Mazui walks and talks with an eerie sort of air about her. Her nearly death-like visage certainly lends her no relief either. - Sharp teeth. The auri woman took it upon herself to sharpen her own teeth. - Long, fat tail that drag behind her. Often tripping over it, an completely unable to lift it off the ground, it is more often than not dirty from its near constant contact with the floor. - Sharp, serrated teeth. - Outside her settlement, she nearly always wears baggy, full-body covering clothes and wide brimmed hats. PERSONALITY.... Strangely optimistic, would be the best description for the odd, petite woman know as Ryoshi to near everyone she has met. She lives to deny conformities, while still embracing certain traditions of her birthplace, fondly. When it comes to her body and behaviour, you can be certain Mazui will do and act as she pleases. Her almost blind friendliess may be well a side effect of her sheltered life within Sui-no-Sato, having been raised by a small town that cultivated personal relations with each of its people - to form a deep sense of community. She has yet to have her heartbroken - least not that she can remember. Easy to please, but seemingly difficult to gain the affection of, Mazui is almost entirely dedicated to her work - using it as an opportunity to see as much of the world, before settling down permanently back home. Out of Character Hooks You are from Sui-no-Sato... It is a small world, after all. The likeliness of its residence having at least not seen one another while living there is slim. In accordance with the Samurai Archives Japanese History page, a Gennin is the attendant of a Samurai. If ever in need of a glorified pack mule, or someone to tend to tour horse or blade, Mazui is the woman for the job. While similar to that of a squire, the woman will always compare it more so to being a retainer, as she has no desire to become a Samurai herself. You have seen or heard of her odd behaviour... Mazui is strange, this much can be noted immediately upon meeting her. She has taken her time away from home to travel to many new places and has been sure to leave her impact there, through strange actions and comments. About Her You know nothing about her accident... Unless you're character is a resident of Sui-no-Sato and we have discussed it prior OOC. You may know she works for a samurai... Often seen trailing after a Raen fellow with an abnormally large katana strapped to his back, Mazui as it currently stands is a working gennin. She suffers from albinism... If her sickly pale skin, dead-eyed expression with nearly translucent blonde hair didn't give it away, her aversion to direct sunlight may lend some assumption as to why she's so pallid and dreary. You should know her accent is very heavy. Mazui struggles to speak common, due to the nature of her residency. Her words can sometimes be difficult to decipher because of this. She speaks a coastal dialect of Doman - if your character is fluent, they will find it much easier to approach her speaking their native tongue. Example of voice can be found here.
