Although she is not spiteful or vicious, she might seem harsh and tough on the outside - and let us admit it, she likes a good brawl. Furthermore she easily loses her temper. You might call her a typical "tsundere". So she does not mean bad, she just is awkward in dealing with people. In fact she does like people a lot! But she will move the seven hells to not admitting it. The people she is mostly upset about are often the people she cares about the most. She will defend those people with all her might, but would always deny it afterwards. She is quite good at lying to herself about such things. All in all she has got a good heart, but is very apt at hiding it. Because in the end people might even like her! Oh, dear! To make it even more complicated she is utterly stubborn. Good luck with this cocktail of a handful traits. Habits : She snorts, she growls, she hisses and she spits. She is in no way what you might call distinguished. Except for a good brawl, she does not like any physical contact and especially no hugs! You only hug X'mimiteh if you want to get punched. This might fit in nicely with her being a Chocobo jockey, but nevertheless it is not as useful in her other favorite activity: brawling. She is not weak, but her small body gives her a real disadvantage. At least she is very dexterous, but that often just does not help. Skin : Her dark skin clearly shows her of as a former resident of the desert. She is a Thanalan Miqo'te through and through. Hair : The blonde hair might seem to echo the sends of Thanalan and sometimes it even carries some of these sands with her. X'mimiteh wears her hair on medium length (sometimes longer, sometimes shorter) and usually works with tails or updos so that it does not get in the way. Eyes : You can recognize a lot of X'mimiteh's temper and mood when looking in those blue eyes that sometimes pierce like daggers. Distinguishing Features : Quite visibly there are scars on her face. Other scars are not visible, but perhaps she is just very apt at hiding them. Scent : You know how Chocobo's smell? Yes, it is intense and often not really nice. Working with those birds has left a mark on X'mimiteh. Nevertheless sheis very clean and covers up the smell with some discreet perfumes. But you cannot eliminate the whole awesomeness of working with Chocobos all day long. Voice / Accent / Speaking style : She speaks with a heavy mixture of Miqo'te and Thanalan accent. It is not too much, so you do understand her quite easily. But her background becomes apparent, when she is talking. Clothes : X'mimiteh prefers wide and black clothing in a more traditional Thanalan style. She even tries to wear it outside of Thanalan, but gets cold very easily. And if there is something X'mimiteh does not like, it is being cold! So you might encounter her stuffed into many layers of clothing or seeking the warmth of an open fire. Jewels : To be honest, X'mimiteh does not have a lot of money. But she does like jewelry. So you will see a lot of them, but mostly it is only trumpery. Some earrings, some rings on the fingers, a necklace. But it is not worth that much. It is mostly just shiny. But isn't that the important part? She and Tekiro met shortly after the Calamity, when she was offered a job as a chocobo jockey. The bird was fond of the grumpy cat right from the beginning. Though Mimi would never admit it, she grew overly fond of "that stupid bird" and he became her replacement family over time. R E L A T I O N S (PC) NAME ( --- ) - Title / Relation TBD. OOC Character Notes ■ I will play mature content and themes (violence, sexuality, drug / alcohol use) as long as they are logical in a story-driven encounter though I might leave some of this off the screen. ■ I will not play rape or torture and I will not accept permanent injuries or death imposed on my character by others. No discussion. ■ I do not like appointments as I mostly enjoy spontaneous and surprising RP. So please just walk up, if you want to play with me. Tells in advance make me nervous and oftentimes lead to me saying "no". Just jump right into it. If the time does not work for me there is always a possibility of leaving a scene in character in a hurry. ■ I avoid plots due to past negative experiences. Most plots are not for me. Do not try to convince me otherwise. Many people already tried that and said their plots were different, but nearly they nearly never were. If you want to involve me in something like a plot just play with me and let the rest happen naturally. This is the best way of incorporating me in a story arc. I do not like planning of RP and plots make me feel caged. ■ I like to describe my playstyle in a mash-up of a tv series mix: Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Babylon 5, Fringe, Dawson's Creek. This is the direction/atmosphere I am aiming for. ■ I try to adjust my writing length to my surroundings. I love to write more (paragraph style) if there are not much people around and this is my usual playstyle I am most comfortable with. The more people are around or the more busy the surroundings are the less I try to write. This does not always work as I sometimes get carried away by the RP. So if I overwhelm you with my text or write too quickly, please send me a /tell. ■ I am a non native roleplayer. So my English might sound strange from time to time. Best is if you can just explain that with X'mimiteh's Thanalan accent. I do my best to avoid that, but this sometimes might make me really slow or nevertheless sound strange. ■ I am a European playing in the CEST timezone. Please keep this in mind. ■ If anything makes you uncomfortable send me a /tell. Communication is important and though there are some things I will not discuss (see above), we can always talk about everything else. Though I love my immersion and thus try to avoid any out of character talk while roleplaying there are some things that are more important. I never want other players feeling uncomfortable around me.
