General Information Currently performing private recitals for Ul'dahn nobility, and opera halls under the stage name 'The Dark Lord of Ul'dah' garnering some measure of popularity for his exotic appearance, and his darker interpretations of traditional pieces, whilst electing to moonlight as an exclusive courtier. At present he's taken it upon himself to reside in Ul'dah, while retaining a 'Business Interest' in La Noscea. He shelters a black coeurl and spoils it terribly when in his solitude, observing the aether flows from afar to some yet unknown end.

Bearing Laterality Scars Stubborn. Ambidextrous. Multiple lacerations across his back, upper torso, shoulders, and arms. Appearance An angular chin cemented by fair androgynous features covered in soft, chitinous, scales along the outside of his facial structure lend an almost feminine look to the Xaela. His horns are chipped and rough, as are the scales along his shoulders, back, upper torso and forearms. Scars streak across his back in excess as if he'd been subjected to the lash multiple times in the past. His wrists are paler than the rest of his skin, indicating the presence of shackles at some point. At his shoulders are intricate looking scars that both seem to follow a particular pattern. His muscles are cleanly chiseled and reflect his interest in heavy weapons and bulky armor. Pointed talons come to a sharp peak at the tips of his fingers, lending to a slightly more draconic appearance. Generally he wears masks of varying materials from polished black steel to pristine gold, with no visible slits or eye holes, all of custom design, to lend further mystique to the entertainer. Leather straps fold comfortably along his horns to keep them held securely in place. Hygiene & Attire Stroud's profession dictates a great amount of care paid to his appearance and cleanliness; As such he oft bathes two to three times in a day, and reapplies perfumes throughout the day for subtle scents of cinnamon and roses. Ordinarily he dresses in several layers of clothing, usually in fine silks in the stylings of the social elite with a myriad collection of masks to accompany his outfits. When fielding armor he prefers heavy platemail accentuated with several tribal charms and fetishes (Perhaps the only semblance of care he might have for the culture of his people).

File:PORTRAIT.png Personality Stroud doesn't care for crowds of people when not atop a stage to 'separate' himself from them, preferring to avoid larger gatherings. While typically inclined towards self-interest, whatever those interests may be, he is not above acts of charity or good-will in order to maintain outward appearances and solicit favors or curry favor from other parties that he might ultimately benefit. Beneath the calm and calculating exterior of wit and intellect however, lies a broken and vengeful persona waiting to make itself known. He tends to look down on others at first, requiring time to warm up to. A very prickly demeanor. Maintains a cordial manner of speech during social encounters, and devolves into sarcastic and demeaning taunts when fighting. He demonstrates some measure of genuine care and sympathy for the pains and plights of others, though refuses to let it affect him on a personal level. Voice Most often, he keeps his vocal inflection neutral - dull and morose, even, contrary to the atypical Qalli's habit of singing in conversation - reserving such expression for the stage. He retains the very opinionated stance that not a single soul in all creation is precious, and that mankind is forever a slave to it's own base impulses and lusts for power - to include himself. Generally he refrains from pressing his points, though if he should be neglecting his medication, he can grow quite extremist in his world views, and outright confrontational.
