History

Spei was a momma's boy, which his momma wasn't overly thrilled with. His tribe quickly realized, differently than the path taken by his elder brothers, Spei had little interest in his home village or its wellbeing, so they sent him off on a basic task that was essentially a goose-chase. Spei made this out to be a wonderful adventure and has been traveling throughout Eorzea ever since. This seems to be a helpful arrangement for all involved.

Personality

Spei has a very adventurous and grandiose vision of life. Everything is spectacular and epic to him. He is intelligent but often clueless to reality, often comically coming to correct conclusions but getting there on a zany path. He tends to be overly trusting and has a very basic understanding of humanoid emotions. Playful, disconnected, and exaggerating are all great descriptors.
