[edit] Details Personality OOC Notes GENERAL INFORMATION Ariel is a girl from the Shroud. Now a baker, she runs a fairly successful bakery in the Goblet. She sells various sweets, breads and jams. Having a repeat clientele of a lot of Ul'Dahn merchants she will often trade her goods for things she sees of equal value to her. Flighty and shy she will rarely approach strangers who she is uncertain of. Ariel is a fairly well practiced healer, having spent a few years of her tweens at the conjurers guild in Gridania. Ariel mostly keeps to herself, often heading off alone with a mental, and sometimes physical, list of things she's going to do on a particular day. PERSONALITY Often referred to as bizarre, her upbringing has left her with many strange quirks. Ariel is a fairly happy girl. She finds joy in small things and seems to be fairly well fulfilled with her life and friends. She has a bad habit of ignoring people she doesn't want to talk to or walking off mid conversation if she doesn't like the way the person feels. L I K E S ■ Plants. Ariel likes plants and can be found messing with them all around Eorzea. ■ Books. Ariel likes reading, being that nearly all of her knowledge of the world is from books. If she doesn't know about something, or wants to know more about it, her first thought is to find a book on it. ■ Dolls. Ariel has an odd collection of stuffed dolls. Some gifted from friends, and some purchased. D I S L I K E S ■ Aggression. Ariel tends to stay away from overly aggressive people. Whether its battle hardened warriors or loud merchants. ■ Thaumaturgy.For various personal reasons Ariel has a distaste for thaumaturgy, and subsequently Black Magic. H O B B I E S ■ Baking.Ariel likes to bake pastries, both for herself and her friends who can't really bake. ■ Carpentry. Although not very good at it right now, Ariel likes woodworking. Making various bird houses or general household items. S T R E N G T H S ■ Healing. Ariel is a well practiced healer. Having close to a decade experience now since her childhood. ■ Aether. Ariel was born fairly gifted with aether manipulation. Although she rarely uses her magic, for better or worse. W E A K N E S S E S ■ Naivety. Due to her upbringing and personality Ariel is incredibly naive. ■ Carelessness. Ariel often doesn't think things through before acting on a thought. Whether its gifts she's made or 'found' or helping someone. ಌ OOC NOTES ಌ Potential Hooks Ariel is a baker and oftentimes will have a basket of stuff she's made in cities for sale. Ariel reads a lot. Any fellow book worms or scholars on a specific topic could have her attention. Ariel, being a healer, is available for injuries. However depending on the severity of it she may be unable to do much. Ariel lives in the Lavender Beds and has a shop in The Goblet. Ariel has practically no living family that she's aware of and had chose the surname "Convallaria" from a botany textbook while enrolled in the conjurers guild.
