♦ Background Story

Elza Fairhan is a self appointed Keeper of the Moon, as her beliefs follow those of the Keeper's. However, she secretly has blood of both clans in her. This is due to the fact that her father was a Keeper, and her Mom, a Seeker. However, no one this knows other than her family. This is because when leaving her mom, she changed her name to that of a full Keeper, and seeks to maintain her appearance as a Keeper as to the best of her abilities, although, it isn't hard as she already has natural Keeper attributes already.

This came to be as back when one day when her Father, Tall'ti Rogah, was very drunk in a tavern one night in Ul'dah where he lived when he was not on mercenary missions. He ended up sleeping with a beautiful dancing Seeker that night, A'kelia Ikumo, who became to becoming her Mother.

When Elza was born (as A'lza Rogah) her Father loved her, but wanted nothing to due with her Mother or would let anyone know she was his daughter. So he gave her Mother Gil, and said he would visit her when he could, but left her to A'kelia to raise.

However, her Mother was not in the most honourable work. She was a dancer in Ul'dah before she had Elza, and due to her being born she had to take up something else. So she became a Botanist far away in the Northern parts of the Black Shroud, and they lived in isolation.

After some years, once Elza was 19, her mother was found by a Miqo'te Seeker of the Sun one day, and her mom fell in love with him and joined his tribe to live with him back in Ul'dah. However, Elza, whose beliefs were towards the Keepers of the Moon, refused to live with them as a Seeker, and so she began her journey on her own very young at the age of 19 when she changed her name and took the life of a complete Keeper of the Moon.

Elza journey started in Gridania, the city within the Black Shroud. Growing up insolation, she grew fond of nature and the elementals, and found herself to have come across some conjuring skills while doing so. So decided to start there. She joined the conjurer's guild and excelled in the art greatly. With direction from the guild and their teachers, she quickly grew into well established Conjurer of Gridania.

However, as she was grateful to the guild for taking her in, she wanted to become an independent woman.

Growing up in an isolated area for most of her childhood, Elza was lonely most of the time, and due to this became friends with the elementals and nature. Also because of this, she is generally very shy when you first meet her, and tends to be meek and stutter a little. However, if you get to know her you learn is a very bubbly friendly sweet kinda girl.
