Syffrid is a wandering swordsman selling his skill to any who will pay.

Caravan guard work

Syffrid, more commonly known as Wolfe, is a wandering swordsman who will take on jobs ranging from caravan guard to guarding explorers as they delve into the depths of the many ruins found throughout the realms.

Often described as a man who prefers to be alone, he will hire his sword out to anyone with the gil to pay and the desperation to hire a one-eyes swordsman.

It is not known where Wolfe came from, or what he is doing in Eorzea.

Basic Description (with IC and OOC info)

Syffrid is of middling age range and has a rough look about him. It looks as if he cuts his own hair using a knife, the messy black hair roughly trimmed and left longer in the front and pushed to the side so that it obscures the eye patch that he wears over his right eye. If the hair is pushed away from the right eye then it would be noted that the hair hairstyle is intentional to cover evidence of an injury that appears to have left him blinded in the right eye. Removal of the eye patch reveals that the eye was damaged by what looks to have been the stroke of a weapon, the iris faded of color until it appears deathly grey and the pupil enlarged. Closer inspection would make it clear that he has some vision still in that eye, but is extremely sensitive to light so keeps it covered.

Syffrid carries a monocle tucked safely somewhere in his coat that he wears on his left eye at times. ((I'm not sure yet if he's near or far sighted though.))
