Basic Info

A young man who grew up in the pubs and the alleyways of Limsa Lominsa, becoming all too familiar with the ways of the pirates and thugs residing within the island nation. A few wrong moves forced him to move to Ul'dah.

Background

Growing up, gambling most of the money and fortune that he could gather away, he more often than not found himself evading the grasp of people he owed debt to, or who simply hated his guts.

Though as brilliant and as fast as he may sometimes be, no one can run forever, and eventually trouble caught up with Symon. He had tricked and betrayed a lot of people, but cheating pirates of the Crimson Fleet was in hindsight one of his most suicidal moves. With as much coin in his pockets as he could carry, he threw on old rags and stowed away on a ship heading for Ul'dah, where he swiftly went into hiding.

Laying low for what seemed like eternity, the desire to chase after more fortune began rising within him once again, until he could no longer handle the lack of gil within his possession. He made his way to the adventurer guild stationed in the center of Ul'dah, cautious of any watchful eye, as his attention was caught by the sign of a guild hidden away in the corners of the city.

Thinking he may be able to obtain more coin, with even more tricks under his belt, he thought nothing more of it when he joined the Thaumaturge Guild.

Appearance

Symon is a simple young Hyur man, perfect for blending in and out of the crowd, he used to dress like plain, with the most common haircut and color, in order to be undetectable within Limsa Lominsa. Ever since his arrival at Ul'dah however, he changed his style completely in order to look as little as his former self as possible, to throw off those searching for him. His is quite tall and has developed some muscles over the years. A new arrival to Ul'dah, and after being forced to leave behind most of his belongings, Symon was forced to purchase simply Hyur clothes.

Personality

Being a gambler and occasional cheater does not make him an awful person. He can be polite and helpful when he wants to be, and be sweet and well spoken when he feels like impressing ladies. However he can have a rather short temper when looked down upon, and the lack of friends or trusted companions throughout his years have made me cautious and lonely.

Relationships

Not much is known about his relations with other people. Some rumored he used to have a close friend, but no evidence of this exists and Symon never lets anyone in on his personal affairs.
