She usually wears her ruby red hair in long, messy styles; usually not being able to be bothered to do complicated things to style it. She's covered from head to toe in freckles; mostly concentrated around her shoulders and face. Her ears are large and pointy, extending far from her head. Scars and Markings: Rio usually has some sort of burns on her at all times. She also has the faded impression of some sort of celtic-knot shaped marking burned into the skin, in the small of her back. Voice: Rio tends to speak quickly and more fluently than her background would lead others to believe her able to. Her Hingan accent can sometimes show up when she speaks too quickly; such as when rattling off technical explanations of magic stuff. In Hingan she tends to refer to herself with "uchi" as a pronoun. She can have trouble pronouncing certain foreign words. Clothing- Rio tends to dress casually, in loose fitting fabrics. In recent times, she's taken to wearing many lalafellin styles; befitting her accidentally adopted race. Voice Claim: Melissa Fahn A little (lot of) pyromania, a lot of friendliness, and loyalty to those she's close to. All these things describe Rio. The Dunesfolk can be described as a warm hearth that makes people feel welcome. There's few folks that this firecracker won't warm up to! However, she's also a blazing flame; tossing herself passionately into whatever she does and wanting to know everything she can about the subjects that tickle her fancy. When her friends or loved ones are threatened? She can be aggressive like a wildfire! Her mastery of chemistry allows her to whip up absolutely devastating ordinance; sometimes on the spot. Her mastery of scorched earth tactics earned her an early citizenship, and rocketed her up through the ranks. Even though she's officially quit the military now, she still enjoys making stuff go boom for Garlean SpecOPs Group STELLA. Draconic High Magick Rio Mhachi Studies One of Rio's most enjoyed areas of study. She finds the Mhachi civilization utterly fascinating, and will go to great lengths to obtain knowledge about it. Cessair Blackwind, in particular, is someone she counts as a great inspiration. This interest lies at the root of some of Rio's more questionable areas of study. She considers herself a bit of a historian on the subject, but it's more hobby than career. Magitek Maintnence Another holdover from her legion days; when she worked mostly on keeping magitek armor running. She's expanded her expertise since those days; and now she's pretty proud of how she's grown. Rio can fix up all sorts of magitek gizmos!
