Appearance Shana is a tall, muscular Highlander woman hailing from Ala Mhigo. Dark green eyes, set into a stubborn if smiling face more accustomed to laughing than frowning like so many of her countrymen. There is a scar over her right eye, bisecting the brow and narrowly missing her eye. She often wears red war paint matching her brother's tattoos, though hers are temporary and only worn as a show of solidarity. Shana's hair is almost always tied up in a braid or pony tail; its too long to have free reign though she has been known to let it down occasionally or when she tries to sleep. She often wears a full set of leather, covering most of her skin but there has been occasion when she "dressed up". There is nothing fancy about the woman, most everything is practical and comfortable for her to wear. She refuses to acknowledge him or even admit he's still alive. Astrid Thorne (♥ ✖) ( NPC ) - Mother Shana's mother. She did not survive the Fall of Ala Mhigo, but Shana remembers the woman fondly holding her halberd til the end. PC Avelyn Firestone (♥) - Sister Shana's half-sister. She somehow made it out of Ala Mhigo, and the two had been separated over twenty years. When Shana made it over the wall she sought her out, and joined the Mercenary company the Mythril Blades in the process. Though Avelyn is far more active in the Resistance, and Shana has next to no interest in it, she still helps and supports her sister where she can. Adun Blackblade (♥) - Grumpy Brother Though Shana and Adun do not share a blood relation (and that would be odd considering Adun and her sister Avelyn are "a thing") she has been with Adun and Haralt in a makeshift family since just after the Occupation began. The three are inseparable, and she looks up to Adun as the older brother she never had. While she may be wild and stubborn to others, Adun has a way of make her listen in the way that not even Haralt can. She trusts him to have her best interests in mind, even when he's being alittle over protective or unreasonable. The two frequently get up to trouble if Haralt isn't there to supervise. Haralt Shroudsbane (♥) - Brother The final third of Shana's odd mish-mash family. Haralt and his griffin Fane have got Shana out of more binds than she cares to remember... and put her in time out when she needs cooling off by way of a lonely mountain top. The most even-tempered and mild of her siblings, Haralt has always been the one to diffuse situations or listen to Shana in a drunken, bottle smashing rant. He brings out the best in her, and she can't help but want to live up to his expectations of her. Though he is younger than her by a few years, he still acts and treats her as a younger sister. She enjoys his company and his perspective, even if he and her sister Avelyn don't see eye to eye. Shana owes Haralt a great debt from their time in Ala Mhigo.
