, eliminating the need for any type of parachute. This also allows her to put the manacutter in a hand's free auto-pilot, allowing her the time to sit back and relax, or do some mid-flight repairs.
+
: Her armour would represent her fearsome fighting style. It'd have spikes pointing out of her shoulders, and in various parts in the armor, it'd almost be representing that of a dragon-warrior. A fearsome look it'd give. Being hit by any part of the armor itself could deal some damage, let alone her axe also, which would not look the same as the armour.. But it'd look more royal, somewhat. But the bladed edge of it would not be a joke in how dangerous it could be. The weight of it too.

: At the time, she's formally inducted as a First Lieutenant in the Immortal Flames. Yet lives in the Topmast Apartments in Limsa Lominsa.

: Lsael has worked as (informally) a private security guard, mercenary/sellsword, courtesan/whore, caravan escort guard, smuggler, pickpocket, barkeep, cartographer, treasure/bounty hunter, and for a week or so- a scullery maid.

Lsael is a young adult Xaela. She is slim, curvacious, yet otherwise maintains a well balanced figure. Lsael stands at 5 fulms 8 ilms, which is noticeably taller than other female Au Ra.
+
Rivette is a tall Xaela, build mostly on muscle and brute force, but. That would not justify her in total. Her personality would be light and out-going. And she is rather well mannered. For a warrior like herself, it'd be odd to see such a combination, one would expect more serious attitude from herself. But she detests the thought. Having a sister to take care of made her always keep happy. And polite to people around her. She's rarely ever shy. If she wishes to talk to someone, then she will just walk up and do so. Not fearing how people may think of her, or how rude they might even be to her. Even if they are rude to her, she'd likely be just as rude back, perhaps even childish. As she's still young, she's not one yet to easily give it up and turn into a boring old Xaela.
She has Short black hair with red highlights with red and yellow eyes enclosed in black limbal rings. Occasionally grows out her hair to about chin height in which her bangs cover half her face, but it's proven not much help while flying to opts to cut it short.

She was actually blind in her right eye up until she was 19 until the Calamity happened and mysteriously restored her vision. Wears goggles and often wears double layers whilst flying to keep the wind chill from freezing her over.

Without social interaction, Lsael is very much the silent type. Thanks to her isolationist style of living courtesy of the past few years, she could go for days before actually speaking. But even then, those who catch wind of her find it difficult to describe her as brooding or gloomy. More among the lines of apathetic, really.

Lsael seems to show little care about the world and politics unless it directly relates to herself or her safety. Despite this she remains oddly well mannered to strangers given that they show her equal respect.

On the topic of respect, she absolutely HATES those who think they are above others. Racists, High-born, politicians and stuck up rich merchants alike. Having grown up with struggles, Lsael could easily relate to those less fortunate. Even often giving away what little she could afford to mewling children and beggars alike. Garleans are also on her "disliked people" list but for the most part only takes that up to the fanatics. If given the proper respect or shows no sign of taking conflict with her, Lsael could care less if they were a spy and such.

Her main deterrent in an argument though remains unchanged throughout the years as hyper-aggressiveness seems to work for her most of the time. If an Elezen continues to harass her after being asked to leave twice, she WILL NOT hesitate to put a bullet in their thigh.
+
Those who have already met her, have told them she is nice, and mannered. But also can be rather humorous. Given the conversation at hand, and she'd like to think the same herself. At least to some extent where she doesn't sit on top of her own ego. Which she rarely has. She keeps an eye out for her friends and family over herself. Her actions tend to show that she isn't one to think just for herself.
On a separate note, she's on a low alert criminal list in Gridania for this very reason, which is why she never frequents the city proper.

What little friends she has, would describe her as a blunt and straight-forward individual. Though at some moments crass or politically incorrect. She does not shy from the truth of the conversation, often stating her opinion regardless of people's reaction or consequence.

====<div style="padding:0px 20px; font-size:14px;color:#000000;">Arrival to Eorzea</div>====

<spoiler>The farthest back Lsael's memory could take her was in that container, aboard a Garlean military ship. She, along with the four-score dozen other children, taken from several corners from the empire. Their overseers supposedly bred them and began training their young minds to slip into Eorzea's states as sleeper spies. Making the mistake by labelling them as "special cargo", this caught the attention of one specific privateer crew. Caught in the ensuing battle, Lsael's container caught several stray shots in the first volley. Shredding and tearing holes into their exposed container, the clueless children were massacred inside. The torn bits of molten metal, fire, and shrapnel shredded the unprotected. Forced against the opposite side, the wall of bodies blocked most of the carnage for Lsael, the young Xaela crawling out of the steaming torn holes gasping for air.

Her first act upon freedom? A frenzied assault on the nearest garlean soldier. Caught off guard from the boarding pirates, the man struggled to get the little girl off. The pirates were bewildered, watching this little girl, from a race they've never encountered before, swiping the guard's sheathed knife and began scratching and stabbing her way out.

Finishing off the soldier who managed to throw Lsael off, the pirates picked up the young girl along with three other surviving children only to find the remnants of the "special container". While the children were quite a lost cause, there was other loot to be plundered in the ship as the crew helped themselves to whatever they could find. Their captain however, shocked at the mangled innocent corpses inside the containers, took it upon himself to care for welfare of the four survivors. Especially to the one-eyed child who was slipping in and out of consciousness, carrying her to his cabin as she was the most badly wounded and needed the rest.

"Let's sail elsewhere. I've had enough of this place." Were the first words Lsael's ears heard after the ringing in her head had ceased. Repeating after him, she could only whisper a slur of the first few words. This was how her future father assumed her first name as "Lsael"</spoiler>

<spoiler>Having given his own son such an undesirable upbringing, the captain of pirates and Lsael's rescuer, had decided to adopt the young Xaela. As a sort of second chance with a child that he never really got. Leaving the care of his crew to his second-in-command and son, he took his share of the plunder and moved out to retirement. Bought a small cozy cottage by the cliffside near the Red Rooster Stead, the young Xaela followed the aging Roegadyn with much anxiety It wasn't soon after that she began to warm up to the old man. He taught her how to read, write. He fed and clothed her. At nights when the young girl couldn't sleep, he would oft sharing his tales of daring-do and myths. Pirates, rogues and scoundrels of old. And with each story the Xaela was smitten by the prospect of adventure and open seas. Though it was far from his intentions, Lsael pestered him to teaching her how use a sword, or a dagger in her case. Which the roegadyn happily obliged, despite his age showing off the skills that he had learned from years of privateering. While some of the old pirate's habits did not completely die out from retirement such as drinking, swearing, and fighting. The young Xaela emulated and idolized her father, much to the amusement of her visiting stepbrother. She loved to copy the two men, even taking a small sips of their ale and liquor, at the joking request of her step-brother.

<spoiler>Rivette and her sister were left mostly to there own devices from a young age, even though there farther and mother were present for part of there childhood years, they hardly looked after them. Rivette's sister would of picked up bad habits of stealing.. When growing up. Rivette being the older sister of the two. She usually had to deal with it anyone who tried to pick on or have a go at Riv's younger sister, would have to deal with Riv herself. Making the two a bad combination for trouble.. Her little sister ending up making fights happen over stolen things or by being picked on in general by other children. Whilst Rivette put the problems to end herself by force. Which is how she first learnt how to fight to begin with.</spoiler>
For a time, Lsael's life was in complete bliss. That is until a bitter and violent rival, a seperate pirate group, sought revenge on the aging Sea Wolf for past dues. Having thought the matter was settled years ago, the old man was oblivious to the impending attack. Barging into his home, beating and subjecting him into agonizing pain. Lsael could only cry in fear and plead, as these men maimed and humiliated her father. When he tried to fight back, they retaliated by taking advantage of the young Xaela, and threatened to kill Lsael if the Roegadyn struggled.

By the time the Yellowjackets had arrived to help, they found blood smeared across the wooden floor, dragged out of the home. The old man's body was later recovered at the botton of the cliffside. Young Elswer, not even 10 summers old, was nowhere to be found.</spoiler>

====<div style="padding:0px 20px; font-size:14px;color:#000000;">Childhood-Teenage Years</div>====

<spoiler>Lsael couldn't be asked to recall much of her life after that. Mourning the death of her father and reeling from her assault, she went into a deep shock. Caring little of what would happen to her from then on, and since Au Ra were a rarity , they quickly put the young girl to work. Her captors putting her into work among the several pleasure barges they privately owned.

Abused, mistreated, raped, and held captive. The girl tried many a time to escape from her fate. One of which she managed! But the busy streets of Hawker's Alley was no place for a young girl like her self. Being Au Ra did not help either as she stood out from the crowd, heightening her chance of recapture. But due to the neatly arraigned raiments that were provided to her. Lsael managed to find solace in among many of the arcanium libraries that dotted the city. The doormen mistaking her for a schoolgirl or some rich-merchants daughter, despite being just another homeless youth. She lived like this for a month, lurking away from sight and stealing what little food she could in order to feed herself. Then come nightfall, finding solace between the library's towering shelves. With only the books around her to keep her company.

Though one day, during her daily food runs and pick-pocketing the stalls. She was caught by one of the bus boys, a fledgling member of the rogue's guild. News spread of her captor throughout the ear's of limsa's underground. Though it wasn't the boy's intention, simply trying to do right by the stall owner, Lsael soon found herself in the hands of her captors once more.

While the news wasn't that fairly big of a deal, though slow, it made it's way into people's ears. Rumors of a new girl that worked the pleasure houses, hailing from a race in which is not common around Limsa. Throughout the multiple descriptions, there was often one that was consistent. Her blindness, and the lack of color in her right eye. Though the rumour was passed at a snail's pace, after three long years it finally made it's way to the ears of the right man.

Not even half a day upon hearing it another fight brakes out in the lowest deck of the city, with yet another pirate group out for revenge. This time however, it was a brawl between pirate crews which creeped it's way towards the red light district. When the room to her door was broken down, and the man ontop of her shaken away, did Lsael look up to her second set of rescuers. First came the guilt and confusion, then the tears of joy as her stepbrother plucked her up from the bed and led the girl away.

Now leading her father's previous crew, he had bolstered his men's numbers to a staggering amount and came to take revenge for the murder of his father. With little else to go, and the insistence of a handful of the crew. They took in the young lady as one of their own crew, even taking the steps to help her recover from her ordeal.</spoiler>

====<div style="padding:0px 20px; font-size:14px;color:#000000;">Late Teens into Early Adulthood</div>====

<spoiler>If there was something that the father and son shared, it was their charisma. Breaking the chain of abuse and mistreatment was no easy task. Though it took half a year, it was under her stepbrother's guidance along with the welcoming members of his new subordinates which restored the flame in the young Xaela's heart.

She felt so safe among their company, her fiery spirit returned as she adopted quickly to life sailing the seas. Quickly becoming something of a mascot and little-sister figure to the rest of the crew, they taught her how to fight. With axe and lance, shortsword and buckler, she trained rogue and marksman. Hoping that what little assistance she could provide would benefit the crew overall.

Come victory or loss, it had been so long since she felt that same sense of camaraderie and family she had been missing since her father's death. Cherishing the crew and her newfound life. It seemed like this way of life would never end.

Her crew's successes would even earn them the attention of the Admiral, and their ship was formally commissioned under Maelstrom command.

What cause for celebration, with their newfound recognition and loot gathered from over the years. While raiding garlean supply lines had it's share of excitement, steady pay was a rarity in thier line of work. To earn gold while doing piss all? A chance they gladly took. Even their first assignment seemed such a simple task as well, guard duty in an island just off of Wineport. Whilst news of war spread along the land, most of the Maelstrom were diverted to a 'large scale front'. Meanwhile their crew, under the acting command of Captain Symond, were tasked to safeguard one of the area's important structures. The newly built lighthouse Pharos Sirius, which sat at the Isles of Umbra.

...To have the Calamity take away so much from her.

When the shard hit along with the barrage of terraflares, the insides of the buildings were practically engulfed in flames and molten rock. If it wasn't for her and some members of the crew taking a break outside, they surely would have perished along with the others, who stood guard along the inner halls.

The shockwave the of terraflares flung the Xaela and the other Maelstrom some 10 fulms back. The agonizing screams of those burning alive within Pharos Sirius' walls echoed inside Lsael's head. As the other members of her crew had to pin the girl down to prevent her from running into the inferno.

With the heat radiating so intensely, ears deafly ringing and with her own burns and bruises suffered from the blast. She could only watch, ignoring the searing pain that embedded itself within her wounded eye. For some reason, the close contact near the newly formed corrupted aether restored the sight into her right eye, changing the hue of her iris from red to a bright yellow. Lsael lost conciousness not long after that, and awakened to the soft beckon of what seemed to be... a woman? Her whispers beckoned Lsael to feel, hear, and think. But before she could even question the vague concept she woke up, still lying in the sand with the smoldering blaze of the lighthouse.

The rest of the surviving Maelstrom scattered like the ashes that littered in the sky.

With no clear goal and yet again nowhere else to go. Lsael sold herself to highest bidder with no discretion. For coin one could have her sword arm, or her body, even both at the right price. Her shameless way of living eventually brought her to Ul'dah, following the coin where she could given the food filled her stomach and there was a roof over her head. </spoiler>

====<div style="padding:0px 20px; font-size:14px;color:#000000;">Recovering from the Calamity</div>====

<spoiler>One of her latest clients, who happened to pay her for both sword and body mind you, had a lenghty disagreement with the Xaela. Leaving his service along with her unearned money, this attracted the ire of the monetarist and their hired gangs. A fight broke out and threatened to outnumber the girl 12 to 1. It was during that following fight that attracted the attention of a wandering gladiator by the name of Aldis. And by way of several coincidences and accidents, lead to her admission into the gladiator's guild.

She didn't think much of her admission at first.

The sword and shield was a simple enough weapon to utilize. Finding job requests as a hired caravan guard was boring beyond measure, but payed well enough. But she always seemed to lack a goal, Lsael often had little to look forward to. While her feats in battle and dungeon crawling began to gain momentum, the guild leader Mylla decided to take an interest into the matter, and led Lsael to her acquaintance among within the sultansworn.

Knights in shining armor, she recognized the status of the men in the old stories she was told as a child. Though while still downhearted, she followed the whims of the man that instructed her in the way of the sword and shield. It wasn't until she met Solkzagyl and Jenylns did she shine in her eyes slowly came back. The trials and lessons, the victory and betrayals over those they thought could be trusted. It seemed all but like a fantasy at first, but slowly Lsael began to take these men's words by heart. And upon her final battle against the monetarist forces, she gazed down on her soulstone with a new sense of direction. From then on, she would hold her head up and walk her own path. Like a rough ingot, the years of pain and struggles only served to temper and mold her into something more. And now her sword and conviction was sharper than ever.

Sure it might be a fairy tale compared to what she had seen so far in life, but Lsael would never forget that faithful day in Coerthas Central Highlands. The day she recognized herself to be free to do what she chose.</spoiler>

====<div style="padding:0px 20px; font-size:14px;color:#000000;">7th Astral Era - Five Years Hence / Current</div>====

<spoiler>With that fiery spirit restored in her hearts, she would go and master a multitude of combative crafts over the years. A quick learner, and even quicker on her feet. She found herself chasing leves after leves, priding herself of her work, and eventually finding a part time job as a guard for the Scions. It was around this time her 'Echo' began to develop. But seeing as the primal gods had nothing to do with her, she often ignored the beast tribe threats at hand.

Despite all this, she still remained very much alone. Spending vast amounts of time out in the world with little companion but the sun and the stars.

AFter the repetitive nature of her sellsword and mercenary work started to get to her. She felt a lull in heart, chasing what seemed to be and endless path of ventures she could not escape. It was around this time she had rekindled her childhood fascination with airships. Envying those free to travel to faraway lands to wherever they may please. Airship journeys were always exciting for Lsael, having only been on two rides up until this point in her life. With the desire to seek adventure through her own means, and the recent opening of Ishgard. The Xaela seized the chance and bought her own Manacutter, and took on the skies as if she was coming back home.</spoiler>

: While in her younger years she grew up with her father's stories of graceful fighters doing flips and turns. As a grown woman and capable fighter she quickly realized this just wasn't feasible in heavy armor. Rather, throughout her work in Ul'dah, she develops a sort of 'lazy technique' she has figured while watching the mages fight. "Grazing" her opponent's hits through parrying or avoiding blows at a hair's distance. While responding in kind with quick and ruthless succession, often with short skips and long dashes. This proved widely useful especially back in the day she often wore plate armor 24/7. While this technique placed her in some vary dangerous positions. Her scrupulous thinking and quick reactions made sure the risk was often worth the reward, and helped set her apart early on from the rest of the young gladiators.

: Even now, she still continues this by force of habit. As a machinist, even when given the advantage of ranged attacks she much rather prefers close quarters combat. Even more riskier, if not for assistance of the wide variety of tools under a machinist's disposal all given times.

: Echo - Attaining this ability during the Calamity. She received it during her close brush with death in Pharos Sirius. While it restored her eyesight on her right eye and changed it's color to a yellow similar to corrupted crystals. This ability would remain dormant much throughout her young adult life. Her echo allows her to switch soul crystals in mid-combat, allowing whatever form or stance to temporarily carried over to her new job crystal for a short duration. While this seems incredibly useful, she had only experienced this phenomenon twice in her life. Seemingly activating during times of great stress or when her body fears it is close to death. Another thing she had noticed is while she could choose to change to any class, switching to her Dark Knight soul crystal cancels it completely. And she usually experiences short term memory loss following the DRK switch when she's fallen out of combat.

: 14mm Revolver - Courtesy of her volunteer work in the Wolves' Den teaching and guiding curious adventurers around the vicinity. This is her favorite firearm, with it's heavy design allows her to use it to parry and block sword strikes against the occasional assailant.

: Sword and Shield - Though it has sat gathering dust in the back of her seat on her Manacutter, she tends to carry it with her from time to time. Several years of drilled instructions and fighting has already proved her worth as a gladiator and free paladin. And when when her revolver isn't not up to the task, her sword arm is her guaranteed best bet.

: Axe - Also gathering dust is her Axe, though not as often lately. It has seen a bit more frequent use since the opening of Ishgard and the the variety of larger game and monsters now available.

: Daggers - Her misericordes are like a memory from a distant dream, where she aimed to be one of the thievish heroes in which her father's stories spoke of. Though she only takes them out during more "stealthier" approaches, Lsael does tend to keep them on her persons most of the time due to ease of concealment.

: Spear - A capable lancer and trained in basic dragoon arts. Nowadays however, once could often see as her lance being used as a clothes rack while flying.

: CQC - "Why bother spending gil on some crested hora when I can beat them with my spare fists... or shoot them." Granted she's learned a lot in her time training amongst monks and pulgists. Very much useful during drunken brawls.

Lsael's full name a combination of two slurred instances.

Her first name was when she was found by her stepfather, repeating after him when he said the words "Let's sail" whilst dipping in and out of consciousness.

Her last name was given to her by her stepfather. Knowing that giving her his own last name would never identify the Xaela as his own flesh and blood.

Instead He gave her the name "Elilswerd", meaning (Exiled/Foreign-Sword) A testament on how he first encountered the feisty young lass jumping onto a garlean soldier and stabbing him with his own knife.

Due to her tomboyish personality as a child, he figured a male's naming convention fit her perfectly. Though senility and constant drinking over the years took a toll on the old Sea Wolf's speech pattern. And to the young impressionable child took it upon herself to take up the last name "Elswer"

When her Echo is activated and Lsael accidentally switches to her Dark Knight soulcrystal. What comes out is actually her Darkside form. Completely changing her personality to that of a deranged bloodthirsty berserker. This is why she often can't remember the final few seconds of her 'Echo' state.

Lsael is almost certain she is of doman descent, as hinted by the surge of refugees. Yet she does not identify herself as one, and find the foreigner's habits and traditions to be weird.

<spoiler>In growing up on bad habits, Rivette got stronger and stronger in muscle, just so that nobody would try to harm her sister that she had gotten rather close to. Her sister still stuck to her bad habits. But Rivette grew more.. Matured. Telling her it isn't right to do. And rightfully so. Even thought it fell of deaf ears.. As stealing got more and more dangerous, with weaponry being carried around in the little encampment they were in, it dawned on Rivette that the risk is not worth the reward. There parents had already left them by this point, ditching them to there own devices completely now, as the two were left completely alone to fend for themselves, only making the struggle for them harder. Which is part of the reason why Rivette grew up to be so muscular to begin with. She had to learn how to hunt, and kill. Self-training herself the most part.</spoiler>

: Profile could easily be modified to fit the "Warrior of Light" role. Just include that she was Hydaelin's chosen much earlier than in-game, roughly around the same time as the Calamity and her eye sight was restored.

<spoiler>Garleans had attacked the encampment they were at. In the middle of the night, leaving flames roaring, and scream filling the air. Blood bathing the very floor that one would walk on. Riv herself infuriated at the fact.. But she had a job to do none the less.. To get her sister to safety, and the civilians who couldn't fight, to take them away from camp to the shore which was very close by. She lead them onward to the sure trudging through the bloodied soil, coughing and choking on the very air they'd breath.. As it was clouded in smoke leaving them with a bitter taste. Most of the fighters from her encampment, laid dead. Until long all the screaming was gone. She got all of the remaining survivors to the boat. To set sail, naturally to get them out of here. But Riv herself.. Could not just leave like that.Already suffering minor cuts and close scraps from escaping combat mutiple times on her way. Watching the ship and her sister, sail away on that boat.

: While in-game heights are all the same, she's actually 5"8. Standing almost as tall as a max height male miqo'te. It must have been all that booze <__<
+
She'd have a moment's silence, to recollect herself. Before she'd hear the roaring flames in the distance. Before she'd run back toward the encampment. Not even being armed, only in casual leather clothing.. Nothing more. Upon returning to her camp. She saw, what she wished she hadn't seen at all.. Body parts.. And bodies thrown across the floor. Blood pooling up on the land as it'd reflect the moonlight from it. Before hearing a scream. Of a woman. Which she quickly charged over, without a second to lose. But upon arriving at the place of hearing the scream. She'd just see, a woman laying on the floor, with one crying child and a teenage lady nearby.. And garlean armed soldiers with bloodied swords raised to the two, as they huddled in close...

: Quick Origin Write-Up; Born to a Xaela mother and Midlander father. During the early occupation of Doma, sparked ideas of rebellion starts in a small shinobi village. Was quickly+savagely put down. Father died, mother taken captive and used to "breed" a new generation of spies. Bbrainwashed in to Garlean service. When given birth, Lsael's mother stabbed the baby's right eye in an attempt to kill, thinking it wasn't her husband's. Lsael's eyes opened in cries, both crimson red like her father, then did the mom regret it. Taken away, that was the last time Lsael ever saw her mom. Meanwhile the initial the village failure help light the flames for the larger canon rebellion which was put down as well?

Rivette would not stand idle any longer. As she'd of shoved herself infront of the blades, with her back turned. To block the attack. With her back as a meat shield. As the garlean soldiers, would have cut. Straight across her back, vertically twice. And deeply. Making an X mark across her back. Bloodied.. Making her fall down onto her knee's but.. Not broken. Not yet. She had to buy more time. As she'd of told the two Xaela to run naturally. Before returning to get onto her feet. To buy two.. Time to escape. Her will not letting her to run away. Nor bow down. As she would of went on a blood lusted rage. Murdering the two Garleans, with a broken in half sword found on the floor. The garleans bodies were not even.. Recoverable in the state they were in.. Before she'd of limped away before more came. To the shore, finding the two she had saved in the process.

: She grew up to be a rather tame and docile individual given her circumstances...

They would of rested on the beach. Riv's injuries only getting worse. The blood would not stop flowing, and if it didn't then she'd die within the hour. So they set up a fire, burnt metal.. And she had to count on the two Xaela. To burn the cuts on her back. Shut.. Which they did. To stop the bleeding. Making Rivette's back.. As it is today.. Having a huge X shaped scar across her back. going from shoulders down to the bottom of her ribs. Burnt shut. Although it wouldn't be a bad looking scar. It'd actually look.. Well. Attracting? One might say.

The garleans who attacked them previously, caught up on the smoke trail left by the fire, making them flee down the shore. Where they found a make-shift raft, probably used by a fisherman in the tribe. Which her and the two borded it.. Sailing off quickly on a make-shift raft, which wasn't quite stable.. Deeper on into the oceans, few hours into there voyage.. They'd encounter a storm. Destroying the raft.. And separating them all. Rivette would of blacked out, from blood loss at this point, until she'd of been swept up to shore luckily by the waves.. But her body in such a mess. That she was placed in a coma for two months. One man found her on the shore, and took her to safety. Where he tended to her wounds, and kept her fed and such things whilst in the coma.. Before awaking.. And she was there. In Eorzea.</spoiler>

Basic Info

A patient and well mannered lady. Learned it from all the other races around Eorzea in her time present.
Mostly decides to spend her time either..
But with her hunting skills being well exercised, that would not quite be her only like of work.
Having been raised rough around her edges, due to her sister Nineveh robbing people when they were younger, to survive naturally.. As it was just the two of them. She had to well. Fight to protect Nineveh in circumstances.
Rivette's journey to Eorzea was a rather strange one, because.
Her armour would represent her fearsome fighting style.

Appearance & Personality
