Magickally powerful. Very crazy, but good at hiding it.
History
Justin's parents were killed during the imperial invasion of Ala Mhigo. Being a baby at the time, he was taken into imperial custody. They sent him to a research facility where he became a test subject for most of his life. For a more detailed account of his escape, see this.
After his escape, he came to the Shroud, where he met Sas Harel, who would teach him basic life skills. Two years later, he left Sas and began studying Arcanima, eventually becoming a talented Scholar.
Personality
Justin is shy, smart, and kind, but is never sure what he wants. He is polite, well-spoken and often long-winded.
Affiliations
Justin was formerly a member of the Immortal Flames, but he was discharged after a character event. He's an enemy of a small smuggling cartel in Ul'dah. He spends most of his free time in Gridania.
Other Notes
Has large amounts of magickal power, but basically allergic to anti-magick. Prolonged or intense exposure puts him into a coma.
