Appearance & Personality

Valdyn is rather tall, quite toned and athletic for his build. Standing a height of Five feet and Nine inches at One hundred and Thirty-five pounds. He has a lightly tanned complexion with a slight grey-ish tinge to it, mid-length Purplish-Black hair and Grey eyes. As most Moon Keepers have medium to long canines; Valdyn however does not as he highly resembles his Father rather then his Mother when it comes to appearance. Although he does posses the traditional Miqo'te ears and tail.

Valdyn is a typically quiet, taciturn individual who's reticent and rather clumsy quite often. Val has an innocent and shy demeanor about him and can be a bit of an oddball at times, sometimes often seen randomly staring into space. He is very loyal to those he chooses to be to, and would do just about anything to help out friends and loved ones. He has a love, a deep passion for Poetry, Art, Music and Astronomy- just to name a few.

Biography

Birth & Childhood

Like his Twin brother; Vanye. Valdyn was born in Gridania to both parents Rinh Lyehga and Zane Belir on the 30th Sun of the 5th Astral Moon. The youngest by two minutes and thirty-six seconds- he and his brother are what many call Half-Bloods; A product of a Keeper of the Moon- Miqo'te Mother and Midlander Father.

Growing up in Gridania was nothing but ordinary to the young boy. Valdyn would spend most of his time in the Shroud; though during the day hiding from his brother often. Valdyn was teased growing up by not only his Brother, as most older siblings do their youngest. Though the most scrutiny came from neighboring children due to his make-up genetics. While Valdyn bore the traditional Miqo'te ears and tail, he lacked fangs and other characteristics most Moon Keepers had. Taking on most; if not all of the Hyur genes; including the eyes. Val enjoyed drawing and as well as reading when he was younger; his mother always telling him of stories old and new. There wasn't much of a difference in Valdyn then other Children; the boy loved being outdoors, climbing the trees out in the shroud; sitting up there for hours either drawing or stargazing. The shroud was and still is his playground, exploring and uncovering new hideouts and paths to take. At times he and his brother Vanye would go adventuring; the eldest taking him on adventures he didn't wish to go on; dragging poor Valdyn around the continent- even to this day.

Adolescence & Present

Throughout his upbringing, Valdyn had attended many classes given by not only his Father, but Mother too. Learning a wide variety of magics coupled with archery. Upon reaching of age; eighteen cycles- Valdyn strives to further his education, while still the timid and reclusive boy that he is; he doesn't leave the shroud too often- unless his brother tends to drag him on one of his wild escapades as usual.
