♦ Background Story
Elza Fairhan is a Keeper of the Moon born from her father, who was a Keeper of the Moon, and her mother, a Seeker of the Sun. Her father was very drunk in a tavern one night, and ending up sleeping with a beautiful seeker, who was her mom. However, that was all that happened, but still Elza was born. Her father didn't want anything to do with the Seeker, but loved Elza, so he visited when he could. He was a mercenary though, so he was always traveling with his company and she did not see him often.
Her mother, the seeker, was not in the most honourable work. She was a dancer in Ul'dah before she had Elza, and due to her being born she had to take up something else. She became a Weaver, but was never a very good one growing up. That made them pretty poor. And Elsa's mom was also looked down upon for conceiving a child with a Keeper, so they lived far away in the Black Shroud in isolation. After some years, once Elza was 16, her mother was found by another seeker, and her mom fell in love and joined his tribe. However, Elza, whose beliefs were towards the Keepers of the Moon, refused to live with them and so she began her journey on her own very young.

Elza journey's to Gridania, the city within the Black Shroud. Growing up insolation, she grew fond of nature and the elementals, and found herself to have come across some conjuring skills while doing so. So decided to start there. She joined the conjurer's guild and excelled in the art greatly. With direction from the guild and their help, she was already a Hearer and was more powerful then a lot on novices where in that time period.
