« Childhood »
    Jordanvont Allexiure was born unto two Hyur parents, however the circumstances of his birth were against him. The poor child was a bastard born, his father a wandering merchant and his mother an upper-class woman of a highly religious family. Jordanvont's mother's family believe the circumstances of his birth had cursed him, that he was marked by the daemons. This being as it was, the woman was forced to give up her newborn, and the merchant man to care for a child; however, this proved to be as difficult as he had expected it to be. Unable to care for the child without starving himself from the lackthereof money due to the time he'd spent caring for Junah, he was inevitably forced to resort to an extreme measure. Jordanvont's father had to give him up, and so he left the child under the care of a local orphanage in Gridania. Though it seemed as if the Hyur merchant was unaffected by the action, he knew he'd regret it in days and years to come, but it had to be done. Orphaned and alone, the baby laid in wait with coos and cries of the day he'd find a new home, but time was unforgiving in this matter. Years past before a family showed any interest in adopting the child, but he kept hope throughout the long wait. Yay the day came when a newly wed Elezen and Hyur couple walked through the door of the orphanage. The headmaster beckoned the raven haired boy to the parlor room after noticing him watching from the hallway. Walking over with unsurety, Junah looked up to the couple with his too blue eyes. "Jordanvont," spoke the Hyur woman," I'm going to be your new mother." His eyes widened with joy and relief, his lips parting and breaking into a smile. Finally life was looking up! "But we're going to be making some changes, like your silly little name," chimed the Elezen man with a chuckle. "From here on out, you'll be Junah. Junah Alllayl." Furrowing his small brows, he tilted his head, "What does that name mean?" Asked the boy softly. "It means Wing of Night, or better translated, Night Wing."

Magical Gift- When he was a child he was given a magic item that gave him an extraordinary ability. He used this item for good. Since that time, magic items have always held a special fascination for him.
