If you are lucky enough to meet Elza Fairhan, don’t be fooled by this Miqo'te's meek and quiet demeanor. She is timid and shy when meeting new strangers, but has grown to become much more comfortable around people once you get to know her. She is also a very talented Healer, much more then she realizes...so don’t be afraid to trust her when you're in need of aid. But overall you will not find a kinder or gentler smile then hers from a Keeper in all of Eorzea.
Growing up in the outskirts north of the Shroud with her family and a couple other Keeper families, she kept to herself most of the time in the forest, where she became friends with the elementals. That is when she starting casting conjury, but she ever knew what it was while doing so at the time. But she kept it to herself afraid others might laugh at her for it, which is why she never learned the true purpose and name of the magical art.
When she eventually started her new life and moved to Gridania, she felt she had no real talents or purpose and thus, began waitressing and cleaning at the Carline Canopy. Until one day in the Shroud, a Conjurer found her casting aether spells, and asked why she hadn’t joined the guild yet. From there, she joined the guild, and for a few years had been excelling at the craft and focusing on learning the healing and aiding aspects of it.
She now tends her days being an on-call Medic Healer, and most often to a quiet mercenary group in Ul’dah she is secretly a part of. Striving to become more experienced and stronger every day, she aims to aid those in need while trying her best to also aid her own personal social and inner problems.
But life is not that easy, as the company she aids for are those who are wanted, putting her in grave danger…she must learn how to deal with this, while at the same time also strive to fulfill her own personal goals in life.
Growing up in a family of Keepers born north of the Shroud, she lived with only the few other Keeper families in isolation away from most in the deep of the woods. Although she made friends with her siblings and the other few Keeper children, she spent a lot of her time on her own in the woods. That is when she started speaking to the elementals, thus starting her path on the way to a Conjurer. But she felt others might think her odd for this, as no one in the family was like this, and kept it to herself.

She is shy and timid when you first meet her, but she still always tries to keep a calm and polite manner. Know to always smile unless upset, she is usually a positive person and very rarely will you see her angry or sad. She does however, become worried and concerned often as she cares deeply for those she treasures and it can sometimes be taken offensively to some. She is also known for being very naïve due to her lack of common knowledge around Eorzea, but she is not in the slightest any less intelligent for it.
Overall she fights for the well-being of Eorzea and those around her. However, although she herself is not unlawful, there are some traditions and ways of life that still exist amongst many races she does not agree with anymore, but she isn’t against all of them. The biggest example of this would be even though she respects the tradition of breeding for Keeper’s, but she believes it is not right to go through with it if someone does not agree with it and is forced to against their will.
