L I K E S ■ Family - Hiroto's family is his pride, his joy, the reason for his existence. Anyone he considers to be part of his flock is someone he cares for above all others. He will go to any length to see them safe, even if it may come at the expense of a friend. ■ Small creatures - Kittens, puppies, even carbuncles. If there is something tiny and cuddly within the vicinity, chances are he is trying to befriend it. ■ Food - Hiroto is always hungry. Always. If you want to get on his good side, or want to bribe him into doing you a favor, bring him a gift of food. Meat, vegetables, sweets? Anything will do. He'll be far more receptive on a full stomach. ■ --. ■ --

D I S L I K E S ■ Dishonesty - Being a gullible old lizard means he's more likely to fall victim to those who lie in an attempt to manipulate or trick him. Obviously, he's not a big fan of being humiliated, or the people who make a fool out of him. ■ Height comments - Sure, Au Ra are taller than many races. That doesn't mean he can't be self-conscious over the fact that he's not quite as tall as other auri men. Hiroto is a stout and muscular man, with broad shoulders and a thin layer of fat brought on by age. 'Average' is a good word to describe him - his features are plain, lacking anything outstanding that might push him from average to attractive. Faint crow's feet wrinkles frame the outside of his yellow-green eyes. As much as he may want to deny that they were a sign of aging, the slight recede of his hairline told the same tale. The only outstanding feature he holds might just be the four thin black horns jutting out from the back of his head. Small burns dapple his arms: some faded, some darkened by sunlight, and others fresh, and it's not uncommon to find soot beneath his fingernails regardless of how clean he attempts to keep himself.
