History will not remember my name or my face. None will sing my tales, and my memory will die with my fiends. The world will keep moving, and in that fact I take comfort in knowing my life was not wasted.

Basic Info

Miah, for the most part, is a typical Miqo'te adventurer. At least, at first glance. Once someone gets her talking its obvious the woman is anything but a typical Miqo'te, or Keeper of the Moon for that matter. Cheery, overly friendly, and excitable were the easiest ways to describe the spunky young paladin in training. She calls Ul'dah her home, a curious thing for a Keeper, but she insists that she just always loved the curiously bustling city and chance at becoming famous on the bloodsands.

Appearance & Personality

Miah, as far as anyone is concerned, is a somewhat eccentric Keeper woman with grey skin, dark green hair, and bright purple eyes. Her body is well toned, figure womanly but edging more on being heavy on the bottom rather than the top. Lean muscled covered her form, various scars marring the stoney flesh. However, like all women she had her secrets, and for Miah her's was quite the one indeed.

Miah, as she stands before her peers, is not a real person. Her real name is a mystery even to herself. Miah is merely one she heard in passing and liked enough to use for herself. The true Miah is much like one would expect a Keeper to be. She is quiet, reclusive, and solitary. She works by the light of the moon towards what goals she has set for herself, regardless of how lofty they may be. Why she chooses to hide this is a mystery, but she hides it none the less.

Biography

Childhood

Like many Miqo'te in the bowels of the pirate city that would soon be known as Limsa Lominsa, Miah was a street urchin that kept a double edged smile on her lips and a dagger in her boot. She grew up learning the tricks of slipping food and coin out from under people that would otherwise have no trouble gutting her on the spot.

Like most rogues, her kind was temporarily put out of commission when The Admiral cleaned up the joint, Miah and her gang traveling along the banks of La Noscea making ends meet through various jobs and thievery.

After the Calamity

Once allowed back into Limsa, Miah and her kind set to work enforcing their codes and being the ones sticking their fingers into the pockets of the corrupt and ruthless rather than the defenseless. However, the Doman refugees served to spark an interest in Miah, the woman having been keeping a close eye on them and their workings in La Noscea.

Having a natural affinity for stealth, the woman pulled off one of her greatest heists to date. While the Doman Shinobi kept their art and crystals under heavy watch, Miah managed to steal away one for herself, a prize she wore around her neck for only a few days. The Domans were not unaware of her, eventually seeking her out to reclaim what was theirs.

While impressed she even managed to lift it from them, they were steadfast in regaining what was theirs. Miah, ever the quick witted, managed to con them into a corner and strike a bargain that served her interests. Hesitantly they allowed her to keep the crystal for a few suns, giving Miah the chance to learn the basics of their art. It's only through her skills at exploiting the personal weaknesses of a few of the shinobi she knows how to do anything besides meditate properly.

Present

In this current day Miah keeps her persona up to avoid links to her work in the three city's underground networks. Outwardly, Miah is a novice Paladin learning under the tutelage of a fellow Crystal Brave, although her progress is notably slow. Her lack of skill in proper combat is evident and something her teacher is looking to correct. She keeps her eyes open, searching for those breaking the code and doing wrong under the banner of good. Who would suspect such an outwardly boisterous person to be so subtle?
