Treacherous Crow is an enigmatic and unusual Xaela known for his black market and smuggling ties, as well as his unusual third-person speech. He is the leader of the FC "Gilded Feather", an auction front for his illicit work. Though a man of crime, Crow is not without strict principles. No slaves, no prostitution, and a caution against simply assassinating competition.
On the older side, Crow tends to take a father-figure role for younger people -- especially women -- and cares for them. He does not have qualms against younger friends, and is quite friendly and sociable as long as one does not outright mistreat him. He has become known for his flamboyant and feminine appearance, enjoying pink dresses and stuffed toys quite a bit.

Appearance

Hair: Light pink/purple
Skin: Dark purple
Eyes: Black with pink limbal ring
Height: 7ft3in
Weight: 255ponz
Build: Muscular but slightly malnourished

Tall and intimidating, his demeanor does not match the somewhat scary appearance at all. Friendly and always willing to offer a smile to those who are kind and respectful, Crow is quite approachable once past the initial fright. He seems to have a love for pink that his genetics shares, as he often wears pink clothing and his hair is a pinkish purple. The limbal ring of his functional eye is also quite pink!
Though only recently inflicted, his left eye is blinded and dull compared to his right. There is a bit of a nasty scar accompanying it, and the self-conscious man tries to keep it covered. The rest of his face is quite pretty and feminine, a few subtle signs of his age showing through. He has aged quite well, however, and might seem a bit younger than he is by as much as a decade.
His body shows just how much he keeps fit -- perhaps a leftover habit from being raised a Tumet with his rite hanging over him -- but he does seem slightly thinner than he should be. He does not have many scars, mostly just small ones from small injuries, and if one needs any indication of how much he cares about his image they need only look at his long painted nails. One might even call them claws, as they certainly could be a weapon.

Biography

For fourty-nine years of life, Crow has quite a bit to know.
Born to a Tumet family, Crow went through his rite like any other ten-year-old. Unlike the named children of his tribe, however, Crow failed by not returning when he freed himself. Instead he traveled the Steppes and beyond, alone, until settling in as a homeless youth in Doma at twelve years old. He was difficult and afraid, traumatized by what he had been through, until a kind Raen woman named Yuwa Musa came into his life and gave him a home. She was gentle with him and cared for him until he learned to cope with fearful emotions. Where Crow had no name, she gave him one: Kazusada Musa. A name given where there was none, he would live with her for years to come.
Good things do not last forever, however, and Yuwa had complications to her unexpected pregnancy with Ise Musa that resulted in her death two years later. As the pain of her condition drove her mad, and postpartum depression pulled her down, she changed into a terrifying, angry, and abusive mother. Crow spent those last two years protecting Ise from the very woman who made him promise her safety. This promise fueled Crow's very existence when all else seemed difficult, including Ise. He was too young to be a father, also trying to work as a merchant to keep them fed, but he tried. The experience was filled with flaws and the result was a daughter that doubted his love and intentions. Ise grew so misguided she betrayed Doma to join the Garlean Empire.
Distraught at losing his daughter to Garleans, Crow pursued a year later and found her. The result was a fight: a fight so brutal that Ise was given a seemingly fatal wound. Seeing his daughter, his very promise to Yuwa, dying at his hand as Garleans descended upon him broke Crow. The already broken man would be further broken by the Garlean conscription process, simply being dubbed the "Scaled Savage" by his captors when he refused to give his name. "Kazusada Musa" was a gift to him from Yuwa, the one who once had him promise Ise's safety, and for all he knew Ise was dead. He no longer had the right to be Kazusada.
Years and years went by as a traitor to Doma and the world, and the "Savage" only grew more distant from the world. Living in a constant state of dissociation, he began speaking in third person to separate himself from the traitorous existence he saw his life as. It was not until meeting a friend, Hege Savage, and receiving her help that he was able to escape the Empire. She smuggled him out into Thanalan where his true recovery would be found in the form of a young Miqo'te thief that would call herself Axa Thorne. The girl found him interesting and they both found use for the other. Crow found someone who knew Eorzea, and Axa found a partner in crime that could take her from her homeless life.
From Axa, Crow would be given a familiar gift: a name. "Treacherous Crow", or simply "Crow". Their years building a smuggling and trading empire brought them close, like father and daughter, though this feeling was a bit more on Crow's part. She was the first to be seen as a daughter since Ise, and he would take to calling her his Baleful Daughter. Eventually they brought their criminal empire to Ul'dah itself, where Crow founded the auction front the "Gilded Feather".
Many things have happened since in Ul'dah, including meeting new daughters and friends -- and lovers! But the most notable event was his encounter with Ise Musa. He discovered she was alive and well as a Garlean spy in Kugane. He attempted to bring her home one more time, arranging a meeting in Eorzea between her, himself, and their respective parties. Intending to trick him, Ise's plans went awry when she reflexively shot Crow out of fear. This brought a rift in his company and in Crow's face: his left eye was blinded and horn damaged. He barely survived, alive only because of Valnune Chevalier's emergency care and Batuldzii Qestir's continuous care afterwards.

Relationships

Romantic Interest, Sexual Interest, Platonic Love, Good Standing, Neutral Standing, Poor Standing

Romantic Interest

Yasunae Dotharl - A young and unusual Dotharl that ended up smitten with Crow. They met in the Quicksand twice, the second time when Crow had been through a terrible event.
Batuldzii Qestir - Closer to his age, he met this Qestir in the Quicksands as well when a feisty Tumet headbutted the poor man. The Qestir calmed him when a trigger set off a dissociative episode in Crow.
Yuwa Musa DECEASED - Crow's first love and the mother of his adopted daughter. He reveres her like a goddess, from what others see, but the truth is he fears what she became before death.

Platonic Love

Axa Thorne - Unofficially adopted by Crow, they met after Crow escaped Garlean rule. Business partners first, a father/daughter-like relationship formed as the years went on.
Sorkhaghtani Hotgo - Officially an adopted daughter, he met her when she was carrying books to and from her apartment. He saved her from a horrible relationship and they became intensely close.
Ise Musa - His first adopted daughter, a complicated relationship has been brewing between the two, reaching it's climax when the Garlean-aligned woman shot Crow in the face.

Good Standing

Saru Mol-tagtaa - An unusual Mol girl that shares an rare connection and understanding of Crow's state of mind. He met her just after being threatened by the Garlean Stephano Samwell. He assigned her to protect and contain Ise Musa after she shot him in the face.
Aerea Lyril - An adventurous, well... adventurer. She showed up with Saru Mol-tagtaa to offer aid in containing Ise Musa.
Titania Nan Isaurica - Met in the Quicksand, Crow has a liking for this Garlean defector, going so far as to employ her.
Amianne Carnoix - Though she so rudely took control of his organization while he was incapacitated, Amianne does have quite the eye for business. Maybe don't give her the keys to the manor, though.
Sofufu Sofu - A cute lalafell. Where did he meet her, again?
Mara Ejinn - Practically a daughter as well, he trusts her in the care of Sidurgu Oronir. He found her lost and alone in the Quicksand, treating her to a meal and keeping an eye on her before officially employing her.
Higana Iri - His friendly informant and friend, Higana is an interesting woman that Crow met when she jumped down from his roof one day.
Valnune Chevalier - The woman that saved his life, he met her shortly before Ise Musa shot him in the face. He would be dead without her help.
Sidurgu Oronir - Oh, Sid. Truly an Oronir. Crow, having met him through Mara Ejinn, found him instantly entertaining. And somehow accidentally ordered him to not wear a shirt. Oops.
Loxus D'kurne - A privateer with a heart of gold. He met her in the Quicksand and quickly grew fond of her personality. She has aided him more than he even knows.
Ceredwin Hollows - Originally on opposing sides of a meeting, Ceddy became an interesting ally and friend. She, too, has helped him in ways he doesn't even fully know.
Lara Cruu - A wild cat, he doesn't quite remember where he found her. Probably outside the Wish. He's fond of her, though she is very hard to keep track of.
Nariko Ikeda - They met when Nariko passed by Crow and called him creepy. She is a point of interest to him, but he does not see her often.
Scar Whitecrow - Another elusive man, he met Scar at an auction event. After finding out some secrets, he became a very useful ally.

Neutral Standing

Qadan Dotharl - An interesting Dotharl that introduced new concepts to Crow. They met when Qadan sought employment.
Ambroisaux Labellaunt - A client for rare and forbidden tomes Crow sells. He has no strong opinion.
G'naweh Weykan - An employee that works under Axa Thorne. Seems trustworthy and smart. Approached with Ujio Iekura.
Ujio Iekura - Another employee under Axa Thorne that approached him with G'naweh Weykan. Very quiet.
Rhel'ir Epocan - A friend of Valnune Chevalier that met in the same circumstances. Has not had the chance to talk much.
Rathnait Fele - A friend of Sorkhaghtani Hotgo and partner of Navaan Silverwolf. Works under Axa Thorne.
Navaan Silverwolf - A friend of Sorkhaghtani Hotgo and partner of Rathnait Fele. Works under Axa Thorne.
Ibakha Tumet(Mateus) - A... friend? Of Sorkhaghtani Hotgo. Crow is suspicious and wary, but Ibakha has done nothing wrong. Yet.
Bokolzii Dazkar - Moves boxes for him. Hired by Axa Thorne. Seems shy and... ditzy.
Anellas Lancevalloix - Lover of Crowley Lancevalloix. A rocky start to their relationship, Crow does not hold ill will towards Anellas.
Europhos Herltrach - A barkeep of the Weary Hound. Nice man, close to his age, and seems quite smart. He'd love to get to know him better.
Chanto Kahkol - A rude sort of man that seems to know Sorkhaghtani Hotgo. Apparently saved Ise Musa's life as well.
Jaliqai Mol - A nice Xaela woman, helped Mara Ejinn when she was new to Eorzea.
Simb'a Sarabi - Met in the Quicksand, Simb'a seems to believe Crow was raised by Sylphs.
Zeke Lerardine - Hot magician he met at an auction.

Poor Standing

Crowley Lancevalloix - Former fiance and lover, he met him when saving him from Ishgardian guards in Foundation. After a difficult split, Crow has mixed feelings when he sees Crowley. He still cares for him deeply, but some wounds don't heal properly.
Miune Steadhal - Lecherous Miqo'te that mistreated Sorkhaghtani Hotgo. Would gladly kill him on sight.
M'irina Steadhal - Lover of Miune Steadhal that helped him mistreat Sorkhaghtani Hotgo and tried to growl at him. Heavy dislike.
Stephano Samwell - Garlean that threatened to bring Crow back to Garlean rule, which means certain death. Avoids by any means.
Suzume Kuro - Threatened his life the moment he arrived in Eorzea. Turned out to be empty threats. Disinterest.
