Appearance

Farah is exceptionally tall for a Viera, standing roughly the height of a short Elezen male. More often than not, she towers over her peers. She has a comely, well-toned body, due largely to rigorous training she has received from her Paladin superiors. Farah's hair is a deep auburn, flowing down to just above her breast line, with tips ending in modest curls. She is known to never wear a helmet, despite her mentors' advice to do so. Her casual wardrobe consists of a revealing blouse and short miniskirt, lending the onlooker modest glances of her darkly tanned and curved body.

Lily Nibelung ☀♫ Lily is Farah's best friend. She is a blonde-haired human, standing roughly 5'2". Farah met Lily at a social event at a Flower Shoppe/Cafe, the Everbloom. They became close fast. Farah and Lily confide in each other daily about everything. Lily tends to be reserved, wise, and careful, providing a nice contrast to Farah's free-spirited nature. Farah and Lily frequently go to social outings together, having fun and causing mischief wherever they can. He tends to the needs of the farm, but does not interact with the family very much. He is a busy-body and keeps to himself. Farah has felt a depth of resentment toward him as a result. She grew up feeling an empty relational hole where her father-figure should have been. Absent, even when present, is how she often described him. Yerlan Forsythe (Mother) ☀§ The mother of Farah, Yerlan, is the primary face of the family. She frequently makes outings to Ul'dah for the family farming business. On one of her outings, she had an affair with human trader, which resulted in the birth of a half-human son. She provided Yerlin with twelve Viera children, four sons and eight daughters. She has a go-getter personality and often pushes her family to go beyond what they believe are their limits. This has resulted in strong independent personalities in each of her children. Against her husband's wishes, she encouraged Farah to seek out adventure and find her own way, even donating a sizable sum of finances for Farah to move to Ul'dah to pursue dreams of adventuring. Terrowin Forsythe (Brother) ☀§ Terrowin is the older half-brother of Farah. He is half-human, complicating their family social structure. Terrowin has a rather arrogant and commanding personality. He moved out of the home at an early age. His travels landed him in the large metropolis of Ul'dah a few years before Farah arrived. Terrowin was born of a fleeting love affair between Farah's mother and a human trader while their mother frequented Ul'dah, selling the family's farmed goods. After the affair was found out and their mother was found to be pregnant, their mother harshly punished herself, becoming deathly ill. Farah's father graciously extended forgiveness to her, and adopted Terrowin as his own son. Other Brothers and Sisters ☀§ Viera families are quite large on the norm. Farah has four Viera brothers, all of which are hardworking, quiet, reserved, and reclusive, much like their father (and actually many male Viera). Her seven sisters are snarky and patronizing. Even more problematic is the fact that many of her sisters are strikingly beautiful, which often invokes feelings of inadequacy and lack of self-worth in her. Farah has often tried to gain their acceptance by giving of herself, above and beyond what would be considered normal. She would try to prove she genuinely cared, but most often she was met with their disinterest and disdain.
