As such, the moment she was old enough, Sarai had a bow placed in her hand, and like the woman whose soul she carried, Sarai proved quickly to be adept with the bow, mastering skills such as arrowhead making, fletching, and bow-crafting. As she grew, she proved an expert markswoman as well. For the most part, her childhood was a happy one, marked only by the deaths of her parents in the Naadam during her 13th summer.
