Appearance

Jais stands approximately 6 fulms, 2 ilms tall and weighs roughly 185 ponze. He is neither pale nor tanned, has short blonde hair, and aqua blue eyes.

Personality

Jais carries himself with the pride of most La Noscean born citizens, though his speech tends to be more formal, with much emphasis on proper grammar and enunciation. Any native La Noscean would pick up his accent, though it not as deep as other native islanders'. He always presents a friendly demeanor, unless threatened, in which case he is quick at the mouth, and if needs be, quick on the draw.

Combat

Experience

Jais began his training with the Marauder's Guild of Limsa Lominsa, from which he acquired much experience in the front lines of battle holding the line with an axe in hand. The thrill of combat was awakened by his innate sense of curiosity, in that he needed to discern the specifics of battle. He sought this understanding from the Arcanist's Guild, where he studied long to understand the field from a strategic perspective. This path led him to explore ancient Nymian tactics, drawing on his frontline experiences and discovering the magic behind the battle stratagems of his homeland's origins. Upon arriving in Ishgard, Jais learned quickly of the Skysteel Manufactory, and a call for citizens who would like to seek apprenticeship. The chance at hands-on engagement as an engineer led him to take that call, and today he is thriving among the Machinists of the Manufactory. He pours his heart into his firearms training, proud to defend La Noscea in the same style as the great Admiral Bloefhiswyn.
