Belian has been trained as a Spec ops soldier for the Garlean Empire. he is familiar with guns, blades, explosives and many more weapons of war including Magitek. he has had survival and infiltration training as well. His training covering such a broad spectrum is his greatest strength. He can do a bit of everything and do it well. This diverse tool kit is what makes him so dangerous on the battlefield. He can hold his own and go toe to toe with a blade one minute, to suddenly swtich tactics entirely and use a firearm or even some magic to put his opponent off balance. Or even resort to ambush and Guerrilla tactics. Fighting Belian you have to be prepared for anything and expect a plethora of guile and cunning. He fights smarter, not harder.

Salvius was born three and a half years ago as a clone of his brother Angellos. he was created to be a perfect copy of his brother and to replace him as his father Caecilius's son. During the cloning process Salvius was given all the mental and physical skills he would need in life. Extensive knowledge and Imperial education. She called him there to apologize, she knew she had treated him badly but begged him to understand that she had to do right by her husband then fiance. She wanted him to be the guardian of her Tome, the book that contained all her Alchemical and Archansic knowledge. he agreed of course because he could never refuse her anything, and before leaving each other one final time Belian got the kiss he ached for all these years.

There was nothing that could touch him and he did as he pleased, not caring who he hurt in the process, a broken heart makes a man cold...

Out of the blue, just when he thought all his past was behind him he gets a letter from Nad'rael explaining that she wished to meet him, catch up on things. At first he considered tearing up the letter and forgetting about it, but the old tug at his heart still could not refuse her. He found his way to her home and braced himself for what he might see, her husband... maybe even children. What he saw was an empty house save for the woman he still cared so deeply for. Over a cup of tea he learned that her marriage was short lived, that her husband died only a few months into their union, a hunt gone wrong. belian's heart lept this was his chance, but fate was not kind to him again. nad'rael was sick, a sickness her research and knowledge could not cure. She called him there to apologize, she knew she had treated him badly but begged him to understand that she had to do right by her husband then fiance. Belian finally forgave her and all the anger and jealousy in his heart melted away. She had a final request for him. She wanted him to be the guardian of her Tome, the book that contained all her Alchemical and Archansic knowledge. he agreed of course because he could never refuse her anything, and before leaving each other one final time Belian got the kiss he ached for all these years.

Soon after that Ala Mhigo was liberated by the Eorzean Alliance. With his home now free Belian didn't see a reason to serve the Empire anymore. He abandoned his post and was now a deserter, a criminal and was to be huunted by the Empire. he fled into Eorzea to start a new life and to lay low for a while...




Present:


Belian know uses his Imperial training and knowledge of Magitek to fight the Empire he once served. Being a combat engineer for the Free Company known as the Underdark. His knowledge of machines, explosives and gunsmithing invaluable to the Eorzean Alliance.
