Appearance

Modest to a fault, this trait also extends to her choice of clothing. No, there doesn't seem to be any form of hideous scarring that she's trying to hide, nor is there any sign of deformity or imperfection. She just isn’t the type to really put a lot of thought into the things she wears. In fact, she appears to be a normal midlander girl in good health with an endless supply of energy. Her cheeks seem to be constantly flushed and eyes overly bright, but one can attribute this to her perpetual motion and natural cheer. When it comes to clothing and its colors Via is found in earthen tones of rust, moss and clay. A necklace, armband and a ring which sits upon her right hand seem to compromise a consistent jewelry choice for the girl. All three pieces carry chunks of the same stone that flicker in color.(Similar to a Fire Opal) But that could just be the lighting.

Personality

To say that Via often appears to be flighty is both correct and somewhat of an understatement. Via moves from one thing to another with the unfocused zeal of a magpie chasing something shiny, with an extra large helping of sometimes excessive chatter. As if to balance this out, the girl seems to carry within her chest the largest and most generous heart. Often she is given to spurts of energy and hilarity that sets those around her to chuckling over her odd mannerisms and wide-eyed view of the world. She seems to be completely unaware or utterly immune to unkind actions or words done to or toward her and will most often seek to unconsciously alter the effects intended.

Combat

Not a fighter this one. Sensible in a combat situation, Via will often stay near the back of an encounter - often perched on something that will let her see everyone or taking cover near a native part of the landscape. When pressed, Via will use anything in the environment to defend herself. But, the majority of the time Via will let others do the job for which they have trained, leaving the front lines to those who are suited.

Tendencies

Via has no sense of direction, and will typically follow whoever she is with without question. Letting Via get out of your sight usually means one of two things. 1) She's stopped to look at or pick up something interesting or 2) She's gotten caught up in the moment and has somehow managed to get turned around. On extremely rare occasions, option 3) She's found trouble.

The girl seems to always be eating. It is a common occurrence for her to pull some form of fruit or nuts from somewhere on her person. If by some chance she does not have anything with her, an immediate perusal of the area or those around her will begin in order to obtain some measure with which to satisfy what seems to be the bottomless pit that is her stomach.

• Via seems to be a moderately skilled botanist, and makes the bulk of her living by helping out with various harvests.
• One of her hobbies is weaving flowers and grasses together to form little posies, sachets and wreathes that she's been known to give at random to people she interacts with, or happens to be passing by. More than one adventurer may have found a sprig of dried flowers pinned to their chocobo saddle. 'Brightens the darkness and erases the stink of any dungeon!' She'd been known to say about them.
